• Diana (9/5): Ideal apartment for exploring Rome. - We really enjoyed staying at Mateo’s place. The apartment is very nice and spacious, though the kitchen could be better equipped. We appreciated the coffee machine. The location is excellent — only a 4-minute walk from the metro, with a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket right below the balcony. Nothing.

• Michael (10/5): My stay at Ermete Vatican House was delightful, with excellent service, a prime location, and a cozy atmosphere that mad - My wife & I had an excellent stay at Ermete Vatican House! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Vatican and Metro station allowing us to explore Rome and Cipro easily. The apartment was immaculate and incredibly comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Matteo was exceptionally friendly and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

• Paul (10/5): Paul and Mary - Thanks Matteo for arranging the early check in this house was like having my own house in the coolest neighborhood in Rome Cipro metro is outside the house as is the big supermarket if myself or family return this is where i'll stay All the cool bars and cafes are 1or2 minutes away and peace and quiet and comfortable bed and pillows

• Cristina (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accommodation, perfect location! We had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal for exploring Rome – just a 15-minute walk from the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. There's a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket just 1 minute away, and the Cipro metro station is only 2 minutes from the apartment. Trevi Fountain is 4 metro stops away, and the Colosseum can be reached in about 25 minutes (with one transfer at Termini). Getting to the apartment from Ciampino Airport is very simple. You can take bus 520 (€1.50, valid for 100 minutes) to Cinecittà station, then metro line A to Cipro – around 40 minutes in total. Alternatively, you can take the Teravision shuttle (€8/person) to Termini and then the metro (€1.50) to Cipro. Very convenient and well connected! The apartment is exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. A big plus was the self check-in, which was very convenient, especially for late arrivals. We also appreciated the unlimited drinking water – a simple but very thoughtful touch. In the morning, you can enjoy a coffee made with the in-house espresso machine on the lovely terrace – a perfect way to start your day. You can also prepare a full breakfast using the well-equipped kitchen. Security is excellent, both in the building and the area. We felt safe at all times. The host was welcoming, attentive, and always available. We felt at home from the very first day. I highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return on our next trip to Rome!
• Dumitru (10/5): Great next to Vatican Apartment - Everything was outstanding, the apartment is located very close to Vatican, within walking distance, 10-20 minutes, it is close to Subway Cipro station with easy access to all the tourist attractions in Rome, it is very central. It was clean and in a very nice neighborhood, one can reach out to everything in Rome by bus, subway or by just walking. It is close to a supermarket open 24 hours and close to restaurants. There is a cosy coffee shop just across the street.
• Iulian (10/5): Absolutely wonderful! - It was fabulous! The owner is a great person, very attentive and absolutely good communication. The location is ... perfect! Cozy and clean, we didn't feel the need that we are missing anything at all. Just for me not to be a total, I was missing my high speed internet from home. But hey!.. you are to tired in Rome to stay on your phone. Big rooms, comfortable bed ! And everything under your nose. The owner thought of anything, i had questions but I've found them in the rules of house book. The whole appreciation for the place ! Thank you for everything!

• Jessica (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location with wonderful hosts - Everything about this property was amazing! It was perfect for an extended stay whilst I was in Rome for 5 weeks. The hosts, Matteo and Vittorio, are incredibly attentive and very helpful. Matteo often checked in during our stay, and was so friendly and always available to answer any questions. The property itself is quite spacious and has everything that you need, whether for a short or long stay. The location of the property is amazing - it is a 2 min walk from the metro station, has a bus stop around the corner, and is less than a 10 min walk to the Vatican/St Peter's Basilica. It is only about 15 mins by metro to get into the city centre. The neighbourhood itself also felt very safe and it was very easy to walk and explore different parts of Rome. There is also a supermarket right around the corner. Overall, this property, the location and the hosts were all wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying in Rome for both long or short periods. Nothing - everything was perfect :)

• Giannina (4/5): I lost money by staying here because the stove, washer and wifi are not functional. - This property has an excellent location, but other than that there are literally no redeeming qualities. The wifi doesn’t work, the washing machine and stove are set up in a way that make them impossible to use - it almost seems intentional. There is a very upsetting warning from the hosts about possible carbon monoxide poisoning from using the stove. I travel to Italy often and it is true that your expectations must be fair. Things are not going to run as you are used to at home. This apartment was uncomfortable and the advertised amentities are a lie. I reached out to the hosts several times regarding the wifi and they basically told me it works fine and I’m doing something wrong.

• Tjasa (10/5): Very nice - Excellent location near the metro station and the 24/7 supermarket. The apartment has spacious rooms, comfortable bathroom and a big terrace. The staff is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

• Plamen (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment, close to metro station and bus stops. Walking distance to Vatican City, we also walked to Colliseum by foot. It was quiet during the night and comfortable stay for four people. The kitchen is equipped and there is a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. Wil definitely stay again when I come back to Rome.
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Big apartment in a city center, close to metro station and Vatican. Additional bonus is supermarket Carrefour 24/7 (just in 2 mins walking). Easy connection with host, friendly and helpful. Everything was great! There is no kettle and kitchen board (at least make a salad or cut cheese).

• Jarisleif (9/5): Excellent location, potential for improvent in some aspects. - Excellent location. Vatican in a wallking distance, a metro station 2 minutes on foot, a supermarket downstairs. Nice balcony, quite spacious apartment. We liked it a lot. Has great potential for low cost improvement. Although the apartment was generally clean, the corners and some pieces of equipment were not so shiny. Only one small pan, no board to cut bread, only one pot. Creaky and uncomfortable sofa bed. It turned out to be impossible to leave luggage for few hours after check out.
