• Dominique (10/5): Un logement très agréable et un hôte prévenant - Davide a très bien organisé ce logement : tout est prévu dans les moindres détails pour le confort des occupants. L'appartement est agréable et complet, la cuisine très bien équipée et la chambre et sa salle de bain sont parfaites. Nous ne sommes restés hélas qu'une seule nuit, mais avons beaucoup apprécié de loger à Urban Home. Davide a eu la grande gentillesse de nous réserver à l'avance une place de stationnement à 2 pas du logement (le stationnement est généralement compliqué dans les villes italiennes, et ce quartier ne fait pas exception). Le wifi n'est pas performant : ça doit être l'ADSL et pas encore la fibre optique : la connexion est très lente sur la TV du salon, inutilisable sur la TV de la chambre.

• Xiaotian (10/5): - We took a long flight from China to italy. After a one night stay near the airport in Milan Bari was the first city we visit in Italy this time. Davide truly gave us a big welcome. He helped us get a free parking space. Tell us all about Bari. Booked us a really great restaurant. Even prepared a tranditional gift for us. The apartment is brand new with everything you possibly needed. Not in the city center but you can take bus to everywhere in 20mins. You just cannot ask for anything more of a host. A great first impression of Bari of Italy and Italian people. Without any doubt. 10 out of 10. Tkanyou again Davide. Should have planned one more night in Bari. Lovely city! Lovely people！

• Laila (10/5): Amazing stay! - The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find treats waiting for us, including coffee pods, sweets, wine, juice, beach towels, and even sunscreen for the beach. Our host, Davide, was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up from the train station, helped us settle in, gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell he cares about his guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

• Andreea (10/5): - Now that my holiday is over I can't help but give praise where praise is due. And I must say when they advertise themselves as 10/10 there is no exaggeration about it. The apartment's cleanliness would satisfy Monica from Friends. Fully equipped with anything you might need. It even had refreshments and snacks in case we didn't have time to stop at the supermarket. Positioned a 10 min walk from the train station which links to absolutely everything. And don't take this as a given, but just to highlight the owner's kindness, he even offered to pick us up from the train station just so we won't waste our time finding the place, even though it was just a straight walk to the apartment. Literally I would struggle to find one bad thing to say about this place. 10/10 I would recommend. Thank you for having us.

• Anna (10/5): - Location is alright, about 10 minutes from the central station. The flat itself was perfectly furnished. The building is clean and quiet. There is a grocery store nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful, he did a full room tour even though I was just staying for one night and I arrived late in the evening, has given some advices about what to see in Bari. A small breakfast and a coffee were nice in the morning. The soundproofing of the flat might have been a little bit better, but comparing to other flats in Italy where I've stayed, it was still the best.
• Gerrit Barger (10/5): Perfect verblijf Urban Home - Heerlijk appartement! Davide is trots op het appartement en dat kun je zien, alles is prachtig! Heerlijk bed, keuze uit hoofdkussens en er liggen ook strandlakens. Er lag een fles wijn voor ons in de koelkast🥂 en hij had ook nog een presentje voor ons. Ook een parkeerplaats voor de auto was voor ons geregeld, zo lief. Het ligt in een woonwijk met om de hoek Pizzeria, supermarkt en heerlijke koffietentjes met allerlei lekkers. Helemaal niets!!

In the moring arrived and call us a cab to the air port. Went well above what we expected. The apartment was very nice and clean. The location was average. Cab's take a while so pre-book.

• Jacek (10/5): It couldn't have been better. - I should start my review with the wonderful owner, Davide, who is like a guardian angel to his guests. Our trip to Bari was our first, and we were apprehensive about the difficulties, but with Davide's help, it turned into a wonderful adventure and a great experience. You can be prepared in every way, be able to communicate in broken Italian, but what completes the experience is the support of someone who knows the city, knows its customs and wants to show you the hospitality of its people. Davide recommended what to visit and where to try the cuisine characteristic of the Puglia region, both for lunch and dinner. If anything related to transport was unclear, he always responded and dispelled any doubts. The location of the flat was perfect for us, just a 15-minute walk to the place where every trip had its beautiful beginning and end, namely Bari Centrale. There was a café opposite the flat and within a 10-minute walk there were several bus stops for quick travel around the city. The flat had everything we could possibly need and even a few bonuses (the details of which I will not reveal so as not to spoil the pleasant surprise). The quiet neighbourhood and comfortable bed guaranteed rest after days of intensive sightseeing in Puglia. The flat is air-conditioned and each window has mosquito nets. There is a lot to mention, but it all boils down to one conclusion: returning to Bari will mean returning to Davide's apartment. I recommend it with a clear conscience. N/A

• María Sol (10/5): Increíble y altamente recomendable - El piso es pequeño pero perfecto para dos en unos días en bAri. Está decorado y diseñado con muchísimo gusto y practicidad. Han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento con recomendaciones, haciendo un esfuerzo con el check in ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba temprano. Realmente Davide es de las personas que sabe hacer lo que hace y le pone mucho mimo y cuidado. Equipado al completo, detalles de toallones, cosas para el desayuno, agua en abundancia, zumos... No tenemos ni una sola queja. Sin duda volveríamos. A reservar si estamos en Bari. Nos ha dado pena tener que irnos. No hay nada realmente importante. Solo saber que está a 25 min del centro pero que se hacen andando sin peoblema

• Natalia (10/5): Super obiekt - Bardzo przyjazdy gospodarz Dave który bardzo opiekuje sie swoimi gośćmi. Kontakt z gospodarzem byl znakomity. Lokalizacja obiektu jest bardzo dobra około 10 minut spacerem do centrum Bari. Zdjęcia dobrze oddają stan faktyczny lokalu który jak na warunki włoskie jest bardzo wysoki. Nie ma takiej rzeczy :)

Suszarka do włosów, lodówka, ekspres do kawy i kapsułki, sztućce, naczynia, patelnie i garnek a nawet pralka :) mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne, wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie znajduje się około 15 min pieszo od dworca Bari centrale a około 30 min od starego miasta. David jest niesamowicie sympatyczny i pomocny. Dostaliśmy mały prezent co było bardzo miłe :)

Davide, our host, was incredibly attentive and welcoming—he truly couldn’t have done more to ensure our stay went smoothly. His nephew Christian was also a huge help, and together they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with cold water and delicious Italian snacks—perfect after a day of traveling. Davide also provided us with a list of recommendations for local restaurants and things to do, and every single one was a 10/10. His communication throughout was excellent, always quick and helpful via WhatsApp. We were genuinely impressed by the care and hospitality Davide and Christian showed us, and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again. The apartment is beautiful, brand new, extremely stylish, sparkling clean and equipped with everything anyone could ever need - and more! Davide and Angelica were the perfect hosts and could not have been more friendly, thoughtful and helpful - even holding a parking space for us. The fridge had been stocked with juices, water and even a bottle of wine, and there was a selection of teas and coffee, chocolate and nibbles. The bathroom had every toiletry (even toothpaste and toothbrushes) and again was pristine. The TVs had Netflix and other apps that we didn't use but would have been great for a longer stay. Davide was available at all times should we need anything, but as the apartment was so well equipped we didn't need to contact him. We are frequent travellers and l can honestly say this was the best apartment we have ever stayed in. Recommended 100%.

It was clean and comfortable, and Davide had thought of everything you might need for your stay. It honestly was one of the best appointed holiday apartments I've stayed in. Davide met us and kept a free car parking space in the street for us, too, which was so kind. Nothing. Everything was terrific.

Initially, we booked for three nights but decided to extend our stay for two additional nights because we were extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and the hospitality of our host, Davide, and his wife. They were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home, and we are truly grateful for their hospitality. As a thoughtful gesture, they even offered to drive us to the train station when we checked out, especially since it was raining.

Our host came into contact with us long before our trip began, was there when we arrived to show us the apartment and checked in to see if we needed anything. He even wished us a happy new year! Davide is a wonderful host, polite and friendly. The apartment is very cosy and perfectly clean, a great option for two people. If we ever need a place to stay in Bari we would happily stay here again! It was all fantastic!

Davide is an example of the perfect host (he even forsaw special items for our baby and a parking spot) and the beautiful apartment had everything and more than expected! We truly felt like we were in a luxurious place spoiled by Davide's kindness! We will definitely come back to this place when we're in Bari again! It's a bit further from the old town but still walkable and honestly this place is worth it.

• Melilo (10/5): Probably the best b&b in Italy! - Davide was an exceptional host; he reserved a parking spot for us right in front of the house, brought someone to assist with English during check-in, and even helped with our heavy luggages. The house was spotless, modern, and incredibly cozy. Davide had also thoughtfully stocked it with plenty of coffee (a lifesaver!) and other drinks and snacks, which made the stay even more comfortable. We were genuinely sad to leave. If you’re heading to Bari, do yourself a favour and book this place! Our stay was too short!

You have everything you need, good location, free parking on the streets, 15 min walking to the center. • Jerry (10/5): Great apartment, great host - Our stay in Bari was a treat because of our accommodation -- Urban Home is indeed a home! It's a fully equipped apartment filled with everything we needed, from the well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful toiletries. The place is modern and well designed with an excellent shower.. The bed is super-comfortable and the building and immediate area are quiet. And there's Netflix. The apartment is within walking distance of the train & bus station and the #11 bus across the street also goes to the station. That's where we caught the bus to fascinating Alberobello. Davide, our host, was generous, accommodating and attentive. He picked us up from the train station (along with his English-speaking nephew, Christian). And his hospitality didn't end there: the fridge was stocked with water, milk, yogurt and wine. Thank you, Davide, for everything. The immediate area around Urban Home lacks restaurants. But there's a good coffee shop across the street and a very good restaurant, Vinotto, about 5 blocks away.
• Kevin (10/5): Apartment that stands out from the crowd with many extra touches. - We felt at home in this fully equipped apartment. We appreciated the welcome we received at check-in and were picked up by Davide and his English speaking nephew at the Centrale train station. The apartment was very clean and spacious with those extra touches that make it stand out from the crowd. The fridge had provisions in it and there was a coffee machine and coffee ready to go. Its about 12 mins walk to the Centrale and around the apartment are Supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers and cafe's, one across the road called Sensations was nice. We have stayed in many accommodations but we have to say we have never had such a friendly host who messaged us constantly to see if everything was alright and offering help on any places we had planned to go. We think you can gauge a good place if the guests said they would go back and we 100% would. Excellent. Leaving !!

The property itself was very clean and had lots of little extras e.g. toiletries, snacks,, slippers, etc. Check in and out process was smooth. Host gave us some great resturant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again if back in Bari.

Urban home is like a real home, We spent only one night at there , but we'd come back for longer anytime, as it is prepared for a comfortable stay. The fridge was full of essentials. The bed was great. Clean and quiet. Easy to park the car, but the city centre can be reached on foot. We didn't meet the owner, but his friend, a very nice girl, explained everything to us. Highly recommeneded! Nothing really. Everything you could think you need while travelling, was there.

• Luca (10/5): Cosy, clean and spacious apartment with the greatest host. - We booked this apartment because the pictures were absolutely gorgeous and we hoped that it was going to look just like that. But it was even better in person, and there's not even a single thing we could complain about. The host, Davide, was the most helpful we have ever encountered, and he recommended great places for us to visit in Puglia, always checking in if we had any questions or problems. The amenities in the apartment were beyond what we expected: a full minibar with drinks and snacks, beach towels, sunscreen, a clothing iron, an emergency kit...you name it, this accommodation has it. We also got souvenirs from Davide to take back home. This apartment was the best we had ever booked on this website, and this is not an exaggeration. It was spacious, comfortable and the best place we could find for our holiday. -

• Marcin (10/5): Bari - a great spot to plan your Puglia adventure - The clean, fresh and very new facilities. All what is needed to spend few days is available- in a kitchen as well as in bathroom and living room. The bed was very comfortable. Generally the place is large so you can feel like home rather than like in a hotel. A coffee maker was there! As well as tees, snacks, yogurt and few bottles of the cold water. The hosts were very friendly and supportive. We felt very safe and comfortable. We will definitely visit again!

Firstly, hosts were really friendly and helpful, they were waiting for us at the entrance of building and gave us all informations that we need about apartment, equipment and everything that we had to know. Even they offered us a drive to train station for trip that we planned. Apartment was very clean, and has got everything that you need for our stay. Location is really good, bus stop is nearby, and Bari centrale is about 15 minutes by walk. We definitely recommend Urban Home!
