- Minna (10/5): New and tidy rooms, very good location and very friendly service from the host - This lovely spot can be found right in the heart of Split old town. Our host Ana was welcoming us herself upon arrival and gave us lots of tips for our holiday. We loved the room and bathroom, everything was new and clean. Also, there was a fridge, hair dryer, towels for the beach and enough plugs for your electric appliances. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby and also a bustop. The house itself is very quiet as there is no traffic nearby. However, some noises can be heard from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The house is located in a pedestrian area, so pack light as the taxis are not able to drive on front of the house and these rooms are located on third floor with no elevator. A few hooks in the bathroom would be nice - you have to be creative when hanging towels and swimsuits.

- Preston (10/5): Ana was exceptional, she met us for check in, gave us recommendations, let us have a late check out - Location is perfect, just off a side street but in the main area so it is quiet but no more than 5-10 minutes walking from everything you need! Ana was an exceptional host, met us for check in and took care of us!

- Or (9/5): RECOMMEND! - The location is ABSOLUTELY fantastic so close to everything!! U don’t need no taxi just 2 legs. Everything was clean on the highest level. The hosts are incredible. Attentive and nice answering to all issues. Beautiful view from window in the morning is the bonus! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! The only issue I had is the shower door that was a bit hard to close but other than that nothing bad to say.
- Verenice (1/5): Toxic air quality that causes cough and poo breathing. Staff not helpful - Location We had a very unpleasant stay at Pont Rooms. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper, no blanket on the bed, and only one towel. The host was able to bring us these after we reached out to them but we had to wait so we ended up going to buy our own toilet paper. The next night we were locked out of the lobby entrance and had to wait in the heat for an hour before we could be let back in. After our first several nights of our stay we began to develop a cough and really struggled to breathe. We discovered that these symptoms only occurred while we were in the room. As soon as we left the room our breathing was fine. We notified the host about this and they came to change the bedding and check the AC unit. They informed us that the air needed to be circulated and for us to open the window. We tried all of this for a day and our symptoms continued to get worse while in the room. We requested a partial refund so that we could leave and find a new place to stay to help improve our overall health- and we were denied. The last night we spent there we could not sleep at all due to the severity of our symptoms. We have just checked out and the symptoms are already improving but have gone on so long that there are lingering affects. I’m writing this review so that others can be aware of the poor quality of the conditions in this room.
- Jennifer (10/5): Treat yourself to a luxury stay in the centre of Split Old Town. - The location was within the historic centre of Split and easy to walk to everything. Our host was extremely attentive, friendly and very helpful, and was able to provide a chair for me without issue so that I could work each day at the desk. The room was immaculately clean, and appeared to be freshly renovated. Bathroom was very comfortable and well appointed. The wardrobe was very generous and this was the first time in all my travels that I was able to hang clothes. There was a small bar fridge but it was enough. Lighting in the room was excellent with options for some or all of the lights to be used, and there was a well sized airconditioner to service the room. Overall, a very restful, peaceful, enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Thank you Ana and Lussy for being so friendly and for our lovely holiday. It would be lovely if there was a kettle and 2 mugs so that we could make a cup of tea each day. Be aware to bring your own toiletries, ie shampoo, conditioner and bodywash as these are not provided. I was warned there would be some stairs. There were 59 in total to get to our room but i counted this as a blessing as i try to get fitter.
