Jozsef (2/5): - What did we like? Honestly, nothing. How was the breakfast? It was not provided, even though we had already paid for it. Got nothing positive to add. Party of 5, reserved 3 rooms. Breakfast was included and prepaid, but upon check-in we were told they would not provide breakfast because of the national holiday. There was yogurt in the fridge that could easily have been given to us, but the staff chose not to, despite knowing it was difficult to find breakfast elsewhere since most places were closed for the holiday. Our reservation was fully prepaid. At check-in, we were asked to pay the tourism tax. I did not have the exact amount, and she said she would return the change the next morning, but she never did. She also told us there were no other places open for dinner that evening and offered dinner for 5 people for 100 Euros. It was extremely overpriced, and unfortunately also the worst meal we had during our trip. One of the room air conditioners was defective, though it was later “repaired.” There was mold on the ceiling, the rooms were extremely small, and exposed live electrical wiring was visible. The security situation was especially concerning. There is a padlock to lock the room when you leave during the day, but there is no way to lock the door from the inside at night. The inside slider is secured with another padlock, but no key was provided for it. This meant anyone could potentially enter the room while we were sleeping. We did not feel safe at all. The property looks decent in the pictures, but in reality it is nothing like advertised. After we checked out, we received a phone call about a supposedly missing towel. After charging us 100 Euros for an awful dinner, not providing the breakfast we paid for, and not returning our change, they still called us over a towel that was actually in the room all along — the maid found it immediately. Finally, the riad does not even have its house number posted. We had to identify the correct door by checking the neighboring buildings. It would take minimal effort to simply write “224” on the door so guests can actually find the property they paid for.

Piskorska (10/5): A week in Marrakech - Very clean property, good location. Nothing to complain about in this area. Polite and helpful staff. Beds nice and firm, clean towels and spacious rooms. Receptionist attentive and helpful. Roof available for guests for the evening. Very strict breakfast hours, we did not stay for 3 breakfasts as we went for a hike for 3 days so we asked for an evening meal instead. Unfortunately not possible. It's not a thing to complain about but next time I would just check out and pay for the exact time we stayed. Also one of the girls left a period mark on the bedsheet and we were charged €20 for cleaning. Bit expensive price.

Its 20 min walk to Jemma El Fna through Medina. The ladies who run the riad are very caring.Always smiling and going beyond themselves with hospitality. The rooms are fresh and clean. The rooftop with the view to Koutoubia. I recommend the pqlace. Surely will be back there sooner than later

Even though it was right in the heart of the city, it was peaceful and quiet. 100% authentic, traditional Moroccan. An excellent Moroccan breakfast served on the terrace—everything was fresh. Very helpful and professional staff. Daily thorough cleaning, a home-like atmosphere. I can't say I didn't like it, but be careful about how to get to the accommodation itself—the access road isn't marked on online maps, so you'll need to ask for directions.

There was a weird smell in the room after we got back from exploring Marrakesh, maybe a humidity problem , however the smell went away quickly after opening the door and turning on air conditioner.

Proche de tout et Riad familial chaleureux ! - Pour commencer, le Riad est idéalement situé proches de commerce, du souk, de la gare, de musées… Le personnel était aux petits soins, très chaleureux et accueillants, aussi ils peuvent vous faire des recommandations sur des lieux, excursions, restaurants… et vous aides si besoin pour réserver taxis, restaurant… Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et joliement décorée. Federica (6/5): carino ma migliorabile - colazione buona, difficile da trovare senza qualcuno che ti aiuti la prima volta. 25 minuti piedi dal centro, posizine abbastanza buona abbiamo chiesto di farci stampare le carte d'imbarco e ci hanno chiesto 8 euro per due fogli, le tariffe sono pubbliche e sono di 1 euro a foglio. Avevamo una prenotazione con la colazione inclusa, abbiamo chiesto via messaggio e poi a voce più tardi se potessimo averla al sacco, ci è stato detto di no perchè la signora della colazione viveva lontano. Il giorno dopo dicendo che in ogni posto dove siamo stati la colazione al sacco (se pagata/prevista dalla prenotazione) ci era stata concessa, senza pretendere chissà quale cibo, ma anche solo frutto e dei biscotti, allora la ragazza ci ha dato dei pancake. Il bagno della nostra camera aveva una mini presa d'aria ricavata da un buco nel muro che affacciava direttamente all'ingresso del riad...

Pierrick (10/5): Très bon séjour au Ryad Lalla - Le personnel était très aimable, la chambre était confortable et le rapport qualité prix était très bon L'emplacement n'était pas simple à trouver et la porte n'avait pas d'indication mais le Ryad est bien placé dans la medina

Semé (5/5): Trop trop bruyant ! Quel dommage ! - Le personnel est adorable. Hyper bruyant. Des clients sont arrivés tout au long de la nuit, nous entendions les discussions, les chaises qui trainent sur le sol... une vraie caisse de résonance ! Habituel pour un ryad mais ce serait chouette de le rappeler aux touristes qui débarquent !
Paulina (4/5): It was inexpensive, but not what we expected based on the pictures. - I really appreciated Adnane’s friendliness and helpfulness. He helped us to negotiate with locals with parking prices and even helped print my mom’s boarding pass. He was nice and helpful I wasn’t happy with the cleanliness ( bed sheets and towels ) and the lack of fresh air in our ground-floor room, as it had no windows and you could smell the humidity from the bathroom. On top of that, we were followed to the riad by a sketchy guy insisting on money, which felt quite scary. The location was also difficult to find at first.

H (9/5): Excellent hosts, great location and a nice bed (firm mattress but all in Morroco are like this and I actually preferred - Very beautiful riad, with extremely friendly staff and nice bed/breakfast I liked everything, only thing id say is its slightly hard to find the first time as there is no sign on the door - but just follow the alley round and it’s at the very end. Some nice local kids helped me to find it
David (3/5): Algo decepcionante y laberíntico - El desayuno. La verdad es que era variado y de buena calidad. La tranquilidad de la zona, aunque al principio puede impresionar una poco al llegar luego te das cuenta de que es una zona tranquila. Hubo varias cosas que no me convencieron o gustaron. La Riad está un poco mal señalizada. Hay un cartel pero al llegar a la puerta no te señaliza que sea ese. Para gente que vaya reservar es justo la única puerta que hay al llegar al fondo del callejón (ya no se puede andar más). Lo segundo que no me gustó y nos molestó es que al marcharnos pronto el día del check out, le dijjimos que si había posibilidad de picnic antes de irnos y nos dijeron que SI que sin problema, que lo tendríamos preparado antes de irnos por la mañana. Allí no había ni picnic ni nadie por lo que nos fuimos sin ello. No nos molestó que no nos lo dieran, si no que nos dijeran que Si lo tendríamos y que luego no lo ofertaran. Es más, les escribí esta molestia vía Whatashap y no he recibido ni si quiera una disculpa. Nos tocó la habitación de abajo que estaba pegada a la habitación de la propietaria. El baño tenía una apertura que daba LITERALMENTE con la habitación de ella, con lo cual oias todo, había poca intimidad. Está a unos 18 minuntos andando de la Plaza FNA y hay que tener en cuenta que por la noche te cierran el zoco, lo cual se puede convertir un poco laberinto el llegar. Problema de coger taxi no hay ya que hay una placita fuera donde siempre hay taxis preparados. En resumen, quizaás por un poco más de dinero puedes encontrar algo de más calidad.

Thomas (4/5): - Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile a qualsiasi ora, le nostre richieste sono state subito soddisfatte al meglio, peccato per la pulizia Appena arrivati c’era un gatto nella nostra camera e per di più non era stata ben pulita partendo dalle coperte ai tappeti pieni di polvere, la posizione comoda per arrivare al centro della Medina ma molto pericolosa perché situata in un vicolo molto appartato dove di notte girano persone molto ambigue

Tanja (9/5): Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! - Die Unterkunft hat so perfekte Lage, um die Gassen und Märkte von Marrakesch zu erkunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Transport von und zum Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert und für 6 Personen insgesamt 70€ gekostet. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert. Sehr lecker! Hier erwartet einen kein Luxushotel, wer aber das landestypische Flair haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar!

Garcia (6/5): No repetiría - La anfitriona, Salma fue muy agradable y simpática, Las sábanas estában sucias las alfombras de la habitación tenían mal olor, aspecto de que no las lavan ni las cambian
andré (6/5): - Chambre bien chauffée ,très propre ,chambre faite tous les jours,Riad bien typique.Petit déjeuner copieux et qui nous a été préparé la veille pour notre départ tôt le lendemain matin.Possibilité de payer la taxe de séjour en euros ou dirhams. Équipement: mettre une ampoule dans la lampe de chevet et une dans l'éclairage du lavabo. Matelas de l'un des lits pas confortable.

andré (7/5): - Riad typique,chambre spacieuse et très propre,bien chauffée, faite tous les jours.Petit déjeuner copieux servi par une personne charmante. A l'arrivée,la demande insistante d'une taxe de séjour d'un montant de 5€ par jour et par personne soit le double du prix indiqué par Booking et pratiqué dans tous les riads à Marrakech. Nous avons refusé de payer ce tarif.
Emmanuelle (7/5): - L'accueil de Salma, qui nous a attendu tardivement le 1er soir car notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard. Salma qui nous a accompagné également jusqu'au bureau de change le lendemain. Le petit déjeuner extraordinaire,la gentillesse de la cuisinière et de tout le personnel du riad. L'emplacement au coeur de la médina. Un vrai plus. Le service de navette vers l'aéroport. La literie un peu dur, le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas ( mais nous avions de grosses couvertures. Nous n'avons pas eu froid) l'eau de la douche à peine tiède.

Pierre (8/5): Bon séjour malgré la personne à l'accueil pas sympathique - Le petit déjeuner, le calme, la literie, la propreté malgré les chats, la situation géographique... La personne a la réception qui malgré les explications ne comprenait pas notre situation. La taxe de séjour était prévue à 20 euros et cette personne nous en demandait 60 euros par on ne sait quel calcul ! Nous n'avons pas cédé malgré la pression ! Taxi proposé pour le retour à l'aéroport et repas proposés sur place à un prix prohibitif ! Ne pas accepter !! Par contre taxi de parole sur la place la plus proche !
Ilaria (7/5): Personale accogliente e gentilissimo - La posizione é accanto alla Medina ma per andare nel Riad devi attraversare dei vicoli un po’ bui quindi non è super confortevole. cambierei la colazione e i servizi di pulizia vanno migliorati.

Julie (7/5): rapport qualité/prix correct - Voyage avec ma cousine. Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien garni et délicieux. Proximité avec la rue principale et la place. Chambre un peu petite et salle de bains encore plus exiguë. Les environs nous ont fait un peu peur en arrivant, en tant que femmes voyageant seules nous n'avons eu aucun problème mais nous avons évité de sortir trop tard car la ruelle est un peu à l'étroit et sombre.
