• Neil (9/5): Beautiful villa - Stayed here twice now and can't wait for the next time! The villa is beautiful, the area is great with quite a few bars and restaurants on your doorstep and Angelo is extremely helpful and very quick to help with anything you need. Although there is a covered seating area with a sofa, table, etc, a parasol would be a nice addition to the garden so you can lay down in the shade for a bit when it gets too hot.

• Martin (10/5): 3 1/2 weeks of relaxing holiday - We chose this location as we have been visiting for over 20 years staying twice a year in many villas but this villa was one of the best we have rented and is our second stay in 1 year and hope to book again in 2026. The host could not do enough to ensure we had a good stay and informed us when the cleaning, pool cleaning, bedding and towel changes were happening so as not to disrupt our holiday. One of the best hosts we have come across. Faro Park is a jewel, if you have never stayed it’s worth a visit, far enough away from Playa Blanca and the beaches even though a short bus ride (twice an hour) or a walk. Peaceful and relaxing with a strip of great restaurants and bars ensuring plenty of choice.

No noisy nightlife! - An extremely helpful and accommodating host, Angelo went out of his way to help, particularly with an item we left at the airport! The villa was spacious, particularly the outside. Nice pool and loads of room for alfresco dining. Nothing really. A few more restaurants would be good, but not essential. As it was Christmas, a number of them were pre-booked. Oh, and not a game changer, but unable to receive UK television channels. We believe this is common for the area, as we had stayed in Yaiza before.

It’s like a second home, we know this area very well and suits us very well and normally spend three week in November and 3>4 weeks in March.

Facilities in Villa Iseo are fantastic, everything that you could possibly need and more. Angelo is a fabulous host with great communication. The Villa is in a peaceful setting catering to all your varied holiday needs. I liked everything. No complaints.

He sent us lots of Google maps locations of things to do which was really above and beyond. The property is high spec and the sun hits the garden/pool at 10:00 and stays all day. The pool is great and is heated. The sunbeds are very comfortable. The table tennis is great fun. The property is well equipped with everything needed to have a great holiday.

He was always on hand if required, but everything was great. The weather could have been better? It was lovely and warm but a couple more days of full sunshine, rather than intermittent cloud, would have been nice.

• Susana (7/5): Very nice house, adequate location, customer service should be better - Beautiful holiday house, well laid out, with its own garden and pool. There is privacy, too. Rooms were quite nice and spacious, big screen TV. Wifi worked quite well (which is not a given in Lanzarote). Quite clean This house perhaps is managed by a company. You get to see somebody who hands over the keys and that is. It feels a bit impersonal but that is a matter of preference. There were some basic utensils missing in the kitchen, as a pan. There was no soap, no dishwasher detergent, no courtesy oil, salt, biscuits, nothing. That is not a big thing. However, we were disappointed because the dishwasher did not work. We were six people, large family, and certainly we would not have rented this house if we had known there was no dishwasher (there were cheaper house alternatives...with it). We informed by Whatsapp, apparently somebody went there...but we were told by Whatsapp that it could not be fixed until after our departure. No other solution , no compensation of any sort (even as a token courtesy). This was not good service. The house as such is nice. Location OK, with nearby restaurants and small supermarkets. Bear in mind no sea views ( we knew about this).
