• Smith (8/5): Hidden paradise once you walk through the doors - Beautiful villa and well maintained pool! Restaurants, pubs, beach and markets all within a few minutes walking distance. Cooked breakfast each morning was delicious and the lady who cleans each day was very friendly. Vehicles can not access the villa directly. You need to lug your luggage down a narrow alley, fine if you don't have young kids who don't carry their own loads haha. Also grab/gojek deliveries can never find the correct location so you always need to select a meeting point about 100m away.

• Wampie (9/5): Heerlijke, ruime villa op een rustige toplocatie met uitstekende service en een geweldige prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. - De villa was echt prachtig en veel groter dan we op basis van de foto’s hadden verwacht. De ligging is ideaal: dicht bij alle gezellige plekken van Seminyak, maar tegelijkertijd heerlijk rustig gelegen. De host was altijd goed bereikbaar, gaf fijne tips en heeft zelfs scooters voor ons geregeld. Ook de service en het ontbijt waren uitstekend. Kortom: een heel fijn verblijf met een erg goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Hier en daar was wat vocht zichtbaar in de muren en op sommige punten zou wat onderhoud geen kwaad kunnen. Tegelijkertijd hebben wij dit op meerdere locaties in Bali gezien, dus het lijkt vrij gebruikelijk door het klimaat. Als dit wordt aangepakt, is deze villa wat ons betreft echt uitmuntend.
• dominique (8/5): Maison agréable malgré tout mais nécessite vraiment un coup de rafraîchissement - L’emplacement en centre ville mais au calme dans une petite ruelle…la taille de la villa , la piscine, la déco , le petit dej préparé tous les matins par une jeune fille charmante . Pas d’accueil, ni à l’arrivée ni au départ, jamais vu le proprio, clefs laissées sous la porte ! Pas d’accès en voiture jusqu’à la villa Maison qui nécessite quelques travaux Humidité sur les murs intérieurs, peinture écaillée, toute la robinetterie des salles de bain à revoir , mobilier extérieur saleet vétuste, coussins des transats tachés …pas de cafetière ni sèche cheveux …

• Simone (10/5): - The Villa is a beautiful calm oasis in busy Seminyak. Attention to detail with well chosen furniture and decoration, comfortable beds, super clean and awesome pool. We were well looked after by host and Yuda, who cooked us breakfast every morning. I wished we stayed longer!
• Arthur (10/5): Prima villa met een super host! - Mooi schoon en als je het terrein op loopt is het direct een oase van rust. Comang (een betere host kan je niet vinden) en Kadek (de ingehuurde kokkin) waren fantastisch!!! De villa ligt aan een zeer smalle steeg (hooguit 1,50 meter breed) die slecht verlicht is de laatste 50meter kan niet door een auto bereikt worden. De eerste indruk voelt daardoor wat unheimisch. In de villa voel je je wel direct prettig.

• Alexandra (9/5): - nous avons beaucoup aimé la villa qui se trouve dans un endroit très calme loin du tumulte de Seminyak. Yuda notre hôte a été très gentille. Paul le propriétaire était à l'écoute et a répondu à notre demande. Nous avons apprécié le petit cadeau de fin de séjour. nous sommes arrivés plutôt et nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait récupérer la clé sous le tapis.

• Paris (10/5): Beautiful, home from home villa in the heart of Seminyak! - The villa had all the charm of Bali and was so spacious and clean! The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach & the hustle and bustle of Seminyak! Yuda was amazing, she looked after us so well, nothing was too much for her & she went above and beyond. Breakfast was great too, such a great variety of options but highly recommend her Nasi Goreng! Paul was great and nothing was too much trouble! The communication from start to end was fantastic and I can't recommend this place enough, we will 100% be back & we can't wait to book again! Thank you!

Thanks Only thing with Seminyak & older areas of Bali is the sewerage systems & not being able to flush toilet paper - everything else was awesome
• Jason (10/5): Villa Nemia Thomas' trip 2025 - Location was great, pool was great, and Paul was so easy to deal with and Yuda the housekeeper/chef/carer was so wonderful 😊 she made it easy to organise day outs and washing etc. made our stay very relaxing. Recommend the Nasi Goreng for breakfast 🌶️ Easy to walk to any location for food or beers and 800m to the beach for a surf or relax. Highly recommend Nothing really at all and Paul and Yuda were very helpful with anything we asked about.
• Peter (10/5): Loved it. - Plenty of space. Nice comfy lounge. Highlight was Yuda the housekeeper who cooked up amazing breakfasts every morning. Doors to master bedroom that led out to pool area rattle if it is windy. Could be a problem for light sleepers.
• András (10/5): Super! - Simply everything is nice about this accomodation, I would go back to stay there next time in the area. The neighbourhood is central and busy, but the location is silent and relaxed. The whole house is cool, friendly, cozy, generous, can be party-like or meditative-like as you want/feel. Breakfast perfect and freshly made/served! Owner friendly and responsive. It is not a problem for me, but maybe good to know for a few of you: the street is very narrow in the end, so you have to walk some meters after getting off from the taxi.
• Kaela (10/5): A hidden gem - Beautiful hidden gem tucked away. We loved our stay here. Couldn't fault a thing. Our host Paul & Yuda catered to our every need, making us feel welcome. Easy, fast communication for anything. The accommodation was comfortable, excellent aircon, comfy beds, big size rooms. Pool was refreshing. Very queit location. Internet connection was good & TV had Netflix for downtime. Excellent walking location to all the eateries. Breakfast provided was cooked daily by Yuda, was delicious. I would highly recommend staying here. Your Home away from Home! Thanks Paul & Yuda for have us. Nothing we didn't like.

Will stay again x - Loved the villa and pool, and especially Yuda, she was amazing, so sweet and helpful and helped with other things also, the communication with Paul (owner) and Yuda was exceptional, even sorted scooter rentals and organised our laundry to be done also and security at Villa overnight is great also, a beautiful property :) quick walk to Jalan Raya Seminyak, takes a couple of walks to get bearings around the lanes, J’s Kitchen at end of lane was great for a quick lunch at the villa, The alleyway to the villa was smelly due to rubbish and sewer which were covered mostly with bricks but some werent which is quite common in Bali and to be expected, The airconditioning in the main lounge kitchen dining isnt strong enough for the size of the villa, and the ceiling fans may not be clicked over to summer/winter as I ended up buying a fan to move the heat around the room, Its a very hot time of year and the locals are feeling it also!
