- Eisler (6/5): I po trampotách s room servisem a vanou, musím říct že jsem se vyspal velmi dobře. - Desing apartmá byl krásný a jemný. Přivítání srdečné a vřelé. Odhlášení též. Velké problémy s Room servis a telefónem na pokoji. Rozdílné informace na pokoji, na internetu a na kartičce. Při dotazu recepční na volačku restaurace, mne odkázala internet na stránky hotelu a ukončila hovor. Špinavá a špatně odplouvající vana. Nejdřív jsem si musel umít a poté i zprovoznit odpad aby odtékala. U 4 hvězdičkového hotelu, absolutně nevýdané.

W pokoju brudno- płytko sine od brudu, wanna z hydromasażem nie działająca prawidłowo- zrobiona zaślepka na gwoźdź.. stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam na wielkie zero. Parking hotelowy na drugiej strony ulicy. Bilard nieczynny bo kij złamany. Pokoje małe, średnio we dwoje usiąść i komfortowo posiedzieć. Komunikacja w języku angielskim słaba, w języku polskim brak. Pokoje nie były sprzątane, tylko ręczniki wymieniane.

- Daniel (10/5): - Hodnocení: 10/10 Pokud hledáte místo, kde se snoubí neskutečný styl, luxus a pocit, že jste vítaným hostem od první sekundy, tak Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial je jasná volba. Byli jsme naprosto nadšení! Design, který bere dech: Žádná nuda nebo šedý průměr. Každý kout hotelu má nápad, je to moderní, svěží a nesmírně stylové. Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný a cítili jsme se v něm jako v bavlnce. Servis na jedničku: Personál je profi, neuvěřitelně milý a ochotný. Člověk má pocit, že pro ně nic není problém. Snídaně snů: Výběr, ze kterého se vám zamotá hlava. Všechno čerstvé, chutné a krásně servírované. Lepší start dne si neumím představit. Lokalita: V centru Liberce, všechno kousek, ideální základna pro výlety i relax.

- Jakub (10/5): Jinak skvělý pobyt, který narušil pouze hluk během snídaní kvůli dětem. Situaci jsem následně řešil s vedením hotelu a o - Pokoj byl čistý, moderní a pohodlný. Check-in i komunikace na recepci byly profesionální a bez problémů. Prostředí hotelu působilo na první dojem kvalitně a odpovídalo prezentované úrovni. Během snídaní byl bohužel velmi vysoký hluk kvůli dětem, které pobíhaly a křičely po celé restauraci. Atmosféra tak neodpovídala očekávání u hotelu této kategorie. I když personál ve většině věcí fungoval perfektně, tato situace výrazně ovlivnila můj celkový dojem.

Am gesamten Wochenende kaum Platz zum Frühstück. In der minibar befanden sich zwei leere Flaschen Wein und auf dem Tisch die Flasche Wasser war auch leer. Die Badtür ging kaum zu -müsste bitte eingestellt werden .

- MedeaKik (7/5): - Celkově je hotel fajn, super lokalita, milý personál, pohodlná postel,... Špatně řešená koupelna a wc, kvůli tomuhle bych už nikdy nezvolila tenhle, ani žádný podobný designový pokoj. Wc i vana se sprchou jsou "za rohem" od ložnice, ale nemají žádné dveře, což je značně nekomfortní, obzvlášť v případě wc. Člověk nemůže ani jít na wc v noci, aniž by budil toho druhého, ať už světlem, vodou nebo spláchnutím. V tomto konkrétním pokoji by se dal problém řešit, není žádný důvod tam nemít dveře.

- Uwe (8/5): - Das im Grunde schon recht alte und traditionsreiche Hotel ist mit viel Liebe völlig neu renoviert wurden. Die Zimmer wurden mit viel Kreativität neu gestaltet und sind sehr komfortabel. Alles ist sehr sauber und wirkt hochwertig. Was eher nicht so schön ist, ist, dass wenn man im hoteleigenen Restaurant keine Reservierung hat, es lediglich die Möglichkeit gibt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt->21Uhr wiederzukommen. Wenn man dies jedoch dann auch tut, ist die Küche faktisch schon am Aufräumen und 80% der hauptsächlich italienischen Gerichte (Pizza) nicht mehr zu bestellen. Außerdem ist, trotz noch gut besuchten Restaurant, das Küchenpersonal mit stoßlüften und Aufräumen beschäftigt, was in dem sonst schön gestaltete Restaurantambiente mehr als störend ist. Zumal viele der Damen im Restaurant leichte Abendbekleidung tragen. -> Sehr unschön und nicht professionell! Aber schwerer wiegt eigentlich der Fakt, dass man sich hätte ein anderes Restaurant in der Umgebung suchen können und hier auch keine Reduzierung der Speisekarte gehabt hätte. Sehr schade! Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist persönlich, dass wir bei unserem Besuch im Hotel zwei Jacken im Kleiderschrank des Zimmer vergessen haben. Dies wurde noch am selben Tag telefonisch bei der Hotelrezeption angemerkt welche sich am nächsten Tag beim Reinigungspersonal erkundigen wollte und sich zurückmelden wollte, was nicht geschah. Vielmehr wurde noch zweimal nachtelefoniert mit dem immer gleichen Ergebnis -> es wollte sich informiert werden und es sollte zurückgerufen werden. Bei all dem wurde im übrigen immer wieder betont, dass wir natürlich bereit waren den Rückversand der beiden Jacken kostenseitig zu übernehmen! Leider hat das den Eindruck des sonst sehr zuvorkommend Personal stark negativ beeinflusst! Wir warten immernoch(nach einer nun schriftlichen Beschwerde) auf eine Antwort zum verbleib der Jacken!

Ganz kleiner Abzug: Zimmer wurde individuell ausgewählt und wir hatten dann doch ein anderes bekommen. Wir haben uns damit aber gut arrangiert, nur an das durchweg weiße Zimmer musste ich mich zunächst dran gewöhnen.

- Mirushka (9/5): - Důležitý je první dojem, a ten nejlepší vytvořila svým milým chováním a úsměvem paní recepční. Ocenila jsem design pokoje On the Wave, malý vnouček byl nadšený z klouzačky rovnou z postele. Masážní vana byla třešničkou na dortu po dlouhém dni. Snídaně byla dostatečně pestrá. Hotel je v dochozí vzdálenosti od Babylonu a IQ Landie. Nemám připomínky.
- Dan (8/5): נחמד. - החדר היה מעוצב יפה אבל לא נוח ארוחת בוקר טובה. הצוות היה אדיב. חדר אמבטיה גדול ולא נוח מדרגה בתוך חדר האמבטיה. אמבטיה גדולה ועמוקה באמצע, יפה ומאוד לא נוחה למקלחת. לא היה מקום להניח את הטרול/ מזוודה, רק על הריצפה. הדירה שליד המיטה מסוכנתה יכולה לפגוע בראש במהלך השינה.

- twd_thomass (1/5): - Vůbec nic Člověk si objedná hotel Imperial za více než tři tisíce, očekává luxus, a místo toho dostane znečištěnou koupelnu a špinavou terasu. Na recepci jsme se šli zeptat na změnu pokoje a bylo nám řečeno, že jsme měli mít pokoj číslo 402, ale protože tam někdo něco rozbil, dali nám pokoj 118. V horším pokoji jsem snad ještě nikdy nebyl. Pokud to měl být designový pokoj, pak ten, kdo ho navrhoval, opravdu nemá žádný styl. Bylo mi tam nepříjemně, všude špína, matrace byla snad od krve nebo od něčeho podobného. Navíc výhled byl na rozbitý panelák, což je u ceny přes tři tisíce korun za noc opravdu neuvěřitelné. Podle fotografií a prezentace hotelu jsme očekávali něco zcela jiného realita tomu vůbec neodpovídala a pokoj nevypadal tak, jak měl. Všechno jsem vyfotil a žádám vrácení peněz. Něco takového už opravdu nechci nikdy zažít.

Large window in the toilet, leading to another normal window. I really prefer to have privacy in bathroom. Bed without headboard, but u have 3 pillows to choose from to sleep uncomfortably.
