• Raffaella (4/5): Necessita di pulizia - personale molto gentile Ho alloggiato insieme alla mia compagna in questo appartamento per puro caso, a un prezzo molto elevato, a causa della disdetta dell’alloggio precedente all’ultimo momento. Appena entrate, abbiamo dovuto metterci a pulire fino alle 23, perché l’appartamento era davvero sporco e pieno di muffa. Si nota chiaramente che viene tinteggiato frequentemente per coprire il problema, e infatti erano presenti prodotti antimuffa ovunque. Inoltre, abbiamo provato ad accendere termosifoni e condizionatori, ma senza successo: risultavano inutilizzabili. Considerando il costo elevato, ci aspettavamo almeno il necessario di base, come detergente per le stoviglie o del caffè. Invece non c’era nulla, tanto che abbiamo dovuto acquistare tutto noi e poi lasciarlo lì. posso dire peró che il personale è stato gentilissimo
• Merja (5/5): Except the bathroom and the two broken electrical outlets and the unworking radiator valves ,ok. - Keittiö ja jääkaappi olivat toimivat. Kylpyhuoneen lattia likainen ja seinänvierissä ehkä hometta. Asunto oli kuuma eikä lämpötilaa voinut säätää. Osa sähköpistokkeita oli rikki. Lakanoiden alla likaläikkäinen patja. Korkeat rappuset eivät sovi vanhuksille. You could not adjust the temperature in apartment. The owner shoud fix the valves. If itis not mold in the bathroom,perhaps it is just dirt but what is the smell in the bathroom?

• Mirko (2/5): Pessimo - Ben arredato e carino Servizi pessimi. Veniamo accolti da un ragazzo abbastanza gentile ma era chiaramente "strafatto". Appartamento trovato sporco, piumone pieno di macchie bianche e di bruciature di sigarette. L'antenna tv non funzionava. Ambiente poco illuminato specialmente nella sala giorno. Unico termosifone sul piano inferiore quindi sotto si stava bene ma sopra il soppalco si moriva di freddo, abbiamo dovuto dormire con le felpe. Soppalco non sembrava tanto stabile quando veniva utilizzato si sentivano scricchiolii poco piacevoli. Cuscini scomodissimi

• Cristiana (5/5): - La posizione ottima zona tranquilla Inizio col dire che la TV era fuori uso e il climatizzatore x scelta dei proprietari c'era un blocco x l'accensione.. non c'era scottex in cucina e nel bagno pochissimo sapone

• Antonella (7/5): giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo - posto semplice, senza fronzoli. giusto se si cerca solo una base d appoggio per visitare la città. tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. non c è alcun tipo di confort

• Ειρήνη (3/5): Poor - It was okey, clean It was a little far from the centre and the night the region it was a little bit dangerous.. When I communicated with the hostess told me that due to that we’ll arrive after 19:00 we have to pay extra 15€.. based on the address, we arrived on the other side, and it took about 5 minutes for the hostess to navigate us to the apartment.. we went inside , she talked us about and when we finished and we had to pay the time was 22:05 and they told us to pay extra fee because it was after 22:05.. for 5 minutes.. disappointed.. in my opinion she was sitting there and talking to us Just to pass the time until it's 10 and charge us extra.
• Patrick (6/5): A cosy no-frills ground floor apartment. - There was enough living space, closet space, not water & heating. It felt safe & secure & was surprisingly quiet. A metal edge by the bed was not secured properly and kept falling off, so we left it on the floor. The Wi-Fi didn't work at first, but we managed to get it to work. The electric kettle leaked and the oven/microwave was very difficult to use and I couldn't find any instructions. We also bought a washing up cloth & a tea towel.

• Sionita77 (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, close to the center. The staff was kind and gave us the keys to the apartment early in the morning! The level of cleanliness is average and the bathroom has a major problem: the drain in the shower is clogged, so there is always a big pool of water on the floor! The ventilation in the apartment is poor and that's why the bathroom smells of mold! The shower cabin needs a thorough cleaning. Upstairs, the wooden floor creaks and it's disturbing at night when you go down to the bathroom.
• Hitein (8/5): Good Value, good location for city centre - Great location, had all the facilities you needed. Staff was very nice showed us how to use the different keys and how to use the facilities. unpleasant smell throughout, ants, very creaky upper floor, homeless people set up tent outside apartment each night. Though we didn’t complain about any of the above so owners didn’t have an opportunity to amend these things.
• Jemimah (6/5): Dirty, bed bugs, ants, - Location, Wifi The place was dirty. Tiles in the bathroom had some black lining on it(probably mold), stains in the shower, water didn't drain well. The big windows had so much dust on it and a black spot on the wall upstairs near the bed. Ants everywhere. I think the bed definitely had bed bugs I had so many rashes and bumps on my skin and felt so itchy for days

• Mariana (7/5): Good - Good location, close to the train station and city center, friendly staff, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything you need Dirty bathroom, the water in the shower does not drain well, ants are crawling on the floor. We found their nest behind the bed and immediately called the owners. They came and removed it but ants still crawled. On the second floor, there is a fungus near the window. In my opinion, the price is too high for such apartments
• Petr (9/5): Good value for money and a very pleasant stay. - Nice, comfortable apartment with everything one might need. Very good communication. Cleanness wasn't top-notch, but no big deal.
