• nicola (10/5): Fabulous second stay in the best location on the strip! - Top location Cleaning needs to be better but the host is dealing with that! Having 2 sunbeds on the terrace would be a great addition -just a suggestion!

Tout ce qu'il faut pour se ressourcer ! Rien ... à si malheureusement 2 jours de pluie mais ça on n' y peut rien du coup sieste très agréable sur le grand canapé ...

• James (8/5): Casa luica 2026. - The pool was very clean and well maintained. The location is second to none, 30 feet too the beach and the same to the shops and restaurant's. The security was great which leaves you at ease at day and night.

• Rudolf (9/5): Die perfekteste Ferienwohnung während unseres Lanzaroteaufenthaltes. - Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Gastgeber warteten bereits mit dem Schlüssel auf uns. Der Kühlschrank war schon gut gefüllt und es es gab weitere Leckereien. Es gab ausreichend Hand,- Dusch,-und Strandtücker sowie Wechselbettwäsche.

• Grainne (10/5): - The location was excellent right on the strip close to the bars and restaurants and shops. 2 good sized bedrooms with good storage. Nice modern bathroom, good quality towels. Beds were very comfortable. Great big terrace getting the sunshine from morning to evening.kitchen had everything we needed. Lovely swimming pool area. Owner always answered very promptly if asked any questions. A few sun loungers for the terrace would be great. Apart from that nothing.

• Agnes (3/5): - De locatie Het appartement heeft achterstallig onderhoud en het was niet goed schoon en het 2 persoonsbed is dramatisch slecht. Onderstel van plastic poten. Zwenken alle kanten op. Bodem was ook dramatisch slecht, soort van hardboard. We hebben noodgedwongen op de grond moeten slapen. Gevolg pijn in de rug en de nek zit vast van mijn man en mij. De aparte bedden waren wel goed, soort van boxspring. Snap niet waarom zo bezuinigd is op de 2 persoonsbed. De keukenkastjes en schapjes in de woonkamer zijn vies. Raam in keuken ook smerig. Rondom de wasmachine smerig en veel stof. Geen koffiezetapparaat, een ouderwets ding om op te schenken. De roest zat erin, niet te gebruiken. Plukken stof onder het bed, eigenaar zei kwam vd wind. Ik heb nog nooit stofwolken onder mijn bed gehad door de wind. Heb het hele appartement opnieuw geveegd, stofzuiger kennen ze niet. Dit appartement is in deze staat niet meer dan € 400,00 waard voor een volle week. Mijn vriendin wil met haar man ook naar Lanzarote en wilde onze ervaring afwachten. Nou deze raad ik echt niet aan. Niet meer dan 2 sterren en een score van een 5. Zou eerder kloppen. Wij voelen ons hierdoor echt misleid.
• DUMESNIL (10/5): Séjour idyllique - La situation était idéale pour quelqu’un qui aime nager, contempler la mer et entendre le bruit des vagues . Nous avons adoré notre séjour loin des foules touristiques. Nous espérons revenir…. Juste un petit point pourrait être amélioré au niveau du chauffe eau ; le ballon est trop petit pour offrir 2 douches et 2 vaisselles par jour.
• Dagmar (10/5): Wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit in einer tollen Unterkunft! - Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Ruhiger Ort mit drei Restaurants, direkte nette Wandermöglichkeit direkt von der Unterkunft weg zu weiteren schönen (Sand!)stränden, und Zugang zum Wasser am Steinstrand direkt vor der Terrasse (Weg zum Kühlschrank ist von der Terrasse genauso weit wie ins Wasser😃). Auch wenn es ein Steinstrand ist, guter Einstieg ins Wasser möglich (aber am besten mit Wasserschuhen!) und Wasser immer schön ruhig zum Schwimmen. Der Sonnenschirm könnte etwas größer und flexibel (ist fest in der Mitte des Tisches) sein…Vormittags hat man so leider keine Möglichkeit, Schatten auf die Liegen zu bekommen. Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster, aber im Flur gibt es ein Fenster und ein Dachfenster - das hat uns eigentlich gereicht. Ansonsten gäbe es auch noch eine Klimaanlage, wenn es zu warm sein sollte. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten😃
• Denise (8/5): great location and amenities! - The location was absolutely perfect. the terrace and the pool area were fantastic! The owner was so nice to deal with and answered messages instantly! no air con but there are fans so we coped really well!
• JM (9/5): Right at the water's edge, comfortable, and relaxing. - Perfect quiet location right on the beach in a small town with much less tourism than other areas of the island - exactly what we wanted. Apartment was very well equipped with all the amenities you could need (less a dishwasher), and it was clean and spacious. Wifi worked great and airco fine. There are extra sheets, towels, etc for your convenience as well as a selection of board games. Free street parking, which was busier on weekends but still enough spaces. Around 3 lovely restaurants in the area - our favorite was Casa Tino. The host welcomed us with a selection of cold drinks, which was a super nice touch. There are some stores about 10 minutes' drive away. If you stay in this town, I strongly recommend a car vs public transport. We would definitely come back, and even more fun would be if we booked the neighboring apartments for our friends/family. This was not a negative for us, but like others have mentioned: you are sharing a front porch area with neighbors so you have to hope for quiet neighbors. This makes little difference if inside (very quiet there), but outside it changes the experience. The local residents also hang out at the beach in front of the apartments - especially weekends and after work early evenings (again, not bad in our minds). The bed was creeky, as others have reported but we got used to it. The couch is not so comfortable for lounging but we were mostly outside anyway. The airo is powerful but is not in the bedroom so you have to sleep with the door open. If we had been visiting when it was 40C, we would have been too warm at night. I suggest the host add a fan for renters' use as desired.
• Helen (10/5): Fabulous - If you want a quiet location with spacious accommodation, this is the place for you. Having read the reviews, everything positively written is this place and more. Took my snorkel in the hope of seeing something. Completely blown away with the abundance and variety of fish in only a couple of metres of water. Nothing at all.
• Michael (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft am direkt Meer - Lage direkt am Meer und die komplette Ausstattung der Casa (Küche, Bad), die Lage war sehr ursprünglich Wifi hat in den ersten 3 Tagen und in den letzten 3 Tagen, trotz Neuinstallation nicht funktioniert. Ein zusätzliches Fenster im Frontbereich des Wohnzimmers würde den perfekten Meerblick noch mehr betonen,

• Christine (9/5): Superb - The location is absolutely stunning; you can't really get any closer to 'living on the beach'. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and all the facilities and equipment provided are great. It was super helpful to have some basic provisions on arrival, and beach towels for guest use. We'd definitely recommend a stay at Casa Lucia. We have no real complaints, just a bit of feedback: the bed was a bit firm and creaky and lighting in the living area rather dim. It would be nice to have a reading light or lamp near the sofa.
• Nicola (10/5): Excellent sunny weeks stay in the best location!!! - Location location location!!! The best location ever, on the end of the strip across from the beach and very close to the old town 5 mins!! Great apartment with everything you need. Next door to shopping centre with mercadona for all your supplies!! Massive terrace/balcony which has sun all day from early morning till sunset!! Also table and chairs for 4 and 1 sun bed! The cleaning could be better but not a big problem, just the floors needed mopping as I found out when I walked bare foot and the kitchen drawers needed wiping out!!
• Simon (10/5): A Slice of Heaven - The location is absolutely idyllic. Peaceful, quiet, natural. The house is very well equipped, and even had a well stocked selection of drinks in the fridge etc. Its position right on the beach is just superb. At high tide I could get from the terrace to enough water to swim in under ten paces! If I had one minor niggle it would be that the bed was very hard Indeed.

• Edward (5/5): Passable - The patio was the highlight of our stay. Very spacious. One of the sunbeds had broken spars . Only 2 sunbeds provided which was a bit inconvenient as we were a party of 3. Sunbeds were dirty could do with replacing. The apartment needs to be upgraded. Too much iron bars on windows and doors. Only one English TV channel which only showed films in English from 8pm. We had to wash bed throws as they were very grubby. Also when we changed the bed linen we discovered the mattress protector was filty. Towels needed to be washed before use as they smelled . Main light in bedroom not working. Door keys hard to remove from locks. Place really needs a complete professional cleaning especially windows and frames.

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - Private gated-complex. Not too busy. Good location right on the main strip. Shopping centre and supermarket next-door. Spacious apartment with good-sized bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space in both. 2 large fans. Large modern bathroom with good storage and 2 hair-dryers (1 very old). Large very fluffy, soft towels. Large sunny balcony with table and 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds with pads and huge umbrella. Window shutters and bars so windows could be left open whilst still secured. Full-size fridge-freezer. Washing machine with instructions. Washing-up liquid provided. Private Wi-Fi. No Safety deposit box. Only one set of keys which was awkward as there were 3 of us. Only 1 plug socket in 2nd bedroom (between beds) too close to plug in the fan. Apartment could have been cleaned better inside (especially under the beds and in the corners) and on the balcony. Lots of "old" bird poop on balcony rails. The kettle (hidden in a cupboard) was a tiny travel kettle and was full of limescale. No instruction for how to work the Hob. On a few evenings there was a very loud amourous couple, either next-door or upstairs, and a very loud TV playing (to possibly drown-out the sounds of this couple).

The kettle was a tiny little one holding a mug and half of water which took an age to boil, not suitable for 3 people.

• Darragh (10/5): Great property and great host - 10/10 - 60 second walk from the beach, a supermarket, and all amenities you could think of. The host was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is fantastic, in good condition, and the double bed mattress is almost new - very comfy. The apartment comes with two plug in dans, we never felt warm any evenings and it was 25 degrees during our stay Nothing - it was excellent

• Damaris (10/5): Exceptional - The house was much bigger than we thought, spacious and light. It had absolutely everything we needed like new beach towels, hair dryer, the host Lucia even left us a chilled bottle of wine and the fridge full of non alcoholic drinks and some beers. Lots of attention to detail made it really special and welcoming. The house is on a comfortable beach and you can swim all day, never dangerous, right in front of you doorstep. Great for snorkeling as we saw many fish and a sea turtle too! Neighbours really friendly and the only two restaurants in the village are of really good quality fresh dishes, many fish. Quiet town, reminds us of times gone by... absolutely beautiful. There was nothing we didn't like!

It is very central, located only a few minutes from the beach and shops/restaurants on the main strip. Walking distance to the old town and harbour area also. Shutters and netting on windows very helpful as could leave the windows open at night. Pool area spacious, not many sunbeds but we had it to ourselves most days.

Great communication from the owner Very outdated needs alot of work done. Beds very uncomfortable. Alot of spider webs around. No iron and the hairdryer would take hours to dry your hair

Two minutes to widest beach in Puerto del Carmen, two minutes to supermarket, very close to restaurants and pubs, but still quiet. There are two big bedrooms and living room, nice big kitchen, long floor, bathroom and huge tarrace. Enough space for family holidays. Appartment was very clean, everything was working and all important kitchen accessories were available. If I had some question to owner, he always answered friendly in a minute.
• Martyn (7/5): it was ideally suited as a base for the area - it’s in an ideal location for the main strip and an easy walk to the old town. it’s also ideally situated for quick access to the beach. The supermarket is next door which is well stocked. The view from the terrace is of the Farones Hotel but you’re generally not there that often.

• Walter (10/5): Tranquil and away from it all. - We enjoyed our few days at Casa Lucia, villa had everything we needed. Quiet location right next to sea. Tapas restaurant was our favourite, to the left on incline. Enjoyed fantastic sun rises every morning. Can recommend for a few tranquil days away from tourist resorts. Bed bit hard for us.

Swimming pool was like your own private pool. All was good.
