The view from the seating outside area over the canal was absolutely delightful. A very well equipped & clean apartment in a fantastic location We didn't like the bathroom with toilet & laundry opening so close to the kitchen area. The bedside tables looked nice but were not user friendly, especially the top, you could not place anything on it. There were no hand towels & the one bathroom did not have a bath mat for the floor (so a slipping hazard). This was nothing major to stop us from enjoying this apartment.

Love the large balcony to sit for br - Within walking distance to the main strip and restaurants around Dolphin Quay and the beach . Very quiet and peaceful on the balcony overlooking the canal at anytime even though school holidays were on. Might be lucky enough to see a dolphin. Kitchen was well equipped. Apt was like a home away from home feel with beautiful furnishings. Loved it all.

• Emily (9/5): A gorgeously renovated place for families to enjoy Mandurah, with beautiful water views. - Fantastically located and the recent renovations were amazing. The owners put a lot of thought into the décor, styling and even thought of providing small activities for the children, extra blankets for babies etc. We couldn't figure out how to put streaming services on the TV, and there is a gate that leads directly to the water that is easy for small children to open and possibly escape. Maybe some sort of child proofing for the water front balcony area might be a consideration?

Just what you want on a holiday! - We had never been to Perth before, and I’m so glad we chose this accommodation in Mandurah. It’s private, quiet, easy access and location is great for a walk to cafes and the beach. The accommodation was very well set up, 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge, plus 2 large alfresco outdoor areas. We had ample space as a couple but would also fit a family of 4 easily. Everything you needed was there, very well thought out! We unfortunately didn’t see any dolphins in the canal, will have to boat out further next time!

• Cassandra (9/5): Cosy coastal theme apartment in great location! - Location was perfect, it was quiet and serene, yet so near to the restaurants on Dolphin Quay, and easy walk to the Mandurah eastern foreshore! Easy parking on the street for when we just needed to pop back into the apartment for a bit in the day, and park in the secure garage at night. Beds were a bit small. Would also have been good to have the option of single beds for the 2nd bedroom.

We loved being right next to the canal and saw dolphins almost every day! The only thing I didn't like was the amount of incense diffusers in the apartment. It was quite overpowering.

Perfect location and very convenient. The unit was beautifully set up, very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't use the garage but it looked easy enough. We parked in the street. Not really something not to like but we felt a little bit exposed with just net curtains to the balcony. Just a very personal preference and it certainly didn't affect our stay. Not being smart tv users we would have liked detailed instructions on using the TV. It wasn't a big problem because we both brought books!

Only complaint would be having the water off due to plumbing issues all day Wednesday and Thursday morning. Whilst this was unforeseen it was a little inconvenient for us especially on the Thursday morning when we had an afternoon show to attend. Thankfully the water came on in plenty of time to allow us to get ready.

• Selena (5/5): At this price point it is unacceptable to 'forget' to clean and service the apartment. - Location is good. The location was good but unfortunately the apartment had not been cleaned or serviced on our arrival. Following a few phone calls, a cleaner was sent to conduct the house keeping and cleaning. There was no discount offered for the inconvenience of not having the apartment ready until after 5pm. There was no flyspray available which was needed for the large cockroach that appeared later that evening.

• Susan (10/5): Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a lovely get away. - Very clean, quiet and every amenity available. Was not a big problem but the main air conditioner was making a rattling noise so we could not leave on at night. The overhead fan in the second bedroom we could not get to work. Would have liked to watch local free to air television but don’t think it was available.

Very close to all amenities. Would def visit again. Bed was a tad hard for us but we are a older couple. Swans on canal visiting was a bonus. A clock on wall in apartment. Car park to get in and out with remote was difficult Best parking on street.

• Faith (9/5): Superb - Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. There are plenty of things to do and see. There were board games, kids' colouring, DVDs, plenty of kitchen utensils, coffee plunger, spices, etc. Great place to stay. There is nothing to not like. You may hear the music from the bar/restaurant a couple of streets away, but it wasn't that loud.
• Beachy (9/5): Beautiful accommodation in a lovely setting. - Location was fantastic - near to the City beach, as well as all the bars and restaurants. Apartment was really comfortable and had a lovely view of the canal. There was no internet connection for all of my stay although the hosts did their best to sort it for me. This meant I had to go out to the free WiFi area in Mandurah to access my travel app and to keep in touch with my family which was a bit inconvenient as I am a solo traveller from Europe with no data on my phone.
