Very horror place with poor facilities. Booking.com pls update the latest picture and ficilities on your vvoking side. So high level disappointed.. The hotel looks like horror and suitable for horror movie shoiting. The hotel actually is budjet hotel it worth for Rm70.. And not for Rm 180..i booked 2 room one is called suite double, but we have been cheated with name and picture. Another foom named triple single deluxe cost rm200, but only my blood pressure is goes up. Looking at inside facilities so terrible and smelly, old furniture and when ask for another towel the receptionist said we only can provide 2 towel. Then why I need booked for triple single bed?? The bedding very bad for budget hotel with super small single and hard. Ahhh omg.. Everything not good. Booking.com pls revise your facilities picture and don't post 10 years ago picture... If can pls return my booking money, I'm so terribly disappointed

Booking always helps me in an emergency if my trip has problems, especially regarding travel to the location. Due to problems with the transportation agency canceling the bus booking from Kuala Lumpur to Lumut. I could not make the trip to Lumut as I had carefully planned. I requested a cancellation without charge, since I sent this topic. The hotel only replied to all messages with an answering machine, with the point that I had to pay in full if I did not come. Even booking.com, which has always succeeded in helping with problems like this, also regretted this situation. I am not angry. I am just disappointed that they could not respond personally to this situation. I could not come because of limited transportation after the next day. And only this hotel's answering machine answered my information. It seems they don't care at all.

- jan (8/5): - Het personeel en de ligging aan het strand. De receptionist was vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Omdat ze die dag geen ontbijt serveerden bracht hij ons naar een ander hotel waar dat wel kon.

- Paul (9/5): Quiet and enjoyable stay. - It was out the way a little bit, so it was quiet which I like! Owner gave me the keys to the gym so I could train early, so I could get on with the rest of my day, which I appreciated. They let you use the fridge in the restaurant if you need drinks storing. Owner also gave me a couple of lifts on the bike as well. Aircon was cold, WiFi worked well. There is a cafe called cycas next to the hotel in the right, which I used to buy water

- Rafizamza (3/5): Is Pangkor a Safe Destination??? - Near to beach Not crowded I feel like prison... Gate closed and lock once we parked at night. I was fishing in front but got locked out as early as 10pm. I hv to call the police for assistance. Found out that the workers are well asleep upstairs. Why you double lock the gate? Is it because Pangkor Island is not safe to be visited? Is the crime rate in Pangkor high? Is the authority not functioning?

- Michelle (10/5): Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt. - Eine schöne und praktikable Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das war nicht weiter störend. Wir konnten früher einchecken und später auschecken. So gastfreundlich wurde ich selten behandelt. Wir hatten zunächst ein innenliegendes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekommen, hier war leider Schimmel und man konnte nicht lüften. Nachdem wir diesen Umstand mitteilten haben wir sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen.

- Angus (8/5): Pleasant and relaxed - Rooms are spacious and well equipped and staff pleasant and attentive. Relaxed, calm surroundings just metres from the beach with superb views. November being low season, the hotel is not serving food but theres plenty to choose from nearby. Recommended

- Diana (8/5): - The staff and the boss is very friendly. I came too early before the check in time, but the staff let me check in early bcs I bring a baby and its about to rain outside. Very considerate. Clean and spacious room. Near to the beach and have a small warong infront. Easy to get food. Nice location. The price is reasonable too esp during peak week ( public holiday). Overall nice stay. Just little uncomfortable with the beds. And the sliding door inside the room cannot be open.

The building was left without any guard or night duty receptionist which is a bit on the security side. At night it rained quite heavy the doors wasnt closed but we are one who went to close otherwise the sitting area would have been so wet.
