- kevin (9/5): Great apartment in great location with a very helpful agent. - WE were lucky it was a three bedroom property but they only charged for two so we had plenty of room. However the apartment was more than big enough for six people. Very good location and Thomas the agent was brilliant. The agency can also supply car hire. We had originally hired large car but realised we only needed a smaller car and they arranged it for me. Some super restaurants very nearby and the port is only a little further away. The beach is very close and easy to walk into the centre of estepona. Nothing really

- Lina (10/5): Excellent vacation apartment - We were two families. We got a comfortable baby cot and a baby chair. The apartment was clean, spacious and cozy. It has all equipment you need, every room is separately air conditioned. We arrived very late in the night. We got welcome drinks, coffee and basics for the breakfast we asked for.
Thomas organized transfer from /to airport, answered all questions very quickly.
The nice, wide and clean beach is very close, 5 min. to walk.
The shops, cafes are close. The paseo is beautiful and spacios to walk to the old town and shopping street with a lot of restaurants and cafes.
The apartment is higher than the beach line. You have to climb to some distance higher. But we managed to go down and up with baby stroller several times a day.
The apartment has a community pool which was clean and comfortable to refresh after hot beach.

Easy living! - Clean appartement, well-equiped kitchen, lots of TV stations, OK view from the balcony (not ocean view thought), short distance to beach/grocery stores/pedestrian zone. Quiet neighborhood. Private parking. Relatively easy access to the highway.
- Pablo (10/5): Fantastic stay — perfect location, comfort, and service! - We spent three wonderful weeks at Estepona Town Apartment Carmen and absolutely loved it. The location is unbeatable — just a short stroll to the beach, the port, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient.
The apartment was extremely clean, spacious, and well-furnished. A huge plus is that there’s air conditioning in every room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable, especially during the warmer days.
The pool in the building was fantastic — clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The neighbors were also super friendly and welcoming, which really made us feel at home.
Thomas called us the day before our arrival and met us at the entrance of the building. He guided us through the private parking and gave us a full tour of the apartment, taking the time to explain how everything worked. His attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding.
This is the perfect spot for a stay in Estepona. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it! Nohting
- Mike (9/5): Superb - The location of this apartment was ideal for our requirements, with easy access to all the facilities Estepona has to offer. A 5 minute walk to the sea front promenade and within a max 15minute walk to leisure centres, football stadium, the Old Town, the port area, and a range of restaurants, supermarkets etc. There is ample space within the apartment. The apartment and communal areas were well maintained. Everything for day to day living was provided in the apartment with easy access to managing agents to answer any queries. A south or west facing balcony would have been ideal.

Appliances are comfortable. Apartment is very spacious.
Plenty of towels. Very friendly cleaner. Weekly change of bed linens.
Flexible host. The office of the host is close by.
We got a dog bed, baby bed and baby chair which was very handy for us as a family.
