• Barry (10/5): Casa Cadiz - It was a beautiful modern apartment, very clean and had everything you could need , the handover with Sandra on arrival and departure was so easy. We would definitely come again. There was nothing we didnt like.
• Rodda (10/5): - We arrived at just after midnight and were welcomed by Sandra who was lovely and showed us the facilities. We weren't disappointed. It's a very nice clean and modern apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning was great and much appreciated considering the recent temperatures. A very quiet spot just far enough away from the busy bars. We will definitely be trying to book again soon. No negatives from us but if you struggle walking it's up a slight incline and wouldn't suit some people but we loved it

• David (9/5): A great wee spot to stay - The swimming pool was great, and the location of the apartment was ideal, with a supermarket located right across the street. The property is modern, neat, and tidy with all the amenities required forever long a stay. Sandra, our host, met us on time when we arrived late at night and came to wish us well when our stay was over.We would recommend the place to anyone wanting to have a quiet and relaxing break.

• Lorraine (10/5): Perfect in every way - Key manager Sandra was lovely met us there and showed us around the apartment and said to let her know if we needed anything which we didn't couldn't fault anything had everything you needed the apartment was secure and felt very safe and all the neighbours was very friendly ideal location buses very cheap to get about to different places Thank you Patrick and Bianca we will definitely be back soon Cushions for the sun beds round the pool would be nice 🙂

• Andrea (9/5): We enjoyed our five-day stay and will definitely consider returning. - Bianca's apartment was spotless and exactly as depicted in the photos. Recently renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, it was very comfortable for our family of three. Sandra, her agent, greeted us upon arrival, explained how everything worked, and handed over the keys. The service was highly professional. The building features a lovely swimming pool, and directly across the street is a supermarket with everything you need. A pharmacy is just a two-minute walk away, and there are numerous restaurants in the surrounding area. The nearest beach is an 8-minute walk away, although we preferred to drive to the beaches in Villajoyosa, which are about a 20-minute drive and highly recommended. The apartment does not have private parking, but we found free parking spots in the white zone on the street just to the left of the apartment every day without any issues. Everything was great, especially the main bed and pillows, which were very comfortable. The only drawback was that the sofa bed, while functional, wasn't very comfortable for sleeping for an extended period.

• Maxine (10/5): Excellent apartment. Would highly recommend.. - The apartment has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard. Everything you need for a perfect apartment holiday. Washer, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, hairdryer, air con, Wi-Fi, TV with mostly Dutch channels but some English channels also. The host and key manager were very helpful and efficient. A quiet location. Large supermarket across the road. 3 minute walk to quieter bars and restaurants. 5 -7 minutes walk to beach. 5-10 minute walk to more lively bars and clubs. Location may not be ideal if any problems with mobility as up a sheepish hill.
