• Karina (8/5): Great stay with generous Oaxacans happy to share their knowledge and culture. - Our hosts were wonderful. They provided great ideas about things to do and how to get there using public transportation (which google maps is not good at). The location near our wonderful Spanish school (La Guarida) was great. It's also two doors from Mix Chapus - a fun little place that sells chapulines, snack mixes, and mezcal gummies! Because we stayed for two weeks, they gave us more access to the kitchen and space in the fridge. We cooked several times, but it's also super easy to eat out. The shower pressure was low and the hot water control was a bit difficult.
