• Irina (3/5): - Amplasarea buna, chiar linga plaja si aproape de statie de autobuz. WIFi inezistent. Pentru chekin instructiunile sunt confuze, la mesaje nu se raspunde, desi am solicitat clarificari. Se indica adresa receptiei, dar indicatiile sunt spre locatie. Deci am ajuns la locatie cu bagaje si a trebuit sa constat ca defapt cheile se iau de la gara feroviara si sa fac drum intors. Destul de neplacut. In dus apa se scurge dedesubt si totul este numai apa.

• Svetlana (8/5): - Great location and awesome beach. grocery and bus stop within walking distance We were there twice and both times the building was covered in scaffolding, which blocked a full view of the sea. On the first day our roller blind fell down, but they immediately gave us a curtain. The door handle fell off. To be honest, at least cosmetic repairs and returning functionality would be appropriate. Last night some Barbarians moved in and started a night of drinking with grill and screaming. We couldn't sleep and it was scary to talk to them. But it's not the agency's fault, it's the human factor.

Da vi gør opmærksom på lugt, og snavs og at vi er utilfredse med at vi ikke kunne - Intet andet end at det lå tæt på vandet Der lugtede virkelig grimt af sved, røg og gammel parfume. Der var beskidt. Det ligner ikke det på billederne. Der var så klamt. Skulle have adgang kl.15.00 men “rengøringen” var først færdig 15.53 Alt var under al kritik

• Di Buono (2/5): - La posizione è comoda e piacevole Mi sono state consegnate le chiavi sbagliate, quando me ne sono accorto ho contattato immediatamente la struttura ma non mi è stata offerta nessuna soluzione e non ho potuto usufruire della stanza.
• Martina (1/5): Terribile. - Ho alloggiato qui proprio una settimana fa. Inizio con il dire che dalle foto si capisce davvero poco di come l’alloggio sia strutturato: sono camere, camere che si trovano in un palazzo in RISTRUTTURAZIONE, aspetto assolutamente non specificato al momento della prenotazione e che presenta quindi un’impalcatura proprio sopra il terrazzo della stanza che, oltre ad oscurare la vista, genera un sacco di polvere sia sul terrazzo che nella stanza. Ovviamente quest’aspetto è stato fatto presente da me alla reception, tramite messaggio, messaggio a cui ho ricevuto una misera risposta per poi non rispondermi neanche più. I problemi dell’alloggio però non erano di certo solo questi, potrei continuare con il dire che entrando c’è una cucina comune in cui tutti gli ospiti possono cucinare ma che rimanendo chiusa e con l’aria condizionata accesa h24, rende il rientro poco piacevole sia per l’odore molto sgradevole che per il freddo. Inoltre nella stanza l’intonaco sotto la finestra è totalmente rovinato, con pezzi che cedono, la luce del bagno che attiva una ventola rumorosa e molto fastidiosa, l’unica seduta disponibile all’interno della stanza è una poltrona anch’essa rovinata e il frigo-bar presente sotto la scrivania all’interno di un mobile che aprendolo bisogna farci forza che causa un rumore fastidioso strisciando sul pavimento. Sulla testata del letto dov’è presente il telecomando del condizionatore era pieno di polvere e la tv si vedeva poco e niente, quel poco anche male (a strisce che non ti permettevano di riuscire a guardare per più di 10 secondi). Al di là di questi aspetti su cui una persona potrebbe passare sopra, la cosa più grave è sicuramente stato il menefreghismo dello staff che non si è degnato di rispondere quasi mai ai nostri richiami o ai nostri messaggi per chiedere informazioni, nemmeno un saluto o un ringraziamento quando li abbiamo avvisati di aver lasciato chiavi e stanza. A mai più.

Am găsit fire de păr pe perne, era foarte mult praf pe jos, pe masă, pe noptiere, în cabina de duș era mucegai, când făceam duș ieșea apa din cabina de duș pe la colțuri. Despre personal...nu am văzut pe nimeni în cele 5 zile petrecute acolo, singura interacțiune cu personalul fiind online, ceea ce nu e neapărat ceva negativ.
• luigi (2/5): - Avevo prenotato una camera vista mare, me la sono ritrovata vista ponteggio. Entrando sono stato accolto da una fortissima puzza di cipolle e da un ragazzo mezzo nudo che le cucinava, ed è così che ho scoperto la presenza di una cucina in comune, per TRE camere. Nonostante la cucina in comune, non era comunque presente un bollitore, nonostante ne fosse specificata la presenza (per noi molto importante visto che la mia ragazza soffre di insonnia ed ha bisogno di bere una camomilla per dormire). La camera era in pessimo stato di manutenzione, con varie macchie di muffa e pittura scrostata dai muri. La pulizia lasciava abbastanza a desiderare, ma veniamo al punto forte: la vista mare!!! Aprendo la porta finestra del balcone per godermi la vista, ho invece trovato un bel ponteggio a coprirmela, oltre a questo il tavolo su cui avrei dovuto fare colazione con vista, era rotto e le mie 2 sedie, nel balcone di fianco; a guarnire il tutto, vetri rotti di una bottiglia di birra sul pavimento. Se non altro, hanno provveduto a portarmi un nuovo tavolo con sedie, il giorno dopo, almeno questo.

• Olesia (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in Ostia. Excellent room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The room is comfortable. There is a shared kitchen where you can cook. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

• Sandra (1/5): I did not enjoy it - Didn’t enjoy my stay The property had many issues: - Staff: unwelcoming, straight away was lied to about the vondition of the room. Cleaners weren’t there as promised and the room was a mess. Got checked in around 17 but eventually got to the room around 18:45 (check in started at 15). - Property: Either had a mold issue or somebody has been a heavy smoker in the room (Gold room). Most likely a mold issue. It was visible under the mirror and from the walls that were peeling of paint. There is construction going on so you are not able to see the view. Dust everywhere. - Additional remarks: they gave for 3 nights for 2 people one toilet roll. They said that they will not give more. I think that the property has potential but it is run so badly that it just looses value. You need to invest something in and host the guests. Most things there are broken. - Cleaning: the floors needed vacuming, walls needed washing, shower needed washing, the sheets were dirty. You really didn’t want to touch anything. The same towels etc you will use until the end of your stay. FYI: I do not leave reviews so it had to be really smt. Being a Karen isn’t smt I want to do during my vacation. For the money I paid I do not think it was worth it. I paid in Rome for a Hotel near the center like for 2 nights like 250-260 euros which was a 4 star hotel. Beach wasn’t worth it either but on the other side it was way nicer. :)

• Ivan (5/5): Passable - The price is ok, the accommodation is correct but , Incredibly inhospitable area. Unfriendly and rude neighborhood. I felt very unsafe.
• Anonymous (2/5): Accommodation not good. Ostia is not a high end place. but it is nice, and people are very nice. - The bed sheets smelled clean. The building is under heavy renovation, in bad state, covered in scafold. Room not cleaned. skirting boards mouldy and worn down. Air-con not working. electric blinds not closing 100%. outdoor Furniture broken. no water kettle. there was beginning green algae in the bottom of the water dispenser, on the Nescafe machine. We were there for a sports event, so did not have time to sort other accommedation. - There is a city tax you pay separate, directly to the company (normal in Italy) but they did not send it before was boarding the flight to go there. I barely managed to pay it online before my flight took off. but since I was arriving late and out of hours, that just added unnecessary pressure. though I would not recommend, I will end on a positive note, that the person I communicated with was polite and and responded reasonably quick to WhatsApp messages. However I will not be using Ostia Holiday sunset again, though I go to Ostia 3-4 times a year.

I love planes but for someone else it can be quite loud in the morning. Barely slept because of mosquitos (lost count after killing 20), even though we didn’t open the windows, though there isn’t much you can do about it 😊

• Stina (1/5): Dirty and worn down. - We had no information in advance that you needed to go 3 km to another location to get the key to the room. The kitchen on the pictures is shared with several rooms. The toilet was dirty, and the place was in general worn down and dirty. It's located in a getto like building, with dogs barking and broken lamps. The WiFi didn't work, and the fridge was out of order. The staff was ignoring me when I tried to talk to them. Just pretend I didn't question the information we got. If we had more time we would have cancelled the room.
• Hafiz (1/5): Staff wasn't helpful and room wasn't clean - Nothing. They asked us to get the key from station instead of the property. Which is quite a lot of far. Saff was not helpful. Also, they have tried to changed the property when insisted that we booked seaview they gave us propety near sea but there wasn't any seaview which we initially booked also while submitting the taxes they have tried to charge the money again for full booking. Inside the room which they gave us was not clean, sofa in the room was dirty/not clean and then coffee machine and wifi wasn't working.

• Diana (3/5): dirty, shabby, completely untaken care of ... - It was terribly dirty and nothing worked there - shower was heavily leaking, coffee machine was broken, the wifi did not work at all, the TV was dying, it was all a lie. The staff promised to return the cost of one night, but they did not. Avoid this place! They will try to swindle you. The only good thing is the location, where you can also find a parking place with relative ease. shower, coffee machine, wifi, TV - nothing worked and it was terribly dirty and old block of flats that was ok on the outside, but was in a very bad shape on the inside

I inform others just to avoid this place! It’s the worst ever stay in my life even though I am travelling every day for work. Just facts: story started straight after payment via booking.com - I immediately received message from the owner that for receiving the key of accommodation I have to go to another address where is their reception located as reception where I have to get key is different from the place of accommodation. When I asked how far is it - they just did not reply. But as I fully paid and payment was not refundable I already was obliged to go there without asking me if it’s fine for me. This is already cheating as it was not written in description before my payment that was not refundable. Then Upon arrival: receptionist told us that now we have to take public bus at central station to go to accommodation! I emphasize that it’s not a shuttle like from the hotel, but public transport at central station! And after 10-15 min in the bus we had to go by foot with suitcases around 10 minutes to search for address of accommodation! And all without asking us if it’s ok for us! As we had luggage: 2 big suitcases it was not acceptable at all! It was awful and miserable service. Then, I tried to take a bus - as station was close in the same street - but it’s full of people as it’s public transport and not a shuttle! But there was also no buses! After waiting for 15 min, I tried to ask taxi at station for taxis - but no taxis and we had to wait for 30 min, as they said. I came back to reception and explained it to her - she replied that will try to call taxi - but no one replied on her call. So in the end we finally could catch the public bus, after 15 min in the bus, we had to go by foot with luggage searching the address of that location with all luggage and lift the bags in dirty awful building on the 3rd floor! Therefore i feel I had to explain all details to inform others about this awful company, just to avoid this miserable service and dirty place.
