- kouhei (10/5): - 大人二人、小学生三人で二部屋になりましたが隣同士で部屋もベッドも広く快適に過ごせました。立地も商店街裏手で歩いて2分にコンビニ、ドラッグストアがあり、5分〜10分程歩けば繁華街がありました。周りが繁華街ではないので夜は静かに過ごせました。熊本城にも近くて歩いてると夜はライトアップが見えました！出発前には水筒に氷もいれてもらえてとてもスタッフの方も快い対応してもらえました！ 特にありません。

- 佐藤 (9/5): 繁華街からも近いが静かでゆっくり過ごすことが出来た - ホテル近くの駐車場に自家用車のサイズが大きくて入らなかった。 ホテルフロントに問い合わせをしたら提携の別の駐車場を案内してもらえ、場所が少し離れてるからという事で事前に電話連絡をして空いてるのか問い合わせをしてくれた。 子供も一緒に宿泊したので子供の分の歯ブラシもフロントで一緒に渡してくれた。 近場の駐車場にどのサイズの車も止めれたら良かったなと思います。

The room was very dark and had an older feel, and the corridor smelt like cigarette smoke as I think there were smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor. The room didn’t smell like smoke though so that’s okay

- Anonymous (8/5): Lovely, leafy city location. - Okus Hotel was located in a leafy part of the inner city, within walking distance of the castle. Additionally, shopping and restaurants were plentiful and easily found nearby. The hotel staff, conveniently for us, spoke excellent English and provided helpful and willing assistance. Our room was spacious, although not contemporary. The hallway to our room was heavily stained in many areas, which detracted from the overall appearance of the hotel. In addition, security was comparatively lax, although typical of an older style hotel.
