• John (10/5): Bologna short stay - The apartment was very convenient for the railway station and for walking into the city. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We arranged early entry at 1pm. The entry to the building, apartment and room using a phone app was initially confusing.

• Joanne (8/5): Perfect stay for easy access to Marconi shuttle train to the airport. - 2 minutes walk from the train station so it is super convenient. Easy to access the property and some very kind free extras left in the fridge. Room is small but very functional with a convenient extra space for all the suitcases. The bed and pillows were very soft but we were only staying 1 night so it was ok.

• Karen (9/5): Abundant space nearby the central station - Abundant space, only a few minutes walk from the train. Elevator access to the unit... So helpful when traveling with bags. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark and quiet for resting. Central and nearby several amenities. The room could have benefitted from an extra blanket or an extra sheet. There was no flexibility offered in how to dress the bed. I personally needed to freeze something to travel with medicine and while the room had a fridge, it wasn't cold enough to freeze, causing a small inconvenience.

Was wir wirklich nicht gut fanden, ist, dass die Anmeldung im voraus elektronisch stattfindet, denn es ist niemand vor Ort. Alle Anweisungen um die drei Türen zu öffnen, erfolgen ebenfalls elektronisch. Es ist so viel einfacher, sich an einer Rezeption zu melden!

Κοντά στο σταθμό. Σε μικρή απόσταση από το κέντρο κ όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Δεν σε ενοχλεί καθόλου να πας με τα πόδια. Έχει κοντά café με καλή ποιότητα για κάτι γρήγορο το πρωί. Ότι υπόσχεται είναι πραγματικότητα. Σίγουρα θα το ξανά επέλεγα για διαμονή στην ίδια πόλη. Για την πόλη δεν είμαι σίγουρη. Υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερες στην Ιταλία.
• Valentine (10/5): - Zeer vriendelijke host, prima communicatie via whatsapp. Toen ik vroeg om de baggage even bij te houden omdat we vroeger aankwamen dan check in, heeft men gezorgd dat we onmiddelijk in onze kamer konden zonder additionele kost. Er waren kleine attenties aanwezig, deze laten je welkom voelen! Prima verblijf, als ik 1 minpuntje moet geven, dan zou ik zeggen dat de douchecabine wat klein is, maar dat is maar een detail.

The room was loud, we could hear our neighbors talking and the noise from outside. Although it is not something that can be changed, keep that in mind if you have a light sleep like we do :)

Ho apprezzato molto il servizio di frigobar gratuito in stanza e l'omaggio culinario: una confezione di tagliatelle ☺️. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Struttura situata proprio fuori la stazione ferroviaria, un po' troppo distante dal centro se ci si vuole spostare a piedi (circa 1,5 km ) .

The remote locks on the doors were inconsistent - sometimes they worked smoothly, sometimes not. Some door handles need to be turned clockwise, and others need to be turned counterclockwise. I cut my finger on the main door while turning it the wrong way. My husband and daughter had similar problems, so it was not just me. The inside door handle came off, and we put it back in place. I suggest that if the owners sincerely cared about the customer, they would have better locks. This is particularly meaningful when no one is on-site to help.

Mas em relação a hospedagem é excelente, o anfitrião é super atencioso, quarto super confortável. Snacks e bebidas livres no quarto. Recomendamos.

The vikey system was new to us but Alessio helped us to understand to use it and must admit, it’s a very convenient system! Also the cleaning lady, Marii was very helpful too!

The rooms are not well soundproofed; it feels like you're in the bathroom with your neighbor. ​The access method is risky. It’s phone-only, so if your battery dies while you're out, you can’t get in. ​It would be good if they provided disposable slippers. The price is quite high for Bologna.

• Kristy (10/5): Lots of space, great bed, free snacks, close to the train station. - My room was quite large and brand new - everything in top condition. It's literally a few steps from the train station, which I worried a little about because of potential noise, but the windows in my room faced an inner court, so it was really quiet at night despite the windows being open. There were drinks in the fridge which were free and a bag of chips, plus some complimentary pasta to take home with me - all very nice touches. The app to unlock the doors worked brilliantly. The bed was very comfortable. There is no reception (as is so often the case in Bologna) but the communication was excellent and I got an answer almost instantly when I had questions. The fridge makes a vibrating noise when it's running, which might bother some. And it would have been nice to have a desk or something I could use as a desk. There was a good deal of furniture in the very large room, but no desk or table, so I had to sit on the bed with my laptop on my lap to work. Just adding a small table one could pull over to the side of the bed would be really helpful.

• Glenn (7/5): Easy check-in and good communication from host - The apartment was in a great location beside the train station so easy to navigate to and from the airport. Communication was great and having entry via smartphone was a breeze to check in. The apartments aren't that soundproof. We could hear the next door occupant quite easily (not the fault of the host but something to keep in mind) as well as the furniture being moved around upstairs.

• Matthew (9/5): Highly Recommended Bologna Station Apartment - It is always nice when you walk into your apartment and it looks like the photos on the website. I had good contact with the host before our arrival and he was very helpful. A nice touch was a cold drink waiting for us in the mini fridge and a pasta as welcome gift. Little touches that make the start to your holiday that little bit more special. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was clean. All facilities were included that made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended.
