Guest Reviews
- Tamar (8/5): - Very easy to find, central location. Comfy bed and excellent WiFi. I was in Brighton for work and the studio suited most of that. The buzzer to the studio from outside didn't work. The shower started to drip in the middle of the night which given its location woke me up. Both very minor inconveniences and didn't spoil the trip, but things you may need to know about.
- Sharon (8/5): Great Central Studio - Great central location, within walking distance of shops, waterfront, bars etc. Roughly easy 10 min walk from the station.
Also very quiet room, I stayed over a weekend and no noise issues even though busy outside. Studio didn't feel cramped, l was a solo traveller visiting family, would be fine for a couple too.
Well equipped kitchen but do note no oven. I was aware of this in advance, does have a hob and microwave which was fine.
Good communication and quick responses from letting agent too.
Good value for Brighton, I'm quite fussy and would definitely stay here again š No views from windows, but on positive side not overlooked by surrounding properties.
- James (10/5): - Lovely property and super easy to access.
- Mags (10/5): -
- Lily (4/5): - Wasnāt clean had hair on the bed, stained places , lipstick marks on a cup, stunk like dampness, leaking shower at 4am in the shower, the pictures was not to the same as realityā¦
- Concepción Dolores (10/5): - Todo en general muy bien, muy limpio. Nada.

- Stuart (10/5): Great Location - Great location, but Brighton Fringe festival was on in the park just opposite the flat, so quiet noisy in the evenings, but very Central location,so to be expected some noise.
Wonderful space simple compact, but very well appointed.
Really good stay.
Will come back again please
- Krista (7/5): Good location - Location was excellent The entrance to the property was very shabby. Once through the main door, in to a very shabby communal hall up some stairs. Inside the room which was well organised and everything you needed. Bed was only a double and mattress was very creaky and could feel spring when you turned over. The trim is next to a very good Brewhouse pub, but extremely noisy until closing time. Felt very expensive at £171 for one night.
- Leon (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location and had everything needed In a lovely compact package š
- Amanda (9/5): Comfortable and affordable way to spend the night in Brighton with own cooking facilities & fridge - Convenient location, small but perfect for solo traveller or a couple.
Had everything needed Itās in a lovely old house but currently this needs some TLC, as does the entry hall and stairs. Donāt let it put you off as the studio is modern and clean.
- Cian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was comfortable and clean
- Sophia (9/5): Perfect hotel apartment with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. - Lots of amenities available for how small the apartment is, we had everything we needed (stove, pots, pans, toiletries, hair dryer, etc.) The location was great for walking everywhere and the shower was very nice. It was mostly all great, the only little thing was it was a tiny bit dirty in some places. Not much of a problem at all, though. Potentially for summer having a cooler cover available for the bed would be amazing (sheet) as the comforter was quite hot for the temperature.
- Sabah (10/5): Value for money - A lovely and safe property, exactly as described. It was comfortable and well presented. It was extremely clean and nicely situated and the hosts were lovely and very responsive. I'd highly recommend this property and it's high quality provision and location as great value for money.
- Amanda (10/5): Small but perfectly formed - Great location, small well designed room. I would recommend the secure parking at local Sainsburys.
- Audrey (8/5): - Very clean and tidy.
