- Laila (8/5): Erg comfortabel - Heel comfortabel, super fijn matras. Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Het dekbedovertrek was niet verschoond toen ik in de kamer kwam, er zaten nog etensresten en haren op van de vorige gast(en). Het bed was wel opgemaakt dus ik hoop dat het een vergissing was en geen nalatigheid van de schoonmaker. Daarnaast ontbraken er spullen op de kamer (o.a. wc papier en douchegel was leeg). Toen ik het probleem aan gaf werd er goed gereageerd en gehandeld. Hopelijk wordt hier in het vervolg goed op gecontroleerd.

The room was clean. AC was a relief. A good mattress provided two good nights of sleep. Looking forward to return. In terms of location, would like to explore the place's neighbourhiid further next time (felt quiet, safe, secure, full of restaurants and local). Small detail: I would have liked to pay in cash. However, this was mentioned clearly in advance.

- Juan Carlos (9/5): Great boutique property in a quiet, well placed location. - Amazing and well appointed property with great African decor. It felt like staying in somebody’s house than a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. It’d be worth mentioning Angelina, Agnes and Evans; who were amazing and were did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. Likewise the security guys. All art work is for sale. All in all a really great place to stay. There was a misunderstanding about what is offered as a “round trip” in terms of airport transfer… which was quoted as $40usd per person as opposed to $25 one way in either direction from/to the airport. “Round trip” apparently meant going to other places en-route from or to the airport rather than a straight forward journey from the airport to the property and back to the airport. Unfortunately was unable to enjoy the complimentary 15 minutes sitting massage.

After traveling to over 40 countries, I can say this is the first time I’ve encountered a windowless room. This should have been clearly stated in the Booking.com description. Since I was only there for a day and a night, I wouldn’t have stayed longer. The mirror almost covered the entire room, which I dislike because I don’t favor too many mirrors. I had to contend with mosquitoes both day and night. As an extreme hiker used to tents, I can confirm that even my tents are mosquito-free. The breakfast offered is limited, but that's not a concern for me, as I'm not a breakfast person.

- Nicole Gayle (5/5): Mixed bag - Room was comfy and aesthetically pleasing. The culturally vibrant decor and the modern infrastruture- furnishings and bathroom was good. One member of staff was quite lovely and exeoerienced- Solomon- everybody else seemed quite inexperienced. The breakfast service was quite poor and what was on the menu was quite limiting. Staying there for 6 nights and having the same limiting option for 5 mornings was disappointing. The service itself was also subpar...setting staff appear quite inexperienced. We were also without running water for an entire evening. I am even more dissatisfied with administration discrepancies with regards to charges from the hotel. It all seemed a bit dodgy. We were grisly overcharged. They requested payment directly to the hotel through their payment portal, nor via booking.com and claimed the received less than we actually paid for the room. The differences were as much as over £ 200 difference and they could offer no logical explanation but expected us to accept it... they claimed they were trying to resolve it but didn't. This also occurred when we paid for the car service. Strangely enough, booking.com records them amending the booking about 7 times in one day which hints at them trying to fix the books. I've heard nothing from them regarding the overpayment.

Ik had zelfs een moment dat ik later 'thuis' was en via de app kon vragen of ik nadat het restaurant gesloten was nog wat eten kon bestellen. Heel fijn dat het allemaal op die manier kan. Eigenlijk niks, maar er was 1 dag een feest georganiseerd door de eigenaar en dat was niet medegedeeld. waardoor ik niet kon zwemmen en niet kon eten buiten en of beneden. Was daardoor beetje noodgedwongen om die dag op mijn kamer te eten/ontbijten etc.

- Charlotte J Mathis (8/5): Nice Boutique Hotel in Quiet area - I liked the room. It was clean, quiet, and well-appointed. I also like the beautiful African decor. The balcony off the room was a nice place for relaxing and having breakfast The food from the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was good too. We liked the 15-minute massage, pool, late check-out, and free one-way airport shuttle included in our booking. I would have liked more choices for the complimentary breakfast. The bed was advertised as a Queen-sized bed, but it was really a full-sized mattress. I prefer a firmer mattress.

Very magnificent pool, alfresco dinning front terrace, tje front room was rustic with a good mix of african art, furniture & artifacts. You feel at home immediately you set your feet in. Very Professional, welcoming and helpful staff especially the lady of the manor Amanda, Solomon, the chef, the security guards. The breakfast options were perfect, food was yummy. The rooms were clean and generously appointed. You also get a complementary spa treatment. My new go to place when i visit Accra.

There was nothing not to love about the property. It was value for money, my only recommendations would be that they add a bar fridge in the rooms, have an ironing board and iron (they do have laundry services / house keeping - at a fee) sometime you just undecided on an outfit or have multiple outfits planned for the day but now you need to think of the cost of ironing a T-shirt… nah…

- Papanova (7/5): Despite these minor drawbacks, my stay was enjoyable. - I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the organization I was visiting for my business trip, and it turned out to be a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast was included in the room price, includes few options, and was very nice. I also appreciated the flexibility to make small modifications to suit my preferences. One of the highlights was the outdoor seating area, where you could enjoy breakfast in the fresh air or unwind in the evening when the temperatures were cooler. The room itself was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, and had a large, comfortable shower. The hotel also featured an outdoor pool, adding to the relaxing environment. Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for a convenient and quiet location with welcoming service. Unfortunately, as is common in many hotels across Africa, only instant coffee was available—no espresso. Given that the hotel likely hosts international guests, offering a good espresso coffee would be a valuable addition. Also, I was surprised to find no toiletries provided. While I had my own and didn’t ask for any, this is something I would typically expect from a boutique hotel.
- Kofi (10/5): - Excellent and cozy. Well designed with aesthetic beauty. Friendly staff. The only drawback is no refrigerator in my room. Love it.
- Mussie (8/5): Very good - The decoration and facility is good. It feels like home.The breakfast is average it can be improved more.

- JONATHAN (10/5): Amazing oasis of calm - This place is a beautiful oasis of calm in a quiet district of Accra. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. If the room had a fridge it would have been the perfect stay!
- Arlene (9/5): Perfect spot for a short or longer stay. I stayed one night to embark on a cruise. Wish I had booked earlier as hotel ca - Excellent staff. Delicious breakfast included. Very accommodating and helpful with requests. Clean and comfortable room. Convenience store (called supermarket but isn’t what you might think of. ) located just one block away and staff person accompanied me to purchase something I needed. Pool smaller than photo suggests.
- Shirley (8/5): Lovely Boutique Resort - Very nice, safe and quiet location for a solo traveller. The breakfast was lovely and Vivian made sure it met any specific preferences/time adjustments. The rooms were modern and each had a different touch of the Ghanaian culture- a very beautiful boutique resort. Amanda the receptionist was quite attentive and accommodating on whatever I needed until the last day.... The resort offers airport (free) pick-up and (paid) drop-off. They picked me in a four-door pickup with AC and dropped me off in a beaten down, dirty Uber car with no AC- in the Ghanaian heat. I wondered why the disparity? Even after requesting for a timely pick-up, the ride came in late and I was very close to missing my flight because of the traffic to the airport. I believe customer service starts from the beginning to the end. Amanda, the receptionist, actively stopped picking my calls when I started raising these concerns. The way they handled the last part of my stay left a lot to be desired.
- Janice (9/5): I would recommend this establishment. - The breakfast choices were great and varied ; the staff were professional and friendly and went out of their way to support our needs for example one of the staff accompanied us in a taxi to locate an ATM terminal which was working. All staff met our needs beyond our expectations. I loved that there was no formal reception; and on arrival we were provided with a fresh glass of juice. I wished the jacuzzi was working.

- Eric (8/5): Very good - The property was well maintained and clean. They don’t have a fully functioning restaurant. Their TV in the rooms doesn’t connect to International channels for Sports & News.
- Ewedairo (8/5): Very good - The ambiance was really lovely, I especially loved the attention to nature and the greenery all over the property. Solomon checked me in and ensured my stay was comfortable, Jane, I met on my way out. She was amazing, I had issues with the Uber driver, she ordered another one for me without hesitation and PAID for the ride. She didn't care if I could refund her she just wanted me to be on schedule for my flight, which was later that afternoon. Unbelievable hospitality. The only downside, they didn't have in-house catering for dinner, although the host helped order dinner from a restaurant nearby, and the meal was delicious
- Shonag (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly helpful staff. Nothing was any bother. The facility does not serve evening meals but Salomon on the night shift gave us several menus and ordered the dinner of our choice. Luxurious room. Beautiful art work and objects throughout hotel. Nothing
- Kagiso (10/5): Exceptional - The service was impeccable from Amanda. Rooms are clean, the hotel is new so wouldn't expect anything less. I would definitely recommend it. Ni bottled water in the rooms
- Tsegaye (9/5): Fantastic, to the extent that I am already missing my room! - The perfect place from which to explore Accra. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the American breakfast. I will certainly be back." The place is brand new and well equipped but the manager has accepted the need to add toilet bidet sprayers in the bathrooms.

The serene ambiance in and around the hotel was superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location in Tse Addo was convenient, and I enjoyed easy access to the airport, Makola market, Labadi beach among other attractions. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return for another stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. I also loved the fact that it is a boutique hotel and is not busy. The hotel requires a restaurant to offer meals all day, and an expanded breakfast menu is essential. Additionally, there is a need to increase the availability of bathroom accessories, including a hair dryer.
