Die Lage ist super, mitten im historischen Zentrum und es waren immer nur kurze Fusswege zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, shoppen und zum Essen. Falls ich nochmal wiederkomme dann definitiv hierher.

La posizione è ottima: in pieno centro, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. This is an apartment of the highest standard. The host was charming and so helpful. This accommodation exceeded our expectations. Everything is within walking distance including excellent restaurants. This really is the place to stay in Verona. We loved everything.

Ha sido una verdadera suerte reservar este apartamento y poder conocer a Alessio, lo primero de todo destacar la calidad humana de Alessio, nos ha ayudado desde el principio con nuestras maletas, nos acompaño al apartamento, a desayunar, nos reservó para comer y cenar en un par de sitios muy buenos, nos dió recomendaciones para visitar..... El apartamento nuevo, limpio, bien ubicado. simplemente perfecto, con todos los detalles, café, jabon y champú,.... Pero sobre todo destacar el ofrecimiento de ampliarnos la estancia por un problema grave de salud, le estamos muy agradecidas sin su ayuda no sé lo que hubiéramos hecho ayer. Un 10 se me queda corto.

Notre hôte a été tres disponible par échange de messages et il nous attendait en bas, nous avons donc trouvé le logement très facilement. La literie est très confortable L'appartement est impeccable, avec des capsules de café et de thé pour le matin. Je recommande ce logement pour visiter Verone.! La climatisation n'était pas très puissante mais il faisait particulièrement chaud ce jour-là et c'était quand même tout à fait acceptable.
• iciar (10/5): Espectacular - Es un apartamento impresionante y moderno con un salón cocina amplísimo con unos muebles estupendos y dos dormitorios de lujo. En una ubicación que está al lado de todas las visitas de Verona. Calidades, limpieza, todo lo que se puede imaginar a tu disposición en cocina. Me parece un detallazo que tengas jabón de lavadora y de lavavajillas por ejemplo. La relación calidad-precio inigualable. Muy tranquilo, y a dos calles tienes el centro, así es que perfecto!
• Siv (10/5): Nydelig moderne leilighet, stor og sentral - Veldig fin leilighet, moderne med to store bad, og nydelig stue og kjøkken. To store soverom med gode senger. Reint og fint. Aircondition i hvert rom. Og en sovesofa på stua som vår yngste sov i. Vi fikk også vasket klærne våre etter noen dager på farten. Leiligheten var veldig sentral. Hun som tok i mot oss var kjempehyggelig og ga oss litt tips om område og hvordan ting fungerte. Bor der gjerne igjen hvis vi skal til Verona. Har ingenting negativt å komme med.

Elevator to third floor was very welcome, small balcony with two chairs and table to sit out in the evening, generally lots of room in the apartment, two large bathrooms, washing machine and large clothes hanger. The remote controlled air conditioners in each room were effective and very useful. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms and comfortable king size beds. Kitchen well equipped, coffee pod machine and electric kettle, induction hob. Wi-Fi excellent. Alessio was very good with communication before our arrival and at the end of our stay and we enjoyed meeting him. Nothing. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable mattresses, lots of space, and located in the center of the city. 5-10 mins walk to all the attractions of Verona. Alessio was very friendly and kind. Although our flight was delayed, and so we arrived really late, he gave us a warm welcome, lots of information, and he didn't complain at all.

The location was just perfect, close to the river for nice morning walks, yet close to restaurants and tourist sights. As we drove to Verona, Alessio directed us to the nearest carpark, just 8 min walk to the apartment and met us there to pick up our luggages. He extended the same helping hand on checkout day. Alession is a gem of a host. He shared with us his favorite restaurant, Osteria Monte Baldo, just round the corner from the apartment, which was excellent. The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, well fitted with just about everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing

Forza Alessio!!! - Alessio met us at the apartment and from the cool retro foyer and lift to the spacious apartment with all that you need to enjoy this most beautiful city. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and comfort to stretch out and relax. The neighbourhood is very cool with some great local shops like Funk. Alessio went the extra mile and found us tickets to a Serie A game in Venice when we couldn’t be in town to see Hellas Verona and made sure we knew out to get there. Would recommend Sun Street Apartment 100%

It has everything you need, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is right in the center, close to attractions, restaurants, and shops – perfect for walking both day and night. Alessio is a true host: welcoming and punctual. I’m glad to have met him and would love to come back again.

With three children and two adults, this place was perfect for us. The apartment is in the middle of the historic centre with incredible sites just minutes away. We loved our stay.

We had a late flight on the last day, so he arranged for us to leave our luggage until we left for the airport. In the evening, he called us a taxi and saw us off like a true friend!

We had travelled via Milan and Lake Garda so Verona was another - The open plan of the living areas/fact there were two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms which were great when travelling with a 16 year old who needs his own space. Loved the supply of basics such as coffee/sugar/washing up etc. Liked that that were some good places to eat just on the door step when we had a busy day and did not want to venture too far for either a glass of something cold or a bite to eat. Nothing particularly about the property itself. For us personally we at times like to have the option to stay in etc and a good supermarket was a little walk away for provisions but this did not spoil our enjoyment of the property. Just an observation.

It was great to have 2 bathrooms and if we’d been staying longer I’m sure the washing machine and all the other facilities would have been put to use. The air con was most welcome as Verona was unbearably hot and humid whilst we were there. Alessio was there to meet us and show us round. Highly recommended. Nothing to dislike
