Couldn’t extend on booking via message or modify so had to do on site at a much higher price (without genius) discount. Also staff was negligent in handling it despite mentioning it while checking in.

• Sari (10/5): This is my second stay. 10/10 would visit again in a heartbeat. - *. The staff are very nice and accommodating. *. The location is 10-15 minutes away from wherever you want to travel to in Amman. It also has the benefit of being away from the highway which is I would describe as an unspoken advantage. , if you know you know. *. There is a free and secure parking spot for your vehicle. *. Breakfast is good. Room service is also good for those night when you don’t have the energy to leave your hotel room. *The shower’s temperature would randomly fluctuate between lukewarm and uncomfortably hot. Nothing to complain about. Anything that we had issues with the staff were quite fast in fixing.

• Vijay Anand (7/5): The property is pretty old, but well maintained. with good experienced staffs from the entrance. - The breakfast is limited, but it has tasty food, and the staff in the buffet are friendly and their service is very good. The air conditioner control switch is very old, and it creates lots of noise on the temperature auto working. It's a concern. The bed is not comfortable. The bath towels are old.

The room was amazing; it was large, spacious, and had a small balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was perfect, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was also excellent throughout my stay. What really made the difference was the staff. The reception team was brilliant — very friendly, welcoming, and informative. They helped me a lot with recommendations for tourist attractions, restaurants, and places to visit in Jordan. Special thanks to Mohammad Abu Najem, Ahmad Abu Alenain, and Sarah for their outstanding hospitality and support. I would also like to thank Sa’amer from the restaurant for being such a great host, and the security staff member Tareq and abo Gazaleh who greeted me warmly every day with kindness and respect. The staff overall were extremely helpful and professional. Since I stayed for a longer period, I also had the chance to meet the hotel manager, and I truly appreciated how she made sure I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman.
