• george (10/5): Unbeatable! - West Cowes Penthouse ticks all the boxes and then some. Excellent timely, clear and comprehensive communication before and after my arrival. The facilities and layout are superb. The East-facing balcony provided wonderful views over the endless passing pedestrian and waterborne parade. The non-stop flow of ferries and every form of sailing craft was fascinating, stimulating and hypnotic in equal measure. I had to drag myself off the balcony at night and was more than happy to get up early in the morning to view some spectacular sunrises. Very, very highly recommended.

• Cheryl (10/5): A beautiful apartment perfectly located . The perfect home from home - Absolutely beautiful apartment with a sea view from the second you open the door you can see it. Decor , furnishings , size, location of the apartment we all Fantastic. They thought of everything. Even new hairbands in case you forget your own. The location is fab. You’re right on the high street. . For me I would have to say the feather pillows , quilt and the cushions on the sofa but that’s just me and my allergies. It was all so lovely. The parking is a little tricky but all so doable.

• Alan (10/5): Lovely apartment in a perfect location - Spacious, well-stocked apartment. Loved having a private balcony overlooking the Solent. We were right in the centre of town and close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

• Chris (9/5): - Whilst the property was fine and clean, the day we arrived was bitterly cold. I was surprised that either the cleaner or owner using WiFi had not switched the heating on! The position of the control valves on the radiators are almost at floor level and for elderly people almost impossible to see. I had to lie on the floor and try to use the settings, using a torch to see the dials. See above about heating!!

• Eleanor (8/5): Great stay, but... - The view is lovely and the flat is very well presented and clean. We were very pleased with the amenities, and we were without an iron, but one was delivered the next day. The town is lovely and the flat is well situated. The sofa is very uncomfortable, and the balcony lets the stay down. The decking is broken, the paint is chipping, plants are dead, and it is home to a lot of spiders. As a selling point for the stay, it was a shame.
• Phillip (8/5): Clean and bright flat with excellent view - Lovely view, excellent host, spacious flat Stairway was a poor first impression, flaking paint. Balcony needs a new floor, rotting parquet is a shame. Nylon bed is very hot to sleep in.

• Margot (10/5): Picture perfect stay on the Isle of Wight - The location was absolutely perfect. The view from the terrace was exquisite. Nothing a dislike but people should be aware it’s on the 3rd floor with no passenger or service elevator.

• Michael (9/5): Could not have been better - Minimalistic outlay excellent. All appliances in situ that one would need. Excellent view over harbour Bit of a climb to top from BUT without which there would not be the view. It would be no good for disabled or people who cannot manage stairs
• Jonathan (9/5): A great find...we'll be back! - Location was perfect, though difficult to avoid expensive parking extras! Roof terrace was ideal for a glass of wine and watching the busy harbour activities. No cleaning cloths to allow us to keep the kitchen area tidy; don't really expect to have go and buy J cloths! Noisy from 7.30 a.m. as builders got to work somewhere under our bedroom window.
