• Dimitar (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at Giovanni guest house. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient near to the Train station Termini and not so wide from the Attractions. We were afraid because of the tram nearby that it's gonna be loud but actually we sleeped very well and it wasn't loud. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Smestaj ima zajednicku kuhinju koja dosta znaci i uvek je uredna. Jako lep ulaz sa vrtom. Smestaj je blizu metro stanice Vittorio Emanule linija A - vrlo zgodna pozicija za obilazak Rima.

• Iwona (10/5): - Breakfast not included, but fully equipped kitchen provided. There is a supermarket close by, so one can buy their own choice of food and store it in the fridge. There's a microwave in the kitchen, but it was not possible to use the gas cooker, most likely due to the fire hazard or accidents. 1 or 2 bigger cups for tea or coffee in the cupboard would be great! Italians drink from small cups, but that wasn't a big problem, I just had to write down something! 😀

• Mehmet Ali (8/5): Everything was okay about guest house except its’ location. - Everything was clean and a woman comes to clean everyday. It is a bit far a way from monumental places. It was hard to walk there everyday after walked around whole day. We didn’t want to take a bus, they look so bad and crowded :(

The host was very kind and allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The building has a lift, which makes it easy when travelling with luggage. Overall, it was a practical option for a short stay in a good location.

• Kazimierz (9/5): Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny - Pokoje znajdują się na 3.piętrze, można skorzystać z windy. Apartament to 5 osobnych pokoi 2-3 osobowych z łazienkami i wspólną kuchnią, w której jest dostępna lodówka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, czajnik i naczynia. Jest kawa, herbata i cukier. Jest też kuchenka i zmywarka, ale chyba jeszcze nie podłączone bo nie można z nich korzystać. Przy zakwaterowaniu pobierany jest podatek miejski 6EUR/os za dzień. Płatność tylko gotówką. Kaloryfer raz działa, raz nie, ale można dogrzewać się klimatyzacją. Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany, co 3 dni wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Jest żelazko, ale nie ma deski do prasowania, a w każdym razie ja nie znalazłem. Może była gdzieś schowana. W dniu wyjazdu można zostawić bagaże w części wspólnej i wrócić później po nie. Dostaje się wtedy osobny klucz. Przydałyby się większe kubki oprócz filiżanek.

• Javier (10/5): - El trato recibido fue excepcional, literalmente nos sentimos cómo en casa. La habitación era amplia. La limpieza perfecta; todos los días se cambiaban las toallas, e incluso nos dejaron cajitas para ordenar nuestras cosas en la mesilla o en el baño. Además, pudimos hacer el check-in algo antes de la hora prevista para ello. No se oía ningun ruido. La zona está bien; no es el centro y no tiene grandes atractivos, pero está muy bien comunicada con todos los puntos importantes. Tanto en metro o uber, cómo andando, se llega fácil a todas las zonas principales. Y es muy cómodo que esté cerca de la estación de tren que enlaza con el aeropuerto. Resumiendo; muy buen trato, y muy buena relación calidad-precio, recomendado. (Las personas que nos alojamos fuimos 3 amig@s de entre 24 y 34 años)

• Liuba (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft mitten in Rom - Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe (15 Minuten zu Fuß) vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, liegt aber in einer ruhigen Straße. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine Küche mit dem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber gehalten.

• EmRe (8/5): - Oda gayet temizdi.. Hergün temizleniyordu. Çalışanlar çok iyiydi. Yataklar rahattı. Dinlenmek için gayet güzel bir yer. Bulunduğu yere yakın konumda marketler vardı. Konumu Roma'da gezilecek yerlere çok uzak olmasa da biraz uzaktı. Termini istasyonuna yakın görünse de ana giriş kısmına yürüme yaklaşık 15 dk mesafedeydi. Gece bulunduğu sokak biraz tenhaydı. Çocuğumla geldiğim için biraz tedirgin oldum (Ama hiç bir problem yaşamadım bu konuda)

Ціна/якість відповідають дійсності, опис квартири цілком реальний. Персонал, що заселяв нас, був доволі приємним. В цілому було чисто; прибирання проводилося кожного дня. Поганий напір води в душі, мити волосся – це невеликий челендж. Доволі тонкі стіни, чути всі розмови сусідів, їхній вихід та вхід на вулицю; шумоізоляція бажає кращого. Вентиляція здалася не найкращою, в ванній кімнаті відчувалась сирість, потрібно було тримати вікно відкритим, щоб уникати цього.

• Adriana (10/5): - Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Pomimo, iż przylecieliśmy w środku nocy, zgodził się by nas zakwaterować o tej porze. Pokój duży, bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony, nic nie brakowało. Do dyspozycji żelazko i deska do prasowania. Lokalizacja świetna, idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu. Nie możemy się do niczego przyczepić. Gdy wrócimy do Rzymu, na pewno ponownie skorzystamy z Giovanni Guest House. Polecam serdecznie
• Lela (10/5): - We enjoyed stay at Giovanni Guesthouse. Very convenient location. 10 min. Walk to Termini Station and close Access to Metro vittorio emannuelle. Most of the sightseengs were on the walkable distance and that was very nice. Franchesco was very friendly,had described and gave full details about guesthouse and surrounding areas of the space. We had 2 wonderfull housemaids who were also friendly and provided assistance when requested.
• FERNANDA (1/5): Not recommend - Clean daily The first day the room smell like a sewage, they fixed the next day. Location is danger like drug dealer location, far from everything, not a lot option of restaurants. Elevator is old. Shower pressure is horrible, you will get cold must time. We stay in a room close to the kitchen and people dont respect the quiet our, also the main door make a lot noise. Very dirty neighborhood

• Bojan (9/5): Very nice stay at Giovanni guest house, we hope we see you again soon :) - Very nice apartment, looks new fresh and clean. The toilet is nice and clean, hot water all the time (you must wait a few seconds for hot water to come because it is a Instant water heater - not a problem at all). The beds are very comfortable. The location is good around 1.5 km from Colosseum and all the attractions, so you can walk easily, but the metro is also near the apartment. Termini station is also near. There is a shared dining room with fridge and electric kettle in the apartment so you can breakfast there, there is a supermarket near so you can buy food there. Francesco the host was very helpful (speaks english), and the lady that clean the rooms also is great. She was there every morining and cleaned the apartments. They even let us hold our bags there for free the last day because the reservation ended in the morning, and we had a flight in the evening. Very nice experience in Rome! we hope we come back again ! /

Blisko metro i komunikacja miejska . Pokoje czyste i codziennie od 9:30 sprzątane . Do dyspozycji była ogólnodostępna kuchnia . Winda w budynku oraz na patio można spotkać koty sąsiadów .

Есть кровать и тумбочки, шкаф, стол и стул, фен, зеркало, во входной зоне тумба. Вся мебель также новая. Постельное белье идеально чистое. Кровать удобная. Ванная комната также идеально чистая, свежий ремонт, полотенца 4 шт на двоих также идеально чистые. Жидкое мыло. Горячая вода 24/7. Ночью спали отлично, тихо, никакого шума. Есть полноценная кухня и посуда. можно разогреть еду и покушать. Также есть большой холодильник. Спасибо большое Марии, которая следит за порядком и заботиться о гостях. Очень доброжелательная и заботливая. Сразу показала на карте наше месторасположение и как добраться до метро 8 минут пешком. До Колизея пешком 15 минут. От вокзала Термини пешком до аппартаментов 15 минут. Метро 8 минут от апартаментов. Жилье отлично подойдет для долгого пребывания. Хотя мы были всего одну ночь, мы остались бы еще. Нам очень понравилось) Спасибо)
