• Daulet (7/5): Location is not very central, probably need to rent a car. - Clean and spacious. Quite far from bus stops and all activities. Car rental is a must otherwise you would spend quite a while for travel on a very slow bus number 6. Had breakfast room and washing machine but you cannot use it. Considering it is so far from any place serving slightly more than coffee and cornetto, this is a bummer.

Non essendoci bar nelle vicinanze, sarebbe opportuno trovare una mini colazione nella sala comune al piano terra oltre al tè e caffè già presenti 😔

• Nathalie (2/5): - Affreux! La dame n’est pas gentille et elle manque de classe. Nous etions au restaurant et elle nous a sommé de retourner debarrer les portes qu’elle nous accusait d’avoir bloqué. Nous avions beau lui dire que ce n’etait pas nous. Que d’autres personnes etaient sorties apres nous. Elle nous menacait d’appeler la police et de nous expulser. Pour ensuite s’excuser de s’etre trompée 30 minutes plus tard. Pas besoin de vous dire que nous avons quitté le restaurant sans toucher à notre assiette. Nous voulions aller securiser nos choses. Deux femmes seules à Cagliari avec de telles menacent. J’ai gardé ses écrits comme preuve et Hotel.com ne m’a jamais contacté pour me dédommager apres 2 plaintes de ma part, meme avec les preuves.
• Larisa (10/5): Great accommodation for exploring Cagliari - The rooms are located in a large townhouse in a quiet area. We parked our car on the street for free. The location is about 25 minutes walk from the city center. The walk to the center is safe even at night and goes by quickly. The rooms are very large, clean, nicely furnished. The bathroom is huge and luxurious. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend the accommodation to others.

• Natalia (10/5): Perfect quiet stay not too far away from the city center- - Perfect quiet location not too far away from city center-Loved the balcony, great for relaxing after a long trip- Bedroom was beautiful and comfortable with lots of space for luggage and big enough for 3 people. Loved the bathroom & shower. Very happy to stay here twice and will come back for sure. It is a residential neighborhood so you have to drive or walk a bit for restaurants or cafes but it is all worth it. Found available street parking right in front of the property. Person who was serving breakfast allowed us to get hot water even though breakfast time had already finished, very nice!!! Nothing- it was all perfect
• G. (8/5): Nice stay if you are looking for quiet normal residential area to stay in Cagliari - It is located quiet residential area which we looked for. And there were several supermarkets and options to go to the center by bus. After we use the warm water, boiler right behind the window was on. If you take a shower in the evening. It can disturb your night sleep for a while.

• João (9/5): Would totally stay again - The room is very spacious and comfortable, the same for the bathroom, that has actually a cozy balcony. Everything is perfectly cleaned. It's totally worth the price I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. It has a toaster, but no bread to toast, no cheese, no ham, everything is kinda plastic food, and the room is small, which can make things difficult if everyone goes at the same time. But it's ok, because the lady is welcoming and the room compensates.
