Guest Reviews
- Michael (10/5): - We stayed 2 nights at the Central Roof Terrace Apartment in Stockton-on-Tees and really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent — right in the heart of town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transport. The apartment was clean, spacious, and modern, and the roof terrace was a highlight with great views and a lovely spot to relax. Everything was well-equipped and comfortable for two people. Would definitely stay here again!
- Nicola (1/5): Was that bad I left the property not long after I arrived also I have the videos of the pace I can - I did not stay at this property, as on arrival we could t get access the cleaner was trying when maintenance guys came round they had to end up knocking the door on with a pic axe. When we got in the property it was absolutely disgusting staircase railings falling off stairs were not safe, once we phoned them and says about how I couldn’t stay there with my 11 year old I then got ignored asked me to send videos which I did and still nothing. Had no response what’s so ever from them as I wanted I refund as it cost me another £350 to book somehwere else this won’t be left. Everything
- lachezar (2/5): It needs some improvement- to spend money on few things. - Washing machine, tumble dryer and open terrace , fresh towel and bedding. It needs more attention to detail- cleaning , need new pillows a(the one is tho is 2” thick), no coffee, tea or sugar, no cleaning products.it needs new mattress’s on double beds ( you can feel springs on the ones you have),tv is ok but all menus are on foreign language.Need to call pest control about mice in kitchen .Need to sound proof windows - all night some people are passing and talking loudly on the street .
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Really enjoyed my time at Central Roof Terrace Apartment. The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. The rooftop terrace was a lovely bonus. Easy check-in and friendly communication. Would happily stay again!
- Michael (9/5): Superb - I had an amazing 2-night stay at the Central Roof Terrace Apartment in Stockton-on-Tees. The location was ideal – right in the center of town, yet peaceful and private. Everything was within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and lovely riverside walks.
The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and really well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the WiFi was strong, and the living space was cozy and modern. But the real highlight was the roof terrace – such a lovely spot to relax in the evening with a cup of tea or glass of wine!
- Salamatu (5/5): Passable - Host was responsive Dirty stairs, WC broken and leaking water.
- Robert (1/5): Bad - The location It was not fit to stay because all the sockets had no electricity, we only found out on the second night we stayed. It was so cold and we could not cook nor boil some hot water so we had to check out earlier on the following morning, but the owner refused to cut short the reservation, it was just like renting out a defected product and refuse to let you cancelling the contract. Stay away!
- Vaiva (1/5): Bad - I booked the place for 3 weeks and forced to leave after 4 nights after realising that was rats in the place and the the management didn't do anything about.
- Kathleen (7/5): Good, Ince some issues were sorted. - It is not a joy but a code, we had problems getting in, it was very stiff, & the phone number that they sent me was no good. The walls & bars on the window need painting & the windows need cleaning, I had to send a what's app message once they sent me the phone number, because there was a ironing board but no iron only 1 teatowel & 4 towels for 2 people. There were some lights not working & the sauce pans & frying pans were burnt, they sent a man who sorted this out.But the signal for the TV was not working & the light switches in the hall need sorting out as they don't always turn the lights off.
- Pearson (6/5): Pleasant - Not a lot very untidy property needs a lot TLC. Fridge freezer disgusting dust everywhere. Very noisy road run down area and a lot of undesirables.
- Stephen (7/5): Good -
