- Milos (10/5): - Apartment was clean with a nice view. If you keep the windows closed highway noise is minimal. Pool is just great, huge with small baby pool, restaurant on site and kids playground. Just 2 min walk to the beach. Free parking a little tight but nothing you can’t handle. Huge issue through the night with smell in the whole city area crazy bad sewage smell several times through the night probably released from sewage water separater in the area!!! Make sure to keep windows closed through the night!!!!

- Gabor (9/5): Great location, very close to downtown Valencia (10-15m drive), 1 minute from the beach. - Was easy to keep in touch via Whatsapp. One minute from the beach. Apartment complex has a restaurant with basics (Coffee, breakfast, ..). Free parking is available in the complex's garage. The apartment overlooks a highway; luckily it is further away, with some minimal noise. Pool only opened on June 1st, so we ended up not using it.
- Gecko-olli (2/5): Disappointing accomodation, poor price-performance ratio, tough business policies - cleanliness We arrived after one overnight stay on October 23rd., moved out immidiately of the ApartUP Patacona Surfing Beach apartment. ApartUP's terms and conditions are very harsh and we were not given any refund although we booked 8 nights and stayed only one night. Unfortunately, the description from Booking.com did not correspond to the facts on site. The apartment is clean and the bathroom is new, but the terrace overlooking the highway is terrible and the high-rise complex as a whole is way too big and has no charm. If the accommodation had been presented differently on booking.com, we would never have booked it. The price-performance ratio is also really bad. Booking.com's rating of four points is too high for this property, a maximum of three points would be fine, and guest reviews should be between 7 and 8. We also booked the accommodation because of the high rating scale and have not been disappointed by Booking.com so far. Comparable apartments cost around €700 for 8 days on Booking.com. I'm sorry, but the apartment is really a bust for vacationers who want to relax. The terrible underground car park is also confusing and all the keys and the door opener are reminiscent of a prison. Never again with ApartUp!!!
