This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: 8 Eur per person per stay. Please contact the property before arrival for rental. A surcharge of 5.00 EUR applies for arrivals from 18:00 until 23:00. A surcharge of 50.00 EUR applies for arrivals from 23:00 until 24:00. A surcharge of 100.00 EUR applies for arrivals after 24:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Alessia (1/5): - Posizione centrale e vicina mare Appartamento troppo piccolo per 3 persone. Senza armadio, con una sola finestra non gira aria e con un condizionatore sotto la finestra che va h 24. molto rumoroso. La rete wifi non funziona. Non c'è poltrona letto ma una brandina con materassino in gomma. Bagno minuscolo. Invivibile.

Quinty (4/5): Geen goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding - De locatie van de accommodatie beviel ons het meest, op loopafstand van het strand en de boulevard. Ook fijn dat er airconditioning was. Veel in het appartement viel ons tegen. De inrichting en meubels waren van slechte/goedkope kwaliteit, alles was erg fragiel, bedden sliepen slecht (niet comfortabel, laag), de randen van het bedframe waren bijvoorbeeld puntig en de ruimte erg klein waardoor ik me naast het slechte slapen in het bed ook heb bezeerd. Gebrek aan sloten bij alle deuren, het slot van de voordeur deed het af en toe niet (draaide door, toen we hierover een bericht stuurden naar de verhuurder is er nooit op gereageerd). De deuren klemden/gingen niet goed dicht/open, het licht deed raar en knipperde vaak, we zijn één nacht zelfs wakker geworden van het felle licht dat opeens aanging en bleef knipperen. De ruimte was dus erg klein en de foto's van de advertentie misleidend, foto's van meerdere appartementen zijn door elkaar afgebeeld waardoor je van tevoren slecht kunt inschatten hoe het appartement er daadwerkelijk uitziet. Je weet dus niet welke foto's bij welk appartement hoorden. Zo wisten we niet dat de gehuurde accommodatie erg klein was, en dat er slechts één raam was. Ook ging de communicatie met de verhuurder erg moeizaam, ze stuurden bijna alleen maar automatische en onpersoonlijke berichten en hebben van tevoren veel informatie opgevraagd en ons zelfs doorgestuurd naar een externe website. Dit lijkt me niet in lijn met de Europese AVG privacy wetgeving, Booking waarschuwt zelf ook voor het verstrekken van persoonlijke gegevens aan derden via hun platform, dit hebben we na aandringen van de verhuurder ook niet gedaan. Daarnaast hebben we apart voor bedlinnen en handdoeken moeten betalen en zelfs borg betaald waar ik niets meer over heb gehoord. Ik raad het appartement voor deze prijs (tenzij de kwaliteit omhoog gaat) niet aan. Alleen de locatie en de airconditioning waren een pluspunt.

Livia (10/5): a good location for 2 young people without children - very clean and excellent location, close to the sea, one minute from the historic center being in the historic center very noisy, quite difficult to sleep. the space says it is for 4 people, we were 2 adults and a child and the space is quite small, impossible for 4 people. very dangerous staircase especially if you are with a small child
