- Taya (4/5): Not coming back - Good location We had to pay for our own electric once there, this was not included in the price. The shower was wobbly and slugs came from underneath the shower tray into the bathroom. No towels, no hand soap. Not coming back

- Mandy (10/5): Lovely area, very friendly locals, everything you need close by. ❤️ - The location is superb, I visited with my dog for beach walks and it was just across the road and pristine. Cosy little chalet, comfy bed, perfect for us.
- Pat (8/5): Ideal base. Very comfortable. - Close to dog friendly beach and short walk to dog friendly pubs. Not being able to park next to the property. Cars parked close by but as we both struggle to walk far carrying bags it could be a problem if disabled.
- Chiebuka (8/5): -
- Rosemary (8/5): - Location. Not far from where we wanted to be.
The place suited us. We had a dog and loved the place. The sofa was not very comfortable. Duvets only 4.5 in winter not very warm.
- Mark (6/5): Nice place but no towels which was odd as the bedding was supplied. Check in was a bit chaotic with having no code for l - Central with most of the things you would need for an overnight stay Lovely spot

- Kayleigh (9/5): - Lovely little place, great Location, lovely neighbours, would stay agin Bed a little uncomfortable in main bedroom,
- Russell (8/5): Really loved our short break at Sandy Paws Chalet and our dog was very happy in the accommodation. The chalet suited our - Clean, tidy, and a really good location for all of Mablethope’s amenities, without need to use the car again all weekend. The chalet site was very clean and quiet. Out side area could do with a little tlc. A lick of paint on the fence wouldn’t go a miss and patio needed weeding, to look a little more appealing from the outside. However, this didn’t detract from our overall thoughts on our stay.
- Stephen (10/5): Peaceful time - It was very tranquil and close to the beach
and a short drive from all of the shops. Nothing
- brenda (9/5): Ideal accommodation for a short term break for myself and my dog - Compact but has everything you need. In walking distance of Mablethorpe so no need to move car Nothing

- Carol (9/5): Well worth the visit - Location .
Comfy bed. Really good shower
Facilities good value for money
Very good location - quiet on site Settee uncomfortable for me - different heights and very deep to sit on.
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location especially for dogs, the beach is literally 2 min walk and is dog friendly all year round.
They even have air fryer which is a bonus, the bed was very comfortable.
Friendly and helpful host, we loved staying here and will definitely come again.
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Calm chalet next to dog friendly beach.
- Nicholas (9/5): Good value for money - Location was really close to the beach, a nice walk along the beach to the next village Sutton on Sea
We liked the small front garden, closed off so the dog could look out but not escape. We didn't notice that towels or tea towels weren't provided - our fault though.
- Joyce (4/5): Cheap and cheerful - Reasonable price Tired ready for an upgrade. Tiny space with a lot of clutter. Outside space needs weeding lacks attention to detail. No kerb appeal. We left early didn't stay the whole length of time. Photos taken a long time ago!
- Raymond (8/5): Very nice ideal location, not to far away from town and good bus route. - Nice and clean, peaceful and quiet and relaxing stay just what we wanted. Cooking facilities a little bit tight but we managed, we think if we had children or bigger families we would have struggled.
- Barbara (1/5): This chalet needs money spending on it and completely refurbishing - The location was good.
We didn’t like the accommodation, we felt it was dirty with no cleaning products to be able to clean it. The shower was dirty with hairs around the plug. we dint use the shower and only stayed one night instead of the 2 we paid for. Bedding was unattractive or inviting. Fridge was. Dirty, fingers marks on the Telly. Disappointed that there wasn’t even a hand wash in the bathroom. Everything about it, felt that the photos were deceiving.
- Martine (2/5): Appalling cleanliness this place needs a new cleaner !! - On the surface it looks cozy !!!! We were not aware that the electricity wasn’t in with the price and that there was an electric meter I looked over the property details and nowhere did it mention an electric meter
There were greasy plates in the cupboard we used the same two plates and two cups as we knew these were clean!, and I appreciate that this is a pet friendly property but the cleanliness was appalling dog hairs everywhere we couldn’t even lay clothes out on the bed without them being covered in dog hairs 😡
- Linda (10/5): Relaxing and in a great location - Very cosy and tidy and peaceful All was good. Very happy
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional -

- Natalie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - Home from home , cheap , great location Would had been nice to have an optional extra of towels for shower would have paid more
- Jules (10/5): Exceptional - This chalet is a little gem! It is small and compact but has everything you need. Lovely quiet location, beach a small walk away and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. There's nothing to dislike!
- Anne (10/5): Perfect little chalet for mini break - Perfect little chalet for a mini break. It was warm, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Nothing.
- Matt (9/5): Quiet and cozy night away with the mrs and dog - Cozy and clean Nothing
- Farmer (2/5): Sandy paws - It's location No tea towels
No cutlery not even a tea spoon
Greasy plates
Dirty washing up sponge
Settee had seen better days
It smelt damp
- Susan (8/5): Very good - The outdoor space was fenced, ideal for the dog. The accommodation was comfortable. Easy access with the key code. Friendly communication. Some areas needed a bit of tlc and an oven would have been a bonus. But for the price we were warm and comfortable- in fact after a walk on the beach I've never seen my dog make himself quite at home!
- Kate (10/5): We had a lovely 2 night break with our 2 fur babies. Lovely cozy chalet with everything you need. Fabulous beach across - Lovely little cozy chalet. Clean throughout. Near to beach and a 10 minute walk to town. Secure area outside for dogs N/A
