• angela (9/5): Bello e in ottima posizione - Appartamento sito al limite dell ingresso alla zona pedonale, ma con accesso facile e possibilità di parcheggio. Il gestore gentilissimo ci ha consentito arrivare anche prima orario standard. Locale nuovo ben arredato e ben strutturato. Era presente aria condizionata ma palazzo non nuovo per cui surriscalda facilmente
• Zsuzsanna (10/5): Ízléses, nagy belvárosi lakás - Minimalista stílusú, izléses, tiszta, teljesen újszerű, nagy lakás. Teljes értékű 5 felnőttnek való ággyal. Nagyon jó helyen. Szemben a házzal mindjárt egy műemlék. Kedves, segítőkész vendéglátóval. Igazán jól éreztük magunkat! Egy mikrohullámú sütő hasznos lenne. Szomszédban zajos felújítás zajlott. Parkolás kissé problémás (de hol nem).

• Barbara (10/5): Perfect Apartment for Visiting Arezzo- Close, Reasonable and Clean - This apartment was an easy 5 minute walk from the train station. The host met us at there and showed us the beautiful apartment. It had an elevator and was fully air conditioned. Very modern and clean decor. It was also about a 5-7 minute walk to the historical area, on the way passing many stores and restaurants. There was a CONAD market 5 minutes in another direction if you needed anything. It was very centrally located and perfect for our visit. The apartment was well stocked for cooking and beds were comfortable and spacious. A big comfy couch in the living room was inviting as we caught up on the day's news. In the historic area there were churches to visit and lovely remnants of days gone by. We ate dinner at a restaurant in the piazza where they were setting up for the jousting tournament. A drum and flag corps was practicing there and it was wonderful to immerse yourself in a historic tradition- even if it was only a practice time! Nothing- it was a wonderful apartment and we were thoroughly happy with everything

• Larry (10/5): A great visit - I remember the one review that stated that the apt. was stark and needed some decorations. The apt. is almost new, CLEAN and everything works. I will take this over decorations. The host, Andrea, was most helpful and his 2 recommendations for local restaurants was spot on. Vineria dal Chiodo on via Giuseppe Gariboldi 16, about 1000 feet north of the Grey House, and Antica Osteria L’Angania at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 10, about 1/4 mile to the north. The location is great and the train station is close. A good deal for the money.
• Phillip (10/5): Perfect for our group of 4, in a great walkable location, lift available for the older folks in our party. - Andrea was great at check in and answering questions along the way. The lift was awesome and well described in the property details. Perfect location. Nearby pay parking options if you aren’t arriving by train.

• Paul (9/5): A wonderful base to explore Arezzo. - The apartment was newly and tastefully remodeled. Very clean, comfortable and well located. An excellent choice to explore Arezzo. This is a wonderful property, it has everything one needs except an electric teapot.
