• Hahn (8/5): - kann ich leider nicht bewerten da mir am anreise Morgen eine andere Adresse zu gemailt würde und wir somit eine andere Wohnung ca 3km entfernt bekommen haben. natürlich habe ich bei der Abfahrt nicht die Adressen verglichen und doof geschaut als wir plötzlich bei einer anderen Wohnung standen ( Wobei die neue Wohnung super war). beim nachfragen wurde mir mittgeteilt das in der anderen Wohnung plötzlich ein Wasserschaden war. Kontakt mit den Vermietern war schnell und über whatsApp auf Englisch und somit alles schnell zu klären.
• Chen (2/5): Great Apartment, Abysmal Service - I stayed for three nights during the Rho Fiera event. The apartment itself is modern, well-furnished, and in a perfect location for the fairgrounds. The customer service was non-existent and dangerously poor. Check-in is outsourced to an agency that only communicates via WhatsApp/email. On arrival night at 22:00, the entry instructions failed, leaving me locked outside of the building (safety in milan is not that good just to say...). Despite desperate messages, the agency provided no assistance whatsoever and NEVER REPLIED OR FOLLOWED UP UNTIL THE CHECKOUT. I had to find the owner's number myself. When I finally reached him, he offered no apology and simply told me to text the unresponsive agency. I only gained entry by sheer luck with the help of a stranger. There was no follow-up on this serious safety issue. While the apartment was clean, a mild smell of humidity was present. I cannot recommend this place due to the lack of customer care. Ps. I got all the conversation history.

• Lakus (3/5): - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience during my stay in Milan, which I believe requires your immediate attention. Upon arrival, I encountered a series of issues that significantly affected our stay: 1. **Communication Issues**: Throughout the day, I was in contact with Ahmed, the operator from MiDAS. Despite multiple messages, there were ongoing issues with access to the apartment, including problems with the cleaning staff and building access. I attempted to reach Ahmed by phone three times, but he did not answer. 2. **Delayed Access**: I was made to wait outside in the sweltering heat (approximately 40 degrees) for 40 minutes, under the impression that the cleaning lady was en route. Eventually, I had to call the apartment owner directly, who was able to grant me access within minutes. 3. **Apartment Cleanliness**: Upon entering the apartment, I found it to be in a very unsatisfactory state. It was not clean, and after the cleaning lady arrived, I discovered that the bedding was stained and emitted an unpleasant odor. Towel with stain on it. We looked for other sheets most of them stink and are with stayins. I have taken photos to document these issues. Shower water would not go down the drain right away it took about 5minutes. 4. **Overall Experience**: The entire process left my family and me feeling frustrated and disappointed. We expected a certain standard of service, and this experience fell far short of our expectations. Given these circumstances, I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter. It is important that future guests do not encounter similar issues, and I believe a resolution is warranted. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

The reception was cold, unwelcoming, and borderline rude. The apartment was filthy — hair on the bed, dust in every corner, and a disgusting smell in the bathroom. The bedding looked used and unwashed. The bathroom? Absolutely revolting. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, making it either freezing or unbearably hot at night. Sleep? Impossible. While the location might seem central, the area was noisy, dirty, and stressful — forget relaxation. The online pictures are completely misleading — pure deception. I left earlier than planned because I couldn’t stand another night in that place. It was a waste of time, money, and energy. Avoid this property at all costs! Sleeping in your car in Milan would be a better option. WARNING: Think twice, or even a hundred times, before booking this place in Milan! • Oleksii (10/5): Будемо в Мілані наступнооо разу - залюбки зупинимось - Місце для паркування - багато поруч. В 20 хвилинах пішки великий торгівельний центр - багато магазинів і класні ресторани, особливо сподобалось два мʼясних. Смачно і не дорого, 20-25 євро на людину включаючи алкоголь. Там і гарний великий супермаркет. До метро 10 хвилин і ще 20 на метро до Дуомо. Нам все сподобалось👍 Туалетного паперу на родину бажано більше ніж неповний рулон на декілька днів.

• Abdelhakem (8/5): Good family flat - Very clean with large spaces The check in and check out process was poor. We waited for over an hour in front of the building to get the instructions to get to the flat, despite doing their online check in the morning prior to our arrival. The check out wasn't clear on where to leave the keys and the guy on their whatsapp number had no clue.
• Fitri (10/5): Exceptional - The place is huge, can fit maybe up to 6 7 people. It is clean and tidy. Very spacious There is a smell, it came from the dryer. Wet clothes left in the dryer
• Luminita (9/5): Superb - Very nice, clean apartment, large enough for 7 persons, even if a bit difficult with just one bathroom, but we knew this when we booked it and managed to organize ourselves. Good quality/price report. All you need in the kitchen and bathroom. It would have been nice to have also a coffee mashine, especially when you are in hurry to go in the morning, but you can find good coffee all around Milan. 10 min walk from the metro station with direct line to city center in 20 min. The apartment is situated in a nice, quite area, a large supermarket at 20min distance. Nice, approachable host, thank you for hosting us Qezi!

• Destiny (9/5): Comfortable stay away from the busy parts of Milan - The space provided lots of space to spread out which was nice to have after a long trip, it was near a small grocery store and an easy walk to the train but you had to train for almost everything else. The bathroom, balcony and kitchen needed some additional “cleaning” you can tell people “live there” when it’s not rented. It was fairly quiet.

Pretty big for one bedroom apartments, nice size livingroom, bedroom, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you should need, to make a cup of coffee in the morning or tasty pasta for your dinner, balcony, bathroom with tropical shower was also clean and fresh.... You will find everything there for comfortable stay. Great location, 20 minutes with metro to historical center. Metro station in 4 min. walk and bus stop just outside in front of your door. It is a pizzeria and supermarket about 200 m. Vanessa is very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Maison Prince Milano, thanks Vanessa for this experience 🤗👌
