• stefano (5/5): Stanza umida e rumorosa. - La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Monopoli a due passi dal mare e dalle strade/piazze principali dove trovare qualunque attività, dal mangiare, bere o fare shopping. La stanza soppalcata si trova fronte strada, è umida e rumorosa proprio per la sua posizione centrale. La soluzione mi è stata venduta per 3 persone (2 adulti ed 1 bambino di 4 anni), ma i posti disponibili sono solo 2. C'è solo 1 letto matrimoniale nel quale abbiamo dormito in 3 (come le altre recensioni confermo che il divanetto che si vede nelle foto non c'è). Non avrei dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno per il bambino e invece mi è stata addebitata con la promessa dello storno, ma ad oggi niente è accaduto. Mi sono lamentato via chat con l'agenzia che gestisce l'immobile, ma sono spariti.

• Raul-Dorin (10/5): - A beautiful accommodation in Italian style. Very close to everything, including three wonderful beaches. The host was kind and welcoming, waiting for us with water and juice in the fridge. I warmly recommend it!

• Natalia (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Monopoli! - A wonderful, well-equipped apartment where we enjoyed spending our free time. The apartment is well equipped, ideal for families with children. Located in the old town. Laura is not only an extremely friendly and helpful host, but also a good person - she helped us a lot when our kid had a health problem. We definitely recommend it - it's a place you want to come back to!
• Matteo (6/5): - La posizione è molto strategica, situata nel centro storico di Monopoli (anche se va considerato che in estate la città è molto viva fino almeno alle 2 di notte quindi privacy e riposo non sempre sono garantiti). A differenza di quanto riportato dalle immagini di Booking, non è presente il divano nell’area soggiorno perciò la casa non risulta essere del tutto confortevole; la tv non è funzionante; al nostro arrivo l’appartamento non risultava essere stato pulito a fondo; in 10 giorni di permanenza il cambio biancheria è stato effettuato una sola volta; non tutte le luci della casa erano funzionanti.

• Colin (9/5): Beautiful old apartment - Laura and her sister are wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a beautiful street in the old town. The apartment was so beautifully presented and the love the owners have for this old building is evident everywhere. From the decorations, to the fixtures, to the content of the kitchens and the bathroom. A real homely accommodation and one that is highly recommended. Absolutely nothing.
