Guest (8/5): Беше много хубаво наистина, но се надявам да достигне до някого това което съм написала, не е критика просто е хубаво да - И преди сме посещавали хотела. Винаги ухае на чисто, навсякъде! Стаята беше удобна, и с новите цветове е супер вкарва още повече живот и уют. Уникална храна! Може би трябва да се замислите да има и вечеря, тъй като настаняването е след 14:00ч и е хубаво човек да има какво да вечеря,защото няма какво да се хапва наоколо освен бързи храни, а ресторанта Ви е невероятен. Да ще стане една идея по скъпо може би, но се замислете. Не ми хареса, че телевизия няма доста от програмите, да ядно е че не отиваш там да гледаш телевизия а да си починеш, но все пак е хубаво да има и нещо за гледаме вечер преди да заспи човек. Не ми хареса, че този път водата на басейна беше студена и имаше нещо кафяво ( предполагам ръжда) в басейна. Доста рано сауните приключиха и камъните бяха изстинали ( 1ч и 30мин преди да затвори релакс зоната). Има доста неща от релакс зоната които се “разпадат” тавана над басейна е почернял, но се надявам следващия път като Ви посетим да бъде още по-приказно!

Татяна (10/5): - Местоположението е отлично. Точно на центъра. Вътрешният басейн е с добра температура. Закуската също ни хареса. Имаше разнообразие. Всички от персонала са изключително любезни. Стаята ни беше чиста, много добре обзаведена и със страхотна гледка. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново, особено ако сме в същата стая или подобна🙂 Няма такова
Guest (8/5): - מלון טוב למטיילים באזור הרילה ולא רוצים לישון בספרבה בניה. הצוות מאוד חמוד ועזר בכל מה שביקשנו. קרוב למרכז העיר דופניצה. אחלה ארוחת בוקר. חנייה חינם בתקופה בה נסענו (אמצע אוקטובר) הרבה מסעדות שבאזור המלון לא עבדו באזור 22:00 בערב.

Joelle (7/5): Beperkt maar prima voor een nacht - De kamer is leuk ingericht en de receptie medewerker toen we aankwamen was heel behulpzaam. De badkamer is heel klein. Het restaurant had de halve kaart niet op voorraad en het eten was ok. Het ontbijt was karig en uitgedroogd. Het personeel wat er rond liep was buitengewoon ongeïnteresseerd op een paar na.

Parcheggio privato. Hotel situato nel centro della città. Staff dell'hotel gentile. Nella sezione interna piscina/centro benessere all'interno alcuni dettagli potrebbero essere meglio ristrutturati e più curati. Possibilmente scrivere o comunicare all'arrivo gli orari per la colazione.
Benoit (6/5): Disappointing - The room was clean and comfortable, but bathroom small and not very practical. Breakfast is correct, and parking is convenient (once you are allowef to enter) Location in town is fine. Several points were very disappointing : - the relax zone is opened until 8pm. But when I have arrived at 7.30pm, all saunas and hammam had already been turned off. Only the jacuzzi was still operational, but the employee has removed and cleaned the filter while I was still inside. - the restaurant is supposed to be open until 11pm. But when I have arrived at 10.15 pm to order a dessert, I've been said (a bit roughly) that the kitchen is closing at 10pm ! This is written nowhere, and it rather looked like the employees wanted to go home earlier... How is it possible that it takes 1 hour after closing the kitchen. Even not allowing a dessert which, most of the time, are already more or less ready to serve, it is not acceptable. In addition, when I had a look back to look at the waiter,I have seen his collegue congratulating him for having declined my request to have a dessert. This was totally unappropriate and not professional. - the bathroom is very small and narrow. You have to move around the door and close it totally to be able to wash your hands. Also, the water evatcuaton in the shower area is not efficient enough. Most of tbe water goes to the opposite direction (the bathroom...) - entering the parking is not very easy when you arrive, as tbe receptionist doest't answer when you ring at the barrier. I had to park outside and explain directly at the counter that I was a customer and only then, I was told that I could come back with the car and that they would open the barrier.

Oana (10/5): Cazare perfecta pentru tanzit - Locatia buna, parcare cu bariera, camera draguta si destul de mare, patul comod, curat, liniste, mic-dejun bun care poate fi luat si pe terasa langa piscina. Pare ca pentru draperie n-au ajuns banii asa ca acopera 2/3 din geam dar fiind camera la etajul 7 n-au deranjat foarte tare luminile de afara. Baia este foarte mica la 1,2mx1,8m si nu am inteles in ce ordine trebuie sa ma asez pe wc, sa inchid usa sau sa fac dus, ca sa nu ma lovesc de toate. Altfel baia e moderna si curata.

Madeleine (10/5): Great hotel for an affordable price close to Rila National Park - For being located in such a small town, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are great facilities like an indoor pool and sauna. It's a perfect place to stay while visiting Rila National Park. No major issues. Parking was a bit tight, but it was free. The local town is small, but there are some nice restaurants within walking distance.

Alberto (10/5): Tranquilo y relajante - Tiene Parking privado, hace falta sacar una tarjeta que al salir te la sellan en recepción. La habitación esta bien de tamaño y tiene un montón de enchufes. Te dejan unos albornoces para bajar a las piscinas. La piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y saunas son geniales para relajarse. En el desayuno hay muchas cosas para elegir. En general nos ha parecido muy tranquilo, no sé si porque había poca gente o es así siempre, pero hemos estado muy a gusto.

Det var tydeligt, at medarbejderen tog situationen seriøst og gjorde en ekstra indsats for at finde en god løsning – og det satte vi stor pris på. Skuffende oplevelse i restauranten Desværre levede vores besøg på restauranten ikke op til forventningerne. Betjeningen var under niveau – den kvindelige tjener virkede uhøflig og uengageret, og hun førte tilmed en privat telefonsamtale under arbejdet, hvilket virkede uprofessionelt. Morgenmaden var heller ikke tilfredsstillende. Da vi ankom for at spise, var der ikke blevet fyldt op med mad, og udvalget var derfor meget begrænset. Det gav en følelse af, at man ikke var forberedt på gæster, hvilket var ærgerligt

Marta (9/5): molto piacevole - personale molto gentile, arredamento colorato, parcheggio con sbarra, gratis per i clienti, posizione centrale e su una piazzetta pedonale, ristorante ottimo e accogliente nulla
christian (7/5): Bien pour une nuit. - Personnel accueillant, l'hôtel en général bien. Salle de bain mettre une porte coulissante car il faut passer par la douche pour aller aux toilettes. Petit déjeuner, plats non renouvelés et froids boissons pas fraîche. Tables dehors près du coin fumeur. Pa S de climatisation à l'intérieur une fournaise et peu de lumière. Pas de gel douche !!!juste une savonnette.
Tanya (9/5): Чудесен - Хотелът има прекрасно местоположение, в самия център на града, с гледка към площада. Персоналът е много любезен. Има чудесни условия за хора с двигателни проблеми. Паркингът е безплатен за гостите на хотела. Много чисто, банята е уникална, с вана и душ кабина. Единствена забележка имам за матрака, необходима е смяна.\
Šimon (7/5): - Dobré snídaně, relax centrum s bazénem, vyrivkou a saunou v ceně Špatná lokalita - Dupnitsa. Lepší je se ubytovat v prostred sapya Banya.

Carmen (10/5): - Mărimea camerei. Camera ar fi trebuit sa fie puțin mai spațioasă. În baie vine un miros neplăcut prin ventilație.

Joachim (8/5): Trotz kleiner Abstriche haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. - Zentale Lage des Hotels, schöner Swimmingpool mit Liegen im Garten, außerdem großer Spa-Bereich im Keller des Hotels. Restaurant mit Innen- und Außenbereich, ausreichende Angebote zum Frühstück. Toaster ab 2.Tag nicht mehr vorhanden, Info-Mappe ohne Hinweis für Zeiten der Poolnutzung.
