• Yelda (9/5): Superb - Location was close to Puerto Banús where designer shops and restaurants are, sea was short distance away and pool was enjoyed a lot by our 12 year old. Whole apartment was lovely but we couldn't use balcony it was too dusty and we didn't drag dirt into the house. K
• Robyn (1/5): Infested with bugs - The garden area is nice, Alvaro was very helpful with our bags and helping us check in however.. We arrived just after 4pm and had a dinner booked for 7pm so we were rushing to get ready, As I was getting ready I spotted a few ants on the floor and didn’t think much of it, However later on before we were leaving I opened the fridge to check it out and it was covered in ANTS… They were all over the counter top and inside of the fridge, Completely not suitable to keep anything inside of we then checked the rest of the apartment and found a BUG inside the BED, When we left for dinner we went downstairs and there was a RATS tail hanging out of a rat poison box… I have photos and videos of this all. We were really worried about what to do and while we were at dinner contacted booking.com, they reached out to the owner who is not Alvaro, during this time we were trying to find another place to stay as we did not feel comfortable in this apartment at all.. When the owner reached out to me I explained the problem in a polite manner, His response was extremely rude and condescending as if I was lying, He said “ I find it incredible in what you are saying, if you checked in a 4pm and your only saying this at 10:30pm,” Like I said we were rushing for a dinner Then at the dinner trying to find a new accommodation! Completely unacceptable response from him, He was nothing but rude and didn’t want to help at all he said he would send cleaning staff but it would be the next day, I did not want to rest my head in a apartment full of bugs.. We handed the keys back that night (the same day we checked in) To cancel this property the owner wanted €600, on top of the €700 we already paid for 3 nights !! He refused to give us a refund even tho we did not stay here as it was completely unhygienic, Please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT STAY HERE, and I’m sure he will have a smart comment to reply to this review and I don’t care !
• Wadha (4/5): Not the best - I liked the location and it is gated and secured I didn’t like the fact that it doesn’t have an elevator and the owner was not flexible when i asked for extra 2 hours to checkout because my flight got delayed he insisted on checking out at 11 and that cost me an extra night because i had to leave in the night and check into another place that was flexible.. and the first two nights were good but after that the noises from construction and a constant drilling noise was waking us up in the early hours of the morning .. that and the fact of having too many rules to follow made our stay uncomfortable as we were coming for a vacation and relaxing time.

• Sawe (1/5): terrible - the balcony awful, there where ants in the bathroom, no toiletpaper or soap. and they charged us 40 euro for coming to late, the fee was not informed beforehand and when we said that the man named Alvaro refused to leave our apartment at the middle of the night and We were three girls. we said we could pay the day after with card but apparently he only wanted cash. We booked this place last minute and this was the only place available, otherwise we would have never booked it. also the real manager, you never get ahold of him, he doesn’t speak english so everything goes through Alvaro, who will charge 40 euro extra for anything. it’s not worth it, never been in a worse airbnb really regret it.

• Michelle (8/5): Really lovely stay in great apartment with fabulous pool. - Apartment really lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. Pool area was gorgeous and so relaxing. The photos of the pool area on the site don't do it justice. Any question we had was really swiftly answered by Alvaro. The apartment is a good walk away from any amenities- which didn't sound like much making the booking but was a lot in 35 degree heat. I'd heartily recommend the apartment and complex but if you have any trouble walking hire a car.
