• Louise (8/5): Comfortable stay in a well presented modern town house - Overall a very comfortable stay in a very clean modern town house. Overall very satisfied. The comments are constructive feedback rather than criticism, as we all had a very comfortable stay. I would have scored higher if there had been bins provided in the ensuite and main bathrooms to dispose of our face wipes, cotton pads etc, as none were provided. Not a massive deal but more an inconvenience, as we all had to take our used toiletries up/down to the kitchen bin. Also very little toilet roll provided upon our arrival, and there was not a full toilet roll in any of the toilets/bathrooms, and no rolls to replenish with either. Which was a bit of a nightmare as 5 of us staying in the house. We did buy some, but usually expect this to be provided as standard when we book somewhere.

• Kaz69 (9/5): Great space and a good place to stay for visiting family nearby! - Loved the space & comfort and it was a perfect location for visiting family nearby. The house is full of lovely furnishings & fittings and style/decor really to our taste. Good communication from hosts with clear instructions for an easy check in (with a lovely early check in offer as well. Much appreciated). Clocks and light fittings are lovely but a good few needed new batteries and bulbs. Towels were too wee (for us).

• Geoffrey (8/5): Went to meet friends, the house was very close to were they lived. - The house was really close to Leyland centre within easy walking distance. Towels were a little small for bath towels.

• Lorraine (4/5): Uncomfortable due to uncleanliness of the property - The property is spacious and has a good amount of rooms laid out well across the townhouse. It is in a good location close to shops and main roads. The owners of this property need to invest in a good cleaning company. I have never been in a place that has so much dust, from chandeliers, headboards and skirting boards, it was just dust. The bedding was stained and not ironed. It’s also of a very poor quality. The pillows need pillow protectors that are washed regularly as you could smell the sweat from previous users. Most doors in the house don’t close properly and there is mould in the shower cubicle. Doors and walls need cleaning as well.

Easily accessible & with parking Paul & Clare were very friendly and easy to communicate ☺️ The listing says that toilet paper is provided ... Well we had 0,5 roll for 7 ppl between 3 toilets, so yes technically it was provided,but not overly sure how this was supposed to be shared 🤣 Luckily there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and it wasn't too late so we went and bought. For future travelers: when you visit, also grab some shower gel and shampoo & some extra towels (face towels not provided- in case you need these, we didn't care 👍)
