- Tafadzwa (6/5): Decent stay with room for improvement - The rooms were nice, clean, modern with very good views. Not enough variety at breakfast. The food was not kept warm and the breakfast area was too small. Didn’t have a good atmosphere (lack of good music, set up etc). The concierge (doorman) was not welcoming.
- Hi Hua (7/5): 感覺上是想走奢華路線的飯店，但軟體跟整體設計程度不足，清潔也未完全到位，甚至因為房間未打掃完成還延後到4點才讓我們進房，雖然有讓我們延後check out，但整體而言飯店的素質尚未到位，覺得可惜了！ - 服務態度很好 房間的設備跟動線設計不太適合家庭出遊，感覺上花了心思在硬體設備上（電動窗簾、溫度控制是觸控面板），但軟體的配備用心程度不足，有點可惜！ 例如：整體空間很大卻只有2-3個插座、兩間浴室都很大還有很美的浴缸，但垃圾桶卻只有馬桶旁邊才有、整個客廳超大卻找不到插座等等⋯我們最後只好把無線電話的線拔掉才能煮熱水，整個配置都滿奇怪的！ 另外還有全部的燈全開還是非常昏暗，若是有帶小孩或長輩一起住的要很小心！
- spyro (3/5): will be my last at this hotel. - Absolutely rubbish. I found the breakfast very poor to the degree I did not have breakfast the 2nd day, although I paid for it. 1. The TV did not work and had to change the modem. £ engineers came one after the other in order to fix it 2. I made the payment with AMEX but the hotel would not accept AMEX deposit. Not shown anywhere that AMX was not acceptable. 3. Although paid for breakfast on checking they did not provide me with coupons. As a result had to que to get the coupons in the morning. 4. Swimming facilities were poor. No Sauna and hot baths. 5. In the brochure showed the racing course view, which was all gone and decapitated.

- Sudeshna (9/5): Memorable stay at Yoho Roosevelt - Very amiable and well trained staff, especially Carl. The detailing of the room to make the stay convenient is commendable, like the child protection at the corner of the bedside table. Absolutely loved the sofa by the glass window. Shuttle to heart of the city available although we didn't avail it. Cabs for booking easily available. They also sell merch which is a plus, although a bit on the expensive side. They have a good gym and pool as well. Water is quite expensive. Lights in the room are too dim. Hope they install some brighter lights. Breakfast is very basic with limited options.

Et si, l’hôtel avait fait qques améliorations d’adaptation à l’évolution des moyens de communication et de son style ancien. - Pour un hôtel de ce niveau ( 5 étoiles) un traitement inconsidéré et réducteur pour certains clients à la limite du racisme. Une carte qui momentanément ne fonctionne pas rend le client indésirable… - Pour un hôtel de cette classe, un harcèlement dès le petit matin, d’un client arrivé pourtant à 3h du matin. - Des décisions contradictoires entre responsables apparemment en conflit. - Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, pas de prise USB, avec des équipements de chambre qui semblent être des jouets, dont non efficaces ( longues vues gracieusement fournies). - Un room-service qui ne répond pas. - Un refus de remboursement pour un change évident entre les monnaies ( obligé de faire recours à la police pour s’entendre raison et de s’exécuter)…tout en exigeant un reçu. Impression que l’on a souhaité l’opération s’effectuer sans trace. - Un manque total de considération aux engagements souscrits et délais auprès de « Booking.com….

And the view from the room was amazing 👏🏻 I also love the setup of the bathroom, very clean, elegant, and the bathtub was great👏🏻 The location was a little bit deserted, and there were no other options on the TV like Netflix or YouTube besides local channels.

- Alexander (10/5): It was my first trip to Macao and the hotel made all its best to leave only positive memories. - The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Every my question was solved in appropriate timeframes including check-out speed up. The hotel has perfect sushi bar along with small (but very useful) market with everyday and souvenir products. Small Portuguese fortress is near the hotel (5 minutes of walking). A lot of good supermarkets and cafe are near the hotel also (10-15 minutes of walking). Swimming pool and gym are very good and useful.

If you use a credit card for your deposit then they keep it A WHOLE MONTH before refunding it. Toiletries are free but they make you pay for bath salts. GET YOUR POLICIES IN ORDER AND BE CONSISTENT!!!!!!

- Xiao (8/5): It's a pleasant place to stay. - we love the room that with a city views. the room is big and the bathroom is nice and provide liquid soap for hair and body. it's update with usb charge outlet and united outlet.also we feel clean. if have shuttle more often is convenient. and the deposit is taking too long for hold, and the check out time for long to process.

- Pekwa (10/5): Very present stay and definitely will come again. - Very morden and well designed hotel rooms,spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. The only dislike was the welcome drink, the taste was just very sweet juice, awful. Personally, the hotel would better better to save it. I understand it was a way to attract potential customers to the restaurant, but if you just serve your drink in takeaway plastic cups,then not only customer feel they are not welcomed also feel the restaurant is cheap while the food prices are the opposite of cheap.

- Alexey (1/5): Disgusting place with disgusting service ! - Nothing ,it’s disgusting from service to quality and conditions of space AC was broken in penthouse unit which supposed to be the best room in hotel !!was very hard to sleep with 30 degrees inside TV remote control was broken too Lastly door lock was not functioning,hotel guys could not fix it in 24 hours so we had to ask technician to open and close the door for us all the time Receptionist will never pick up the phone if u call so I had to go downstairs to ask them to close the door every time we would go out We also requested baby crib upon arrival a month in advance and obviously it was not ready when we arrived !! Hotel is asking for 2000$ deposit and they want to keep it for a month !!!! I don’t understand what for but pretty sure they’ll try to steal it at the end Do not stay here under any circumstance!!

- Yuk (8/5): Very good - The barbecue pork served by the restaurant on 3/F was good. All staff are very friendly. Little space to put own make up kit.
