• TravelFanJim (9/5): You must stay here - The proximity to everything required was superb. The facilities required in an apartment were all there, it was also great to have a balcony/terraced area. Superb. The garage for my car was great. Communication was superb. I can't really think of anything.

• Candida (8/5): Lovely apartment with sea views. - Great location, although very central it was quite. It had everything that we needed for a home from home. Good air conditioning. Balcony with sea views.
• MiguelZN (7/5): APARTAMENTO AGRADABLE, PERO CON ASPECTOS A MEJORAR - El apartamento se encuentra muy céntrico, tanto de Torremolinos como de la playa. Por otro lado, cuenta con todas las necesidades y servicios para disfrutar de unos días, e incluso de una semana como fue mi casa. Me gustaría destacar también que el apartamento cuenta con un balcón desde el que se ve el mar y, por lo tanto, es muy agradable. La goma del lavavajillas está suelta y en cada puesta en funcionamiento teníamos que colocarla. Además, las sábanas de la habitación pequeña están sucias.
• Lucía (7/5): - La ubicación era buena y había muchos servicios cerca de restaurantes y supermercados La casa olía mal, camas incómodas. Edificio antiguo y sucio. Había bichos en la casa. En general falta de limpieza y detalles para el precio del alojamiento.

• Anthony (8/5): All things considered a good experience - Wonderful location and nice partial view of the sea. I enjoyed my stay here, it's not luxury but it's very nice and simple. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is compact but functional enough to make proper meals. Very good air conditioning which was a life saver as it was high 30's when we were there. I think some simple upgrades would make a big difference: - better linens (quite old and one towel was torn) - bedside lamps - upgrade of kitchen utensils - blind broken in master bedroom - dishwasher needs attention as rubber door seal keeps coming away and gets entangled in the drawers - no air con in single bedroom and you can’t get that room to be as fresh as the other rooms by leaving the doors open - a welcome pack in the fridge would have been so appreciated, however tiny. Especially given we arrived very late for which we paid an out of hours charge. This was arranged well ahead of time; we then had delays and they were going to get us to go somewhere else to pick the keys up, which I thought very unfair given we had paid an excess charge and I was travelling with a 92 year old father with mobility issues (which they knew about). Thankfully they came but I was not happy about the possibility of having to run around trying to find keys somewhere else.

Good to get to the main shops and good for the beach. Property block a bit run down. Old building that could do with maintaining better. Big palm tree in front of lounge window that could do with trimming as it blocks the view and light.

• Jonathon (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very accommodating. They came to meet me within a few minutes of my arrival. They were also very helpful after I managed to lock myself out one evening after midnight. They came out to let me back in without any fuss. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Wish I could have stayed longer.

• Triin (8/5): Okay stay for a week. - Great location near old town, train station and beach. Nice rooms and kitchen. Cosy balcony. The host was great. Bed mattress way too soft, not great for sleeping. Fan in the other bedroom was very very dusty and so were the air vents. The sink drain in the bathroom needs cleaning as the water is not draining. Shower heads were constantly dripping - that was really annoying at night. One of the kitchen cabinets had broken hinges, but it still worked
• Graham (9/5): Comfortable stay in nice apartment - Very convenient location. Near to the centre of Torremolinos and easy to use the lift to go down to the level of the beach. Which was very handy. The apartment was very comfortable with a comfortable settee and tv if you fancy a night in. The kitchen was well equipped with a good sized fridge freezer and handy washing machine. A little run down. Little things and not that clean. Clean in the surface but needs a good clean. Very dusty and kitchen and bathroom dirty.
• Zach (7/5): Good - The ease of quick access to the train station and the beach just can't be beat. The close proximity to restaurants and the shopping street (as well as the grocery store) is also a plus. And having a working AC unit in both the living room and the bedroom is a huge bonus. Half of the bed (the side towards the door) dipped into the center, making it difficult to be comfortable for long. The shower part where you can hold it in hand constantly leaked. That in mind, the rest of it makes up for the downsides and we will absolutely stay there again.

• Vincent (8/5): Very good - The apartment was well equipped and clean. The location was ideal and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. The door to the balcony did not lock on the left side and there were builders abseiling down the sides of the building which created a security concern.
• Marián (10/5): Fantastic property in the middle of everything in Torremolinos. - Everything just perfect! Clean, great location, nearly beachfront (2nd line) approx. 100 m from the sea. Two accesses to the apartment, one from the 8th floor directly from the shopping promenade. Second from level 1 directly towards the beach. The property is located on the 4th floor. For 10,- EUR/day you can enjoy the parking garage which is worth for that money due to almost impossible parking outside. Highly recommended accommodation and perfect communication with the host. Nothing.
