A beautiful building, the room was cosy but decor was stunning and some lovely little touches which made our stay perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and Natalie couldn’t do enough for us. We would definitely stay here again. The room was cosy but perfect for a night or two.

• Sophie (10/5): - If you are coming to Brighton, this is the place to stay. Natalie was so accommodating and friendly. My partner was running the Brighton marathon and she kindly allowed him to come back to the room to shower after which he appreciated so much! We stayed in the green room - The bed was super comfy and a great night sleep, the rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was quite quality and great value for money. And the location is great but quiet. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The first time, it was not long after having our baby son (1st night away for my birthday) and we stayed in the Gray Room on the ground floor and the 2nd Time for our anniversary and my husband's birthday Easter weekend in the Green Room xx Such a beautiful property and comfortable rooms with high Georgian Ceilings, stunning en suites with Rain Showers fitted. But what is outstanding, is the softest white cloud dressing gowns, the breakfasts which you can have in your room, if you like because you have a table and chairs in each of the rooms and our the host, Natalie because nothing is too much trouble x I'm still expressing for my son ..and she was more than happy to store the milk in her kitchen fridge for the weekend so nothing went to waste and supply us with ice blocks when my husband forgot to hand over ours the night before x Little touches like putting up a birthday banner was great too x If you are disabled and can manage a few stairs ...there is a disabled space very near to the property which we managed to grab on both visits and once your in the property the Gray Room is very accessible x But I recommend booking in advance for the green room on the top floor which is stunning x Nothing really x Just probably would like a mini fridge in the rooms too to keep our milk and drinks cold x

The bathroom was also large and for the extra touch of luxury the free standing bath is hard to beat. Absolutely delighted with breakfast which we enjoyed in our room as a nice change. My scrambled eggs and salmon were marvellous! Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Parking can be a challenge but this is nothing to detract from the quality of the accommodation. As long as you don't mind a quick walk, you can find adequate parking nearby

The facilities are exceptional, making ue feel like royalty from beginning to end. My only slightissue was that the bed wasnt as comfortable as I liked. Excellent breakfast and we appreciated the early check-in. Good value for money and very welcoming and friendly host. Room was not properly cleaned - personal affects from the previous guest were left in the room and the bathroom bin was not emptied. Room/bedding did not smell fresh. No smoking in the garden - not specified when booking.

The bathroom with the standing bathtub is such a highlight. Breakfast, although limited was incredible! Everything tasted very fresh and very good. The location was wonderful with it being so close to the beach. To top it all off the host was very kind and provided great service. It’s certainly one of the pricier properties in this area but for what you get, you can’t be too upset

She made the most fabulous Full English Breakfast, hers is the gold standard, nothing else compares! The entire home was so artfully decorated and inviting. Our room was first floor, easy to get into, room with wonderful linens, toiletries and great blackout curtains. The snacks and coffee in room very tasteful. Great location, walking distance to beach and numerous restaurants. Short walk to Briton downtown and other attractions. Everything was wonderful.

We had the ground floor ‘gray’ bedroom at the front and the guests in the basement property were very loud coming home in the early hours which woke up my husband (I’m a very heavy sleeper!). Not much to be done about this but when we next come we will book a different room.

If I had to say anything it would be that the nearest parking was a good 10/15 minutes walk away, but we knew this before travelling.

It is situated on a quiet street, which is what you need to unwind and get a proper sleep. 2. Beautiful apartment & garden - the apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything you need. The garden is ideal for having breakfast or chilling. 3. Wonderful host – a huge thank you to Natalie for the warm welcome and delicious breakfast that started our days perfectly and set us up for a good long run. We had a fantastic stay and will return on our next visit to Brighton and Hove.

Perfect location for the start of t - Natalie was very flexible with our late check-in as we flew in from Prague. Also with our late checkout allowing me time to shower after the Brighton 10k race I ran. Cooked breakfast prepared with high quality ingredients and prepared to perfection earlier than usual Sunday morning due to the 10k race I was running. Very flexible host which was just what we needed. The double bed in the small room was a bit small for me although the bedding was super comfortable. I’ve rebooked the larger room with bigger bed for next year so I’d choose that option if you like a larger bed.
