Osama (1/5): Horrible! Demand full refund, dispute credit card. Left accommodation after 6 days. Hotel booked from 10/16/24- - Misrepresentation of location! The booking.com map shows the apartment to be in a specific area but the actual apartment is 25-30min drive in completely different area. I was forced to leave the apartment after 5 days and rented a hotel room closer where I was initially supposed to be staying. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Demand a full refund and credit card company will be notified of this to dispute the charge.
