• Kelly (9/5): Great location, comfortable and quiet. - Comfy beds. Sauna, amenities lounges. Apt was comfortable and mostly clean. Would stay again. Clogged bathroom handbasin sink hadn't been cleaned in some time..water wouldn't drain andvwas clogged with debris.
• albertlt (10/5): Amazing property with prime location and great host ! - Everything. The apartment was modern, big and very comfortable. Check in process was very easy. The location is the best, right in the city center. There is a large mall with big supermarket across the road. Buy the cloud berry jam here. It is cheaper than those sold in souvenir shop and higher quality too (it has higher berry content per 100g). Make sure you choose the strained version that is smooth and contain no berry seeds. The bus stop to santa claus village and airport is just in front of the mall. There is a burger king right below the apartment. The aurora tour that we took was just next to the apartment which makes it very convenient when returning from the tour at 1 AM in the morning. Also there is a delicious all you can eat buffet restaurant named "Osaka Teppanyaki" in the mall that offer great price for lunch. The host was also very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. A little improvement would be to separate the toilet and shower so it is more efficient. But it is not a big deal

• Jennifer (10/5): El alojamiento perfecto - La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta si no alquilas coche ya que los autobuses a los sitios turísticos están ahí, es pleno centro. Si alquilas coche , puedes aparcar en el recinto, tienes una tarjeta en el apartamento para ponerla en el coche y poder aparcar. Mi apartamento era el 401, estaba súper equipado , no le faltaba ningún detalle. Está todo muy nuevo, muy limpio y disponía de pastillas para lavadoras / lavavajillas, bolsas de basura, etc. En el baño dispones de sauna y tiene , jabón de manos , gel , champú y acondicionador. En cada habitación hay una tele con acceso a netflix, YouTube, etc. Apartamento muy silencioso, no se oían ruidos del exterior. Tiene un detalle que me encanta , tiene sensores de movimiento y , cuando es de noche , no hace falta encender la luz para ir a cocina y baño , se encienden luces por la parte baja de los muebles para poder ver. Si vuelvo a Rovaniemi me alojaría, sin dudarlo ni un segundo , de nuevo con ellos. Que la puerta de la sauna abre hacia dentro.

• Alessandra (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto! - Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento e mi sono trovata benissimo. La casa è pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere tutto. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento e ci tornerei volentieri! L’unico aspetto meno piacevole è stato l’odore proveniente dal Burger King situato al piano inferiore, percepibile nella tromba delle scale di accesso. Fortunatamente, all’interno dell’appartamento non si sentiva nulla e il soggiorno è stato comunque eccellente.
• Bernie (10/5): Excellent, cannot fault the property or the vendor - The property was large and spacious for our group of 7, fully kitted with everything you could need, super warm and clean. The sauna was an added bonus after a long day in the snow. Luggage hold was so helpful and the staff were so responsive and friendly any time I contacted them.

Wir hatten die Adresse vor Reisebeginn abgespeichert, und bei der Fülle der Check In Informationen den geänderten Straßennamen übersehen.

• Rosemary (10/5): Great stay. Comfortable and great location. - It was central to the shops and bus stop to Santa village. Communication was good. Comfortable stay as family of 7. Pull out beds were fantastic and easy to use. Nothing about the property. But would’ve been handy to have known about left luggage and the code for it in advance of the other information.
• Michaela (10/5): The best appartment - The accommodation is in a great location, everything is within reach, it is spacious, clean and super equipped with everything you need. There is a dressing room next to each bedroom, which we appreciated. The bathroom is very spacious, the sauna is a nice bonus on cold days. The absolute highlight is the keyless unlocking of the house and apartment, because who would carry keys these days?

• Hans (7/5): - Het appartement is ruim, mooi ingericht, schoon en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is ook top, direct in het centrum van Rovaniemi. Er is alleen één groot issue. Het appartement zit direct boven een Burger King en daar hebben ze een tegelvloer in combinatie met metalen stoelen en je hoort werkelijk waar de hele dag en NACHT elke stoel die wordt geschoven (en hard ook). Met name van zaterdag op zondagnacht hebben we niet kunnen slapen. De hele nacht door schuivende stoelen en ook veel overlast van mensen op straat middenin de nacht. Heel jammer, want zoals gezegd, het appartement zelf is erg fijn, maar de geluidsoverlast is echt een groot probleem.

• Suzanne (10/5): Great apartment in the city centre - We were sent the door code as soon as the room was ready, this turned out to be an hour before the official check in time which was appreciated. The apartment is lovely, cosy and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The sauna was fab too! It is well placed in the city centre, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, the river, Naarva Cafe etc

The location was right in the heart of city centre with so may restaurants and convenience stores right around the corner. For the price that we paid, daily or an alternate day cleaning service could have been provided.

Owners gave updated infuriation quickly including codes to the storage locker and room. Room was meant to be available from 4pm but cleaning was done quickly and room as available to us as early as 1.30/2pm which was brilliant. The private sauna was a great added bonus. Couldn’t have had a better stay and have already booked again for next year. Perfect location. Room was clean and everything we needed. • Elaine (9/5): - Location couldn’t be better - right in the centre within walking distance of most things. There is a shopping mall with a good grocery store and restaurants just across the road. Excellent communication from host both before and during our stay and we were able to use the storage facility for our luggage after checkout. We would definitely stay here again!
• Joanne (10/5): Had a really wonderful stay look forward to booking again - We had a wonderful stay, beautiful and comfortable apartment had everything we needed including a beautiful sauna, a balcony, 2 bedrooms with a tv in each,really comfortable sofa beds,it was in a perfect location, Naava cafe just a 5 minute walk away, Santa in centre just down the street and bus stop for Santa Claus village and airport across the road right next to the shopping center, so convenient.

The location is amazing — right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. Private parking is available under the building, which is a big plus. Flat was large, comfortable and all facilities that we could have wants (also had instructions for how to use it all). Sauna was especially nice to have in the flat after an evening in the cold Finnish air in February. I don't believe there is anything that could be improved.

Apartment was excellent location, 2 min walk to shops. Very clean The pillows, from memory there was only 1 pillow per person and they weren't great, and I usually need a leg pillow to sleep with.

• Mauro (5/5): The light from the street advertising sign does not let you sleep well in the room - Excellent location and an excellent sauna There is a bright advertising sign on the street, and the light comes into the room all night long. The blackout curtain is too small and lets the light in, which keeps flashing. Terrible for sleeping. Until they change the curtain, I do not recommend renting this room

• Nathan (8/5): - Great location and rooms were spotless. Parking is a nightmare with all the company works vans parked on the car park. Unable to get a spot most nights we were there.
• Yin Shan (10/5): 廚具齊，超市在附近方便買食物。附近餐廳也多，想去睇北極光可跟團，集合地點也在附近。 - 地點優越，設備齊全 屋外有密碼鎖，但屋內沒有double lock ｡Check out 時間未到，竟有人自行開門入來催促我們，太沒禮貌了。

• Zoe (7/5): Great location. Above the Burger King so if you want sleep maybe think twice. - Great property. Perfect location. You can hear the Burger King downstairs moving chairs about at 4am every night. We got no sleep and the one night we did, the fire alarm went off.

No staff around, but not an issue. Did see someone left a bag of rubbish on our floor but maybe they were coming back to bring it outside!!
