• Swati (8/5): Decent Property. Unforgettable Host! - What was unforgettable about the property was the warmth of the host Keviv. He is a very very friendly , helpful and cute boy. We were 2 moms travelling with our toddlers. He escorted us around the town , helped us get an excellent cab deal , went out of his way to help us with several things and played music on his guitar too as we sang along. God bless him. Great fun! An unforgettable experience!
• Praveen (10/5): Good, Clean, ideally located, Value for money Home stay. - Nice home stay away from hustle bustle of mall road but still 15 mins walk to city centre with a super amazing view of Kanchenjunga from balcony on a clear day. Lovely interactions and good time spent with young owners - Keviv and Jason. We all gossiped into late evenings. They helped to arrange cab pickup from NJP, local sightseeing and also, Drop to kalimpong through their trusted brother - Loksam who was really amazing driver equally good person. It was really good stay, value for money and importantly, good bonding which we all felt even within a short stay at Grand casa.

• Bapi (10/5): Best location, view and host behaviour. - Best location and view with cool hosts. One of the host Jeson gave the best siteseeing experience and the other host keviv also deals with best quality Darjeeling Tea.
• Abdul (10/5): Best View and host behaviour. - View and the host behaviour is the main highlight of my trip. I could see the full view of the Kanchenjunga from my room itself. It was a very peaceful location few minutes from Japanese Temple. Not so far away from mallroad. Lunch and dinner was freshly cooked by the owners. One of the host Jeson gave me the full tour of Darjeeling in a very worth it price and it was a wonderful tour. Time and places were Well planned according to my schedule.
• Rai (10/5): Peaceful and Comfortable - It was a comfortable and relaxing experience for me. One of the owners, Jeson picked me up from siliguri. He also assisted me with my luggage and I had a comfortable ride with him. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owners Keviv and Jeson with a welcome tea and pleasant conversation. The location was fairly quiet and serene not too far from the main town. My room had a mesmerizing view of darjeeling and the hills surrounding it. The room was clean. It had clean sheets, blankets and towels. The bathroom was clean, equipped with geyser for a hot shower. The food was made fresh and was delicious. The ambience of their cafe was very nice. Their menu had a few options for tea-time snacks and they customised the dish to my preference. They arranged cabs for me to travel up to town and back but I decided to walk to town first and called them for pick-up at night. I had a jam session at night with the owners and their friends which was really fun. After that we all danced playing local songs and a few others and had a good time. Dinner was also made fresh and was exceptional. Keviv and Jeson kept me company and we had pleasant conversations about my travels. The bed was very comfortable and I had a peaceful sleep at night. The next morning I started my day with hot darjeeling tea and a gorgeous view of mt. Kanchenjunga right from the balcony. It was a very peaceful and serene experience for me. The owners were kind and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I will be visiting Grand Casa again with my family some time soon. Nothing
• Sushmita (10/5): Exceptionally great stay at Hotel Grand Casa! - I had an exceptional stay at Grand Casa! thanks to the outstanding owners and caretakers - Keviv & Jeson. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, both of them went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued and comfortable.They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and offer assistance with a smile. Their kindness, empathy, and professionalism exemplified the hotel's commitment to excellence. Apart from this the hotel location is really great for someone looking for a mesmerizing view from the hotel room itself! With the clouds clear on the second day of my stay, I woke up to the view of Kanchenjunga! Also the rooms and bathrooms were quite clean during my stay and the dining area had a decent decor. The food served was also really good and fresh. Thank you, 'Grand Casa' for an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service and a warm welcome! Can't say I didn't like it, but yeah there is a of scope of improvement in the room decor. But for someone preferring a homely atmosphere, the decor is perfect!

• Tanmay (10/5): Absolutely amazing. - Staying at Grand Casa was a bliss. The owner and his friends made our stay so memorable. We all played songs and danced like crazy . It was such a blast. We enjoyed the homely fresh food they served . It was really delicious. The view took our breath away. The third highest mountain Kanchenjunga looked stunning from the balcony. Over-all it was the best experience.
• John (10/5): Best Homestay I ever stayed. - Best thing about this place is the owner and his friends and staffs. Secondly the view of Mountain Kanchenjunga is just stunning. Lastly, the place is not in hustle bustle area which gives peace and true feeling of vacation. Me and my friends we enjoyed the company of the guys there playing guitar, singing and dancing and we also played carom board which was really fun. Everytime I come to Darjeeling, I'll stay here and I'll always book the car from Grand Casa because the car we booked from Siliguri was just rubbish. The driver from Siliguri was too rubbish. The driver provided by Keviv was really good. Very good service.

• Kumar (10/5): Absolutely amazing. - Me and my friends will never forget the memorable day we had in Grand Casa. The owner Keviv and all his brothers and friends are super cool and friendly. We had a great music jam session and danced in our traditional song and also their local songs. The staff is also super friendly and cooks really delicious food. We are planning to visit Darjeeling again and everytime when I come here, I'll stay at Grand Casa. Keviv also mentioned that he runs another property near Grand Casa. Planning to stay there as well with my family. Thank you so much guys.
• Sangeeta (1/5): Dissatisfied with the hotel - Overcharged breakfast Overhyped Hotel. False claim. Booking.com displayed photographs of a different room, and the room they were giving us was much smaller. Basic amenities were lacking. 1. Bathroom leaks of water. 2. There was no water supply in the room till we made a complaint. 3. The geyser was nonfunctional. 4. The beds were damp. As previously indicated, dirty rooms were initially offered without any basic amenities.We were given an alternate room after reporting our displeasure to the owner. They had no means of providing the rooms with heat throughout the cold. They additionally charged us for the broker heater. Everything was extra charged, and we were informed that we would be required to pay more GST if we requested a bill. terrible customer service, the poorest employees, and no security personnel. There wouldn't be any employees available to help after 9 p.m.

• Jolanda (7/5): Very friendly staff and great view of the mountain range. - Great view from the balcony at sunrise of the mountain range. Staff was very friendly. Close to Japanese temple and relative quite location The room was very moist and damp, stuff in the floor became wet. Therefor very cold at night. A lot of barking dogs.
• Sagi (9/5): Superb - The location of the hotel is right next to the Japanese monastery, the quieter part of the city. There is ample parking near the property which is a rare commodity in the city. The staff were amazing and it was fun to receive service from them. We will definitely be back again! there is nothing

Special mention to Keviv, Jason and Jerry...they were friendly and I had good time with them. There was no parking but I had no prob since Jason himself had parked my car and again brought the car when we had to leave. Except this all was nice.

• Proketo (10/5): Exceptional - Good hospitality, peaceful stay in great location with great view of kanchanjunga and some tea gardens from balcony all the homestay members are friendly in nature we also enjoy at night with them by playing guitars and dancing and our host Mr Jeson for sight seeing was great he was very humble and explain us about the history and the value of points this one of my best memory o have ever had in my life Thanks to all the membebers of the Grand casa and in I am I will visit again
• Mangar (10/5): Loved it. - Great place with amazing view. Very good service. The staffs helped with lot of things and gave us guidance to tour around. They booked us a very good driver. I'm glad that I booked their own driver as they provide free pick up and drop in the evening till circuit house which is just 5 mins walk from the main center. Room was big and clean. I loved how they maintain hygienic environment . Overall it was an excellent stay.

Kanchenjunga, homely fresh food, service, cleanliness, interior design of the cafe, big and spacious room. Everything was top notch. The service they give is 10 out of 10 . Superb hospitality. Will definitely visit again.
