• Dedhia (1/5): My advice: DO NOT book this property. - Be extremely cautious while booking this place! I feel I have got scammed by this company - They randomly charged by debit card for GBP 250 in the name of security deposit without any prior intimation - its been 20+ days since my checkout and my deposit is still not refunded. There is no update on their side on this which is very very frustrating. I am planning to raise an official complaint against them if I do not receive my money now. The worst part is there is no support provided from booking.com as well in this - booking.com doesn't even have a customer support where I can call someone. My advice: DO NOT book this property.

• Jose (4/5): £250 deposit hidden - The apartment is not bad; it was clean and well-organized. There were some pots missing, but it’s a shame that they behaved poorly. When booking, I noticed that the payment would be made to the property, not directly to Booking.com. One day before the check-inI received a link asking me to confirm the reservation. I simply clicked on it. The reservation was then confirmed. Later that same evening, £250 was debited from my card. At no point does this property make it clear that a deposit or pre-authorization is required. But the worst was yet to come. It had already been almost a week since I had left the property, and the money had still not been refunded.

• Meghna (9/5): We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The apartment is well maintained and equipped. Sarah was super helpful and was alw - The location is great. And the apartment was clean and bright. The property doesn’t have a porter or a safe space for packages. Otherwise it was great.

• Benedict (8/5): Great value and very central location to train station - 1. Great value compared to other offerings 2. Great location, 3 mins walking to Kingston station passing Kingston Food Centre (nice baked goods). Parkhurst car rental is 3 mins walking distance too. 3. Temperature settings for space and water is great. 4. Washing machine was much appreciated as we stayed 7 nights. 5. Kettle, microwave, iron. 1. No bath soap nor shampoo. If you check-in late at night, it’s going to be very inconvenient to go to the supermarket to buy these! 2. No coffee pods! Apartments on AirBnb have these, sufficient to match the number of nights stayed. 3. No washing machine pods. Again, it’s too much to expect guests to buy a box of washing pods to use the washing machine once. 4. No dresser in bedroom. While there were a lot of hangers, there are apparel items that cannot be hung (eg. underwear). Thus, we had our luggage bags open on the bedroom floor throughout our stay. 5. No curtains for the windows that face the dining area. 6. In US, main entrance doors open out to the streets. To enter this apartment building, one has to push the entrance door in. Communications on this would be nice, as I was getting flustered after several tries on whether I entered the code correctly and whether I needed to phone someone. 7. Apartment is showing wear and tear. Re #1, 2, 3, fortunately we were not impacted as we carry supplies. I am merely noting in this review for other guests preparation. Not withstanding all the above, the value from this stay compensates for these shortcomings/dislikes.
• alec (10/5): - Excellent location, lovely modern flat with all amenities. Would recommend without hesitation. Bin situation was not clear Hoover in apartment was broken Window by Kitchen would not close properly letting in quite a bit of noise.

• Sue (5/5): Passable - We had a very late arrival (just before 11.00pm) and thought we had said we needed the bed settee, however this was not set up and there wasn't any sheets - Under the settees was very dusty - needs a good clean
• Jane (10/5): Great location in Kingston, very nice apartment - The apartment is spacious, with two extra sofas in addition to the sofa bed. The decor is pleasant. It is well equiped. There are good restaurants nearby, and a nice pub directly across the road. The directions to the apartment and it's access were very well done. The curtains in the sitting room needed a stopper on the end- we had to rehang the hooks.
• Marika (6/5): walking the Thames - It was a very good location for our walk, as not far from the Thames Path it is a good apartment for a couple as the bedroom was fine Our contact Sarah was very helpful The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the lounge furniture was a little shabby, but it was OK for an overnight stop.

Being just meters from Kingston train station, you can be in central London in less than an hour and at the same time enjoy the tranquility and splendor of Kingston. • Kim (6/5): Had potential but was let down by a lack of up keep - The property had the potential to be very nice. However, there had been a leak which made it difficult to open the front door - the tiles with raised. The smell of damp was unpleasant The pole of the shower would fall out of its holes whilst having a shower. One sofa was stained and unpleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable. It’s location for my daughters wedding and the wonderful large windows - to watch the world go by

• Dennis (9/5): Brilliant and would come back again definitely soon. - Location excellent and plenty of nearby shops if one needs to pick anything. Parking is behind the property a 1 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. Property gives a home away from home feeling. Very nice clean place. Plenty of space in the lounge and kitchen area. Instructions given to access the property were on point and easy and everything just worked as it should. Loved it and so did the kids.
• Slavka (8/5): Perfect location, cosy flat, very accessible to public transport and great pubs/restaurants - Great location. Good customer service. Nicely furnished. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. We like everything and have no complaints. Would just like to suggest the owners take a look at the shower/bath water situation. The water was very hot and quite difficult to mix. We managed to do it in the end and made sure to keep it untouched for the rest of the trip. Not a big trouble but worth getting someone to check it.

• Fay-melanie (10/5): Nice clean apartment, close to amenities and transport. - Nice apartment, close to the train station. Which is what we needed to go to the Rugby at twickenham. Pubs close by, as well as places to eat. Would recommend staying here again. Had no problems, it was great.

The flat itself was really nice and clean. The sofa bed in the lounge is a bit basic and quite small, it seemed peculiar to put such a small "double" sofa bed while the room is big enough to fit a proper "double" sofa bed...

• Kamdick (6/5): It’s average but location is good - Location close to eateries, train station and within the city with lots of amenities. Shopping was easy. Checkin is easy and provide big room for luggage storage was helpful Cleanliness of bedsheet. Presence of body hairs. I had to remove the sofa bed cover and lay new bed sheet over. Sleeps ate just not pleasant anymore. Host was kind to offer support but we are too busy to answer. Toiletries should hv been refilled and refresh. Shampoo were too little. Coffee machine was provided but bare minimum refill or capsules.
• Paula (7/5): Good - The apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. And there were tea bags and cereals left for us. The location was great too, just a 5 min walk to the center of town. We were given the wrong code to get into the door. I arrived with my 85 Yr old mother and couldn't get in, and i couldn't contact the owner. I couldn't connect to WiFi so had to walk to a pub, get connected only to be given another incorrect code. Eventually we settled in a restaurant with our suitcases and was finally sent a code that got us in. However the owners were lovely about it
