• Fabiano (10/5): Apartamento novo, tudo muito caprichado e limpo. Local com muito movimento e barulho de trânsito. - Ótima localização, em frente ao shopping/mercado. Apartamento novo, equipamentos todos novos, cama boa para dormir, quarto escuro. Sala é separada do quarto, o que é ótimo, o barulho do motor da geladeira não atrapalha como em outros apartamentos abertos. Cafeteira de cápsula nespresso, muito conveniente. Toalhas novas. Apartamento muito limpo e muito novo. As fotos são muito fiéis a realidade. O barulho do trânsito é muito alto, o apartamento fica voltado para a avenida. As motos ficam 24h buzinando. Não recomendo se tiver criança pequena. Não tem ferro de passar, apenas vaporizador (para mim é um ponto negativo).

• Julia (8/5): - Boa localização e o apartamento bem novo e espaçoso. O custo benefício valeu a pena, super me atendeu. Infelizmente o wifi não estava funcionando. Também senti falta de um filtro de água. No mais, para uma estadia curta me atendeu bem.

• Eduardo (10/5): Great stay. - Seamless check-in process (keyless), great communication with host, who was very kind and responsive. Property is just a short walk from Eldorado Shopping Mall & Business Tower, which was where I was going to spend most of my Sao Paulo stay. Apartment is slightly on the small side. Not a problem for me who only used it to sleep at night, but does not have a lot of space for 2+ guests, or for lounging and hanging out. The building seems to have good facilities but didn't have any spare time to explore them myself.
