Microwave on main floor. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

• Malengreaux (8/5): Good place to be - The property is nearby Bupyeong station, which is very convenient. The room itself was good, big enough so I could open my big suitcase. Key card to open the door is very handy. Bathroom very convenient as well. The bed was definitely hard, though I prefer hard ones, this one was harder. I might have wanted one more shelf in the bathroom, but I manage in a different way. I do prefer a colder room at night, but sometimes the heating floor was on, and I don't think we can turn it off ourselves, so I'm glad I could open the little window (I also didn't have time to ask the staff about it).

A very comfortable bed and hotel is in a quiet location. A good En-Suite and very friendly and co-operative Owners. Highly recommended.

• Havva (10/5): No different than a nice hotel - Everything! I swear this place is no different than a 4 star hotel, you have everything you need in your room (toothbrus, toothpaste, face cleanser, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, body wash)! Free water and soft drinks in fridge. Also it's close to Bupyeong subway station which you can go to Seoul in a short time. There're many restaurants and convenience stores around. There's a shopping mall, too. The owner lady was so nice. Nothing.

• Aurelie (10/5): Quiet and very comfortable! - It is ugly from the outside, but very cozy inside. A one person room feels like a little studio, with plenty of space and a several nice attentions to make your stay even more comfortable. Quiet place to have a rest. The bed was rather on the hard side but I slept very well. Close (about 6 min) to Bupeyong subway (Korail) station, which takes you (direct subway) to the core city center of Seoul (City Hall) in an hour. Incheon itself has actually already a lot to offer, I did not have much time to visit but it was very pleasant to wander in the Port area. The staff did not speak English but is using a translator (like Google Translate), and they are doing all they can to help you and make your stay comfortable. Thank you! Nothing
• Sara (10/5): Great stay - Great hotel, so many facilities, and nice things in the room with the beauty packages. Huge TV with netflix logged in, microwaves and hot water/ tea and coffee. So many extra things it was really great. Location great, we went to see the football which was really fun! Late check in time but that's the same for all of south korea.

• Mihaela (10/5): Clean comfortable rooms, very good value for money - We were very happy with our choice for accommodation in Seoul - very clean, well equipped rooms, easy to check-in , easy to get around and find restaurants and shops. Initially I looked for rooms in the town center but the accommodation at The Alps offers a much better value for money. We are staying there again on our last night in Seoul. Everything os ok for us
• Roberto (9/5): Superb - I appreciated the attention to detail like the water dispenser and microwave in the common areas. An abundance of amenities in the room. In a lively neighborhood but my room was quiet. I prefer soft beds, but I still slept well on the firm mattress.. No shower curtain.

• Johan (8/5): Very good - So many free amenities, the most I've had during my entire stay in SK. The bathtub too is a great plus. Very big TV with netflix and a pc with a good sound system. It is very close to an underground shopping mall and a street market The air-conditioning was rather poor. It didnt do a great job while being quite noisy. The beds werent that great either. Not too bad for just 1 night
• Lasalette (9/5): Value for Money - The location is near Bupyeong Station and the underground mall; very convenient for shopping and access to transportation. The rate is super affordable, especially if you are just staying for the night and spend the rest of the day outside. The room is spacious, clean, and complete with amenities. The staff is helpful and they assisted me in booking a taxi very early morning going to the airport. No "lobby" area but understandable because it's a motel. There is a small space near the counter where one can seat. It would be nice if they can arrange the small lobby space.

• Ethan (1/5): gross waste of money - There was a cigarette butt on the table, hair and dead skin in the bed sheets, and a condom wrapper on the floor. I eventually stopped looking because things looked worse and worse.
• Johnny (8/5): Very good - This is good place for the money, it's near the station and main spots for incheon. The mall, supermarket and markets are the highlights of the area. The underground mall and night spots are just near by. The room is basic but good staff only one speaks English but can read translation. I used this place to go to all the mains spots in Seoul and was surprised to know how incheon was so interesting full of things to experience.

• Chua (7/5): The four nights I stayed in this place is good.I - Very nice staffs. The only problem is that they don’t speak English. Location is nice. Few blocks away to the bus stop and train stations. Restaurants and malls are walking distance. Very easy to locate. What is advertised, the location and distance from the airport are correct
