• Onur Emre (10/5): When the botanical garden opens up again after the wend of winter I would want to visit and would want to come here agai - The location of the apartment was perfect. When you walk around a lot and get a bit tired, it’s very easy to go back to the apartment to rest. Everything was fine with me.
• Siarka (8/5): - Ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο.Ανετος χώρος για ένα ζευγάρι ήταν μια χαρά... Θα το ήθελα πιο καθαρό και σίγουρα θα ήθελα οι πετσέτες μπάνιου να ήταν σε καλύτερη κατάσταση και δεν είχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο...και η κουζίνα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη και πιο καθαρή....

• KOSTASSER (8/5): - Καλή τοποθεσία. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Άνετο δωμάτιο με πολύ λίγες παροχές. Μόνο για ύπνο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν απογοήτευση. Θέλει πολύ δουλειά. Είχε σκόνη παντού και χρειάστηκε να καθαρίσουμε λίγο για λόγους υγιεινής.
• Gordana (9/5): Sve je bilo u redu, i boravak je bio jako ugodan. - Lokacija izvanredna, sve je na dohvat ruke.Svakako bih odabrala za ponovni dolazak. Sve preporuke! U samom apartmanu je sve dobro, jedino je osvjetljenje u hodniku moglo biti malo bolje.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Quiet cozy apartment made for joyful stay - A really nice and quiet apartment, with the garden view and an access to this courtyard garden. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom clean, kitchen with all amenities. The location is superb, just in the center, with shops and attractions within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay fully and surely wish to return again. Also I wish to emphasize the ease and professionalism of communication with the host, who is a truly nice man ready to help and make your stay profound and joyful! All was amazing, so I found it difficult to understand some of the previous negative comments. We all have different experiences, but if you are coming to the old downtown with historic buildings and wish to stay in the budget place, it assumes accommodation which portrays this architecture settings. If however one needs a super luxury room, there are 5* hotels available with 5 times higher prices, so the choice is clear :)

• Eloy (8/5): Apartamento céntrico y súper tranquilo. Básico con precio imbatible. - Apartamento funcional, tranquilo y situado a unos minutos del centro. Jardín común muy agradable para desconectar. Pocos instrumentos de cocina y viejos, pero suficientes para un par de días

Los utensilios de cocina estaban un poco desfasados, la sartén se nos rompió cocinando. Quizá unas almohadas para la cama en lugar de cojines estaría bien.

The sheets with stains. the apartment itself is ok for budget apartment, but it is pity that it is not clean. An it was cold inside when I arrived...it took more than 12 hours to reach normal temperature.

• Marwa (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the place was excellent, right in the heart of the city center, which made getting around very easy. The bathroom and kitchen were in good condition. unfortunately, the bedroom's furniture felt outdated and in a ver need of renovation. We were uncomfortable with the bedding, as the sheets and pillows didn’t feel clean, and the sheets felt old even had a hole in them. Broken clothes hanger rack to dry the cloth on it after washing! The overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing—there was no proper cleaning, and we even spotted a spider on the wall. Additionally, the smell in the apartment was very strong and artificial, which we found unpleasant. With some improvements, this could be a much better place to stay.

• Serkan (1/5): Will never recommend this property - -Close to tram stop -Too many small flies and insects -A bit dusty -Kettle must definitely be thrown away. It was incredible furred. If anyone drink water from it, he’ll probably die. It’s a very big shame to still keep it at kitchen. -If you post bad comments here, propety owner will probably insult on you and your culture. I have stayed over 200+ property in the world, but never seen such disrespectful owner. I'll prevent all of my friends not to stay here. YOU MUST LEARN to be respectful to your guests.

• Terch (8/5): Very convenient location that fits your budget. - The location is perfect. Judt a few blocks away from the usual pick-up point for tour agencies that provides day trip activities. Very convenient because, the apartment is surrounded with restaurants, bars, and a convenience store is just a block away. I dont think of anything I don't like. It just fit to the budget and wasn't expecting something luxurious.

• Duje (8/5): It was great for the price - Everything is great, you dont meet the host but he tells you informations so easily where to find a key and which doors are the apartment. Room was clean, there were some cobwebs but generaly it was clean, bed was comfy and you have a lot of blankets if you need they are warm. You have central heating system because it can get colder in the afternoon. Im happy with my stay and all the best to the host :)
• Irisje (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is clean and very quiet considering it is not far from the train station of Zagreb. It has a very nice communal garden too. The place needs a proper refurbishing. It's okay to stay for a night but not for a longer period if you have a respiratory problem or are sensitive to mildew. We could not find any trace of it but it is clear they try to cover the mildew smell with an electric air freshener yet still the smell overcomes it. The shower tap was broken so we wasted tons of water when we used it.
• Cadence (6/5): Value for money for a short stay - Very good location, have the whole flat to yourself including a bathroom and a basic kitchen, the bed was comfortable, the host being responsive and flexible with check in time Shower was only partially functional and mouldy, just one toilet roll available for two people for two nights, overall facilities and cleanliness are yet to be improved
