• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT
Surcharge of €150 (+VAT) to eliminate tobacco odor and €100 (+VAT) for special cleaning.
• PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact before booking). Pets HAVE a supplement of €40 EUR per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge.
• There are no cots or extra beds available. The accommodations is perfectly defined in its description (number of rooms, beds, etc...). Reservations of up to 10 people are accepted, including adults and children. The guest must assess whether the conditions and descriptions of the apartment meet their needs before confirming their reservation.
• CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m.
ALL guests must check in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment.
Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40.
• CHECK OUT: departure time is 11:00 a.m.
At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest.
On the day of your departure, the apartment must be delivered in good clean condition. All garbage must be removed from the apartment and deposited in the different containers on the street.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Liliane (7/5): - L emplacement idéal. Prêt du centre de Madrid . Rue bruyante la nuit Équipement non adapté pour 6 adultes. La bouilloire très petite. Pas d étendoir pour le linge. Barre metalique de la cuisine coupante.

Wentylator cały zakurzony. Zacinają się drzwi. Nie mogłam wyjść z Łazienki...Daliśmy radę bo ich nie zamykaliśmy do końca. Szkoda, że nie ma zmywarki. Pralka jest ale nie ma suszarki na ubrania.

- MARIBEL (9/5): Confortable, tranquilo y cerca de la parada de metro de Alvarado - La zona muy tranquila, y muy cerquita del Bernabeu que es lo que buscábamos (20 minutos a pie con niños pequeños) Tiene todo lo necesario que se puede utilizar en una casa. No puedo decir nada que no me gustara. El precio no fue barato, pero en las fechas que fuimos (último finde semana de noviembre) que ya está en Madrid toda la iluminación navideña, era muy difícil encontrar cosas buenas por precios bajos.

- Kittisak (9/5): Bequem, sauber und in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants. - Wir waren zu viert dort und die Unterkunft war sehr bequem und sauber. Es gab zwei große Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit vollständiger Küchenausstattung. Das Badezimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Beste war, dass in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage war insgesamt vier Stück. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vom U-Bahnstation sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß in die Gasse. Die Straße in der Gasse ist jedoch etwas unbequem zu gehen, besonders wenn man einen Koffer dabei hat.

- Muhammad (7/5): Apartment near metro - The location is great, close to the metro (about 5 min walk) and on a relatively quiet street. There was a kebab place around the corner too, and a big supermarket down the block. Lots of air-conditioning to beat the summer heat. The price is quite cheap for a comfy and relatively spacious apartment. There was a washing machine provided too which was great. To open the door was through a link that was given. The shower drain was draining slowly. There weren't any spare blankets, some of us had to sleep with towels on the couch. It wouldn't be a problem if it was just 4 people in the apartment. There was no lock for the bathroom too. So you have to rely on trust that no one forgot that you were in the toilet.

- Amalia (9/5): In totality, we enjoyed our stay at the property. The place is very clean and homy. - We only discovered 2 days after that we were in a very nice location. There was no lift. We had a hard time bringing our large baggage to the room on the 2nd floor.. Only 1 toilet and bath.
