• Mark (10/5): A very homely caravan with lovely personal touches, such as the grocery essentials for when we arriv - The location was remote but we expected that and it suited our needs.

• Tracey (7/5): - The caravan was warm and comfortable. There lovely thoughtful touches that were above and beyond expectations. Any problems we had were sorted with a quick phone call. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted. A previous tenant had stolen the nobs off the cooker and although they had been replaced we had a problem lighting the oven which was sorted with a quick phone call the same as we had problems with the heating, the pressure kept dropping, with a quick phone call we were told how to fix it. The WiFi didn't work and we were told a previous tenant took the dongle. Although we had these problems we still enjoyed our time away.

• Amanda (10/5): Great place - The accommodation was absolutely brilliant so clean and fresh and had some lovely extra touches like a welcome basket with goodies in milk and juice fridge .the kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed if you were cooking would definitely recommend booking here again x Unfortunately the weather changed 😕 but didn't stop our fun .

• Tracy (8/5): A nice night away - The caravan was absolutely lovely and presented very well and homely with nice added touches. Some residents were quite noisy at night and although after 10 am next morning lots drilling going on and hammering. Cant be helped but ruined the peaceful vibe for us

• Rob (1/5): We didn't stay because it was overbooked. - I was due to be travelling with my wife for a delayed honeymoon. The property was double booked and the 'host' made no effort to explain the situation nor any attempt to rectify or find an alternative location for us. All I got was 'I am in Dubai and Gary booked two weeks ago'; when I pointed out that wasn't my problem I was told that I am rude. I would say the 'host' is incompetent, hasn't a clue about customer service or communication. Absolutely appalled.

• Sarah (7/5): Good - The caravan was well stocked with everything you could need. There was a great welcome package of chocolates, biscuits, cereals, milk in the fridge, shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. Also lots of cleaning products! I do feel like these added extras make all the difference. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space due to bad weather but it would have been great to sit out with a wine. Maybe another time. There were lots of DVDs to keep us entertained, which we did need due to having no WiFi. The boiler went off on one of the days so we had no hot water or heating. The owner was great and got someone out straight away. This happened the following day too but we were leaving that day anyway. I think it was something to do with the bad weather. Great location to explore the local area. All in all great little break. We were disappointed with the lack of WiFi as the booking does say available in all areas. We had brought limited things to keep my 8 year old entertained on an evening as we thought he would be able to use his tablet.

• Stocks (1/5): Didn’t happen. - Brittany’s cancelled on us the day before. We were given 30 minutes to decide on an alternative. Sadly I didn’t see this email until we’d arrived at the accommodation, having driven to meet friends for the weekend. Yes, we’ll get a refund, yes I should have read my emails, but cancellation the day before? Pretty shambolic to be honest. Certainly a waste of our resources. We won’t be using booking.com nor Brittany’s again. Period.
• Natalie (10/5): Perfect in every way. - Perfect stay, the caravan was stocked with everything we would ever need. Lovely welcome from owner too. The van was spotless and smelt gorgeous with the reed diffusers and candles. We can’t wait to go back. Nothing at all could have been better, it was all fab
• Annalee (10/5): Gorgeous caravan - can't wait to book again - Just the most gorgeous caravan, with everything you could possibly need. Lovely and warm, fully kitted out and clean as can be. My own regret is not staying longer! We were only staying a matter of hours as we were running a race the next morning so needed somewhere really local to stay, we all hated leaving so early the next morning as we wanted more time there :)

Host was brill, stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Messaged on our departure morning and told us not to rush out for check out time as they had nobody else booked in that day. That was lovely of Janine. Will definitely be back :)

• Sammie (10/5): Perfect location with large decking - Beautiful location with large decking which was great for the dogs.The owners have thought of everything. It was extremely clean with extra comfy beds which was immaculate and neat as a pin. The owners are obviously very caring, and we were made to feel very welcome. The pack they left was absolutely amazing cheese board, butter, wine, fresh orange, milk, coffee tea sugar, the park itself is well maintained the dog field was super too. We will definitely be coming back . Thank you for the lovely stay We loved everything there was nothing to not like
• Samantha (10/5): Fabulous! - Had everything we needed and more! Great facilities, was clean and smelt lovely when we arrived! We kindly got some welcome snacks and a bottle of wine, lovely touch! Area is quiet and very beautiful with lots of lovely walks nearby. There were also supermarkets just 15 mins drive to get our food in for the weekend. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, decent sized fridge/freezer, small air fryer too! Plenty of storage space throughout, bathrooms good with plenty of toiletries and a great shower Would definitely stay again A great way to end 2024 and start 2025! Thank you

• Jodi (9/5): Superb - I liked that the host thought about every little that we might need on arrival. The caravan was very clean, very cosy and it had a personal touch about the interior. The host was also very welcoming and extra helpful.
• Sonim (1/5): Awful - Here’s a reworded version of your message: Where do I even begin? There are multiple reviews from others who were also made to feel uncomfortable, and my experience was no different. The owner verbally abused us, calling with horrible insults and even threatening us with harm. She claimed she was going to involve the police because we supposedly left dirty pots. After threatening to find us, she mentioned being a gypsy and said her family would come after us (all of this is recorded). She even falsely accused us of using illegal substances, when in reality, we are a healthy couple who would never touch anything like that. The “powder” she referred to was just electrolytes after a two-hour mountain hike. She also scattered prawn crackers all over the table and blamed us for it, even though we don’t eat them – that’s why we never opened the bag. The beds were terrible; the mattress was so uncomfortable that we had to use pillows to shield ourselves from the springs. To make matters worse, we found sanitary pads left on the floor, and the Wi-Fi was non-existent. We neatly placed the bedding and towels on the bed, yet she still claimed the place was left dirty and bombarded us with extreme insults, all over some pots and pans. She even called us obscene names. While she provides candles, she will accuse you of damaging the walls with them and demand payment – so why provide them if you don’t want them used? There were no clear instructions on cleaning, and she said she has a cleaner, so we didn’t worry about the pots. Now she’s demanding a cleaning fee. On top of that, I left behind an important bag, which holds great sentimental value, and she’s refusing to send it back unless we leave a positive review and pay for a cleaner. This has been the worst experience of my life. The threats have caused me severe stress, and I’m pursuing further action as it has deeply affected me. I’ve documented everything, as the threats are extremely serious.

• Catriona (10/5): Too short 😆 - Perfect. We sadly only spent one night there, as we were at a wedding up the road. We would have loved to have stopped a lot longer. Beautiful views, modern , clean and lovely smelling accommodation, which was wonderfully equipped and furnished/ decorated. The owner contacted us a few times to check all was ok. A welcome pack had been left which was second to none. I would recommend to anyone. Nothing
• Mary (5/5): disappointing - the view from the decking was lovely Lack of instructions in the black book. could not get TVs working, could not access free Wifi. A man was sent to sort the issue out but he could not fix the problem. Toilet seat was dangerously loose, knob on gas top loose and dangerous, no sharp knives, food from previous guests on frying pan, oven trays and pots. Bathroom cabinet cupboard broken, blind in single bed room broken, these beds only suitable for children really. could not get the radiators going so we were freezing. Disappointed overall as being overseas visitors we were expecting a luxury caravan experience with everything working. the host did make an attemp to solve the TV issue which was appreciated but problem was not solved.

• David (7/5): Unfortunatrely cut short due to my wife's health. - The host was very generous, leaving food and drink. She was also concerned about my wife's health The caravan was a bit shabby - cupboard door loose, some paint coming off. But I understand the owner is fixing this shortly.
• Debbie (10/5): Quality family time together - The caravan was perfect,for Me my daughter and my 2 year old.grandson, so many added extras that we weren't expecting, we kept finding things each day, different lights, kitchen equipment, games, books for children. We watched shrek on dvd as several were provided, spent hours out on the veranda, welcome teas coffees, squash, and chocolate, also a bottle of wine we're much appreciated. The bathroom provisions were extremely thoughtful, have never seen this before in other places we have stayed, beds were comfy, and bedrooms really Homely, caravan was immaculate, clean and smelt lovely, perfect place for some quality family time together, we were sad to leave x

• Emma (10/5): Lovely caravan with large decking facing open feilds absolutely beautiful - ⭐ Extremely well kept and spotlessly clean. the view was beautiful it has very large decking was fab for the dog's. Bed was extra comfy with beautiful white linen on. The welcome pack wine chocolate fresh orange milk coffee selection of tea's was a lovely touch. Candles, wine, coffee, tea, chocolates, biscuits, Fresh orange, and milk. Bedding was prestige white the bed was lovely and comfortable. Wished we had stayed longer. The owners where lovely what an pleasure we will be back thank you for a lovely stay.

• Gal (10/5): Comfortable and equipped with more than you think you’ll need! - A perfect home from home. Superbly laid out, modern and clearly the owner has taken care to add touches to make it feel cosy like ornaments, candles, rugs and fresh flowers. It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed and even had some tea, coffee and milk for us too. And proper mugs! The bed was incredibly comfy - only the pounding rain disturbed our sleep (lovely English weather!) The veranda decking had nice furniture and plants too which made it feel a bit more premium and we enjoyed a cup of tea there enjoying the peace and quiet after a long walk earlier in the day. The dog treats were a lovely touch and Janine, the host, communicated freely and promptly and messaged to check we had everything we needed. We even had the opportunity to check out later, had we wished, which was a generous offer. The site has a small shop and the pub food was very good. It was a surprise trip for my sister and she was bowled over by it. Can’t wait to come back and stay a little longer next time. Can’t recommend enough. Nothing at all. Cannot recommend it highly enough!

Dog treats, snacks, tea, coffee, straighteners…they really have thought of everything! Could do with a few more games. We had planned to sit outside with some wine but the weather didn’t allow. Games would have helped fill our evening.
• Andrea (10/5): Lovely break away at Brittneys - Fantastic hosts, Caravan was spotless and had every mod con you could want. It was a really nice site we even came 4th in the quiz at the clubhouse lovely decking to sit outside on and views are of open Fields. Smaller site so not full of kids racing around but a lovely play park for them. Only can't control the weather but there were loads of bits in the caravan to keep our daughter happy. Thanks for letting us stay, we'll be back xx Nothing
