• Papafotiou (9/5): Very positive experience.. Steph our host communicated very well… flexible with our early arrival. - Well explained. Not too difficult at all. 2nd Bedroom was a bit tight - but all considered very comfortable for three adults … so well located.

Estaba super bien provisto de cosas básicas para no tener que llegar y salir a comprar enseguida. Muy limpio. La atención de Stephanie Me hubiera gustado un balcón para poder salir, pero igual ya sabíamos que no había al momento de contratar. Era bastante ruidoso si abrías la ventana.

• Karina (10/5): A great stay in central Sydney - The location was amazing. Very central with the tram stop out the front & Wynyard station a block away. We could walk 2 blocks to the Rocks. The bed was very comfortable & the shower lovely. The owner was very responsive when we rang or messaged. Nothing

The only good thing is the location and the main bedroom - Location The place is tiny, the second room is not a proper room, it was a studio or office room turned into a very uncomfortable tiny bedroom. Not a nice view, just looking at the alleyway, just one shower and toilet for a “4 bedrooms apartment”. The pool was not working and seems to be like that for a while and the host did not let me know this in advance and we couldn’t enjoy it during our stay. I do not recommend it to anyone for that price. Just go to a hotel for same or cheaper price.

• Agnes Isabelle (8/5): Convenience, Location, Space - Great location! Very central. Has a tram stop right outside and the train station less than 5mins away. The rooms are also spacious. The master bedroom’s thermostat wasn’t working so it got very warm and woke up sweating. Usually have to open the door to let cool air come in.

• Suhith (10/5): Excellent Sydney CBD location to explore Sydney - The location is excellent,walking distance to the Oprah house and the Harbour Bridge. Very central, easy walk to any part of the city. The rooms are spacious. The wifi information is on a wall near the kitchen. You might miss it. Getting the key is tricky. So read the instructions carefully. The instructions are very good so have a read and follow the instructions.

• Stewart (8/5): Great Central Location - Comfortable, well equipped, fantastic central location, good kitchen with everything you need. Responsive and helpful. Living room windows were very dirty inside and out. Looked like there had been a water leak that had left muck everywhere and hadn't been cleaned. Shame as they are floor to ceiling, not nice to look at and spoilt the view.....
• Himanshu (8/5): Very good - Great location and good size apartment No parking options on site. Highly recommend booking something with parking if you plan to rent or have a car. It is a nightmare to find oarking in CBD, and exorbitantly expensive. Gym is tiny and underwhelming.
• Pruep (8/5): Great location and comfy beds! - Location is excellent with Light Rail station right outside. Easy walk to Circular Quay. Beds were super comfortable. WiFi and Smart TV for down time. The building is currently being renovated, with loud construction sounds reverberating throughout the unit from 8am to 5-6pm week days. We were out most of the day but it was not made known to us at time of booking.

The second bedroom has a window to the lounge and an incomplete wall so all lounge light and noise affects it. Not a big issue but worth noting if bringing children.

Probably would have gone somewhere else with pool until this is completed.
• Paul (1/5): AVOID! They did not provide a suitable property and have refused to provide a refund. - AVOID this property. The apartment reeked of tobacco smoke upon check-in. They instructed us to cancel the booking to obtain a refund. Then they refused to provide a refund even tho we didn’t stay a single night in the apartment.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, great apartment, but the pool and spa were a disappointment and misleading. - The pool is freezing cold, and the spa is tepid at best. We did use it but it was disappointing as we thought the spa at least would have been heated.

Tram stop right outside. Communication with host Stephanie was outstanding Hotel vent system at rear quite loud, pool area looks a little tired/ broken tiles

Great communication from the host, which made check in and out easy. The twin bed room is a little crowded, probably doesn’t need the desk in there.

Apartment was very clean and neat and tidy. had everything we required. Apartment is in an extremely convenient position in Sydney CBD. Walking distance to so many things. Train station across the road. Tram Stop at the front door. Would definitely stay here again. the second bedroom was a little on the small side. But it was still ok. Great size for kids.
• Alice (10/5): Great location for a mini break! - Proximity to everything we wanted to see was great. The apartment was very secure, clean and comfortable. Great to come "home" to after a full day exploring. The communication with the host before our trip was excellent and made everything easy. We'd definitely recommend the apartment. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Fridge contents from previous tenants needs to be removed.
• Corinne (10/5): Perfect accommodation and location for our little 2 night get-away - The apartment was absolutely stunning, such a great use of space. Layout was perfect, we had our own space so did the kids. Picking up keys was really easy, no check-in required. Location was absolutely perfect, so close to Ferry & Trains and light rail. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family. No big deal but I couldn't find a plug to run a bath?
