• Emil (2/5): Disappointing - The sheets were clean. I had a deeply disappointing stay at this property. I would not recommend it to anyone based on the following issues: * Heating Issues: The gas heating system was unreliable, turning off frequently and leaving the room uncomfortably cold. When I contacted the property for assistance, they initially refused to provide the air conditioner remote, claiming it only worked in cooling mode (which was untrue). They also claimed the gas supply was stopped, which seemed like a repeated excuse throughout our stay. When the owner came, he tried to convince us the room temperature was 24°C, which was far from the truth. He even claimed a thermostat (which was supposed to control the temperature) was stolen by a previous guest – an obvious fabrication, as there was no sign of a thermostat ever being installed. Eventually, he provided the air conditioner remote, and we could finally use the heating mode. * Horrible Smell of Mold: The bathroom had a disgusting and overpowering smell of mold that spread into the entire room whenever the bathroom door was opened. This made the stay incredibly unpleasant. * Dirty Walls: The walls were covered in splashes and dirty stains, which made the apartment feel neglected and unclean. * Terrible Mattress: The mattress was of extremely poor quality, with hard springs that made sleeping very uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain after just one night. * Inconsistent Hot Water: The hot water supply was unreliable, making it frustrating to use the shower or sink. Overall, the property failed to meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, and honesty. This was one of the worst accommodations I’ve stayed in. Avoid at all costs!
