Lavarropa en la terraza: excelente opción para los turistas. La mesa y las sillas (altas) resultaron incómodas. La ubicación: zona con escaso movimiento de personas. Sugiero cambio de almohadas y colchón (en ese órden)

- ELENA (10/5): - Апартаменты великолепные. Чисто, есть все, что нужно. Посуда,бокалы,ножи, штопор,вилки и т. д. До центра минут 10 пешком, до набережной пол-часа. До вокзала 25 мин пешком. Все рядом. Приедем ещё обязательно! Хозяин очень добр и внимателен. Информацию о заселении прислал заранее, за 4 дня! Это редкость. Нам очень понравилось!!! Удачи и процветания! Нет тского

- Lucy (7/5): Clean, well equipped apartment with communicative, helpful hosts. - Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Hosts were quick to respond to queries, and sent a video in advance showing how to access the property, which was really helpful. Property is in a quiet neighbourhood. If you want to use the free luggage storage option this is via a locker which takes a 50c/€1 coin (returnable). I was caught out by this as I didn't have change. Travelled solo and coming back at night I didn't feel 100% confident of my surroundings. In future I'll stay closer to the centre if I'm on my own.

Fenster mit Jalousien + Lage relativ zentral (10 min ins Centro) + Ausstattung ausreichend + Kommunikation sehr gut über Whatsapp, wir konnten etwas früher ins Zimmer - Ausstattung der Küche sollte regelmäßig überprüft, erneuert und geputzt werden. Zum Beispiel die Abtropfmatte, Abtropfschale, mehr Putzlappen und Geschirrtücher nötig, die Pfanne hatte viele Kratzer: der Vermieter hat uns eine neue gegeben nachdem ich das bei WhatsApp nachgefragt habe. Spüli war vorhanden. - Standardutensilien wie Schwämme und Öl zum kochen und eine Wasserflasche sollten bereitgestellt werden - es ist hellhörig - momentan Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus werktags von 7-17 uhr (wirklich laut, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts! Im ganzen Viertel wird gebaut!)

- Mikołaj (10/5): Świetny pobyt w uroczej Maladze. Lokalizacja warta polecenia. - Lokalizacja blisko centrum niedaleko kanału rzeki. W okolicy mnóstwo sklepów, apteki, kafejki, przystanki autobusowe. Ogólnodostępne miejsca parkingowe płatne pod obiektem (1Euro/godzinę), a bezpłatne całkiem niedaleko. Nie trzeba było długo szukać wolnego miejsca. BARDZO CZYSTY apartament. W apartamencie dostępna kawa, herbata, kompletne wyposażenie kuchni, środki czystości w łazience w większej niż potrzeba ilości. Na 4 piętrze dostępne pralki z darmowymi środkami piorącymi (my nie robiliśmy prania). Winda w obiekcie. Bardzo fajne miejsce w Maladze. Niestety po przeciwnej stronie ulicy akurat trwała budowa (na szczęście tylko w dzień :-), więc było trochę hałasów. Ale to nie wina właściciela apartamentu.

Window did not provide acoustic isolation, if you if you’re a light sleeper, you will suffer even having ear plugs.

- Mirela2101 (9/5): Praktičan apartman - Dobra lokacija, čist apartman, ima sve potrebne sadržaje. Samostalni ulaz u objekt je veliki plus - došli smo oko 2 sata u noći, a prethodno smo dobili detaljne pisane, slikovne i video upute i šifre za ulaz u zgradu i apartman putem na Whatsapp. U hodniku zgrade nalaze se ormarići s ključem gdje se besplatno može ostaviti prtljaga nakon odjave, što nam je dobro došlo da možemo bez nošenja prtljage još malo obići grad prije polaska na put. Apartman se nalazi relativno blizu centra, nismo morali koristiti javni prijevoz jer se može pješke do centra i svih znamenitosti. Ručnici su imali neugodan miris, iako su bili čisti. Gradilište je odmah pored apartmana pa je dopirala buka, pogotovo jer je apartman bio u prizemlju. Zvučna izolacija nije dobra pa smo čuli sve zvukove s hodnika zgrade. Nema police za šampone i gelove u tuš kabini.

Świetnie wyposażony, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, nawet żelazko i deska do prasowania co jest bardzo przydatne po wyjęciu ubrań z walizki. Do tego było bardzo czysto i schludnie. Gdybym jeszcze raz wybierała się do Malagi to z chęcią znów zarezerwuje ten nocleg, zdecydowanie polecam :)

- silvia (10/5): Agradable estancia. Limpieza y confort del 10 - Facilidad para entrar en el apartamento. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión y una limpieza y confort excelentes. Si vuelvo a Málaga seguro que vuelvo a elegir esta opción No tiene nada que ver con el apartamento en sí. Pero lo único que no me gustó fueron las vistas, que daba a una obra y que no dejasen una botella de agua que en algunos apartamentos suelen dejar. Pero en general un 10! Todo lo que me gustó menos como son estos dos aspectos, se contrarresta con todo lo comentado anteriormente.
- László (9/5): - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Gyalogosan is közel a belváros. Minden felszereléssel rendelkezik amire szükségünk volt. Nem túl nagy de 2 személynek elég mert a helyiségek elrendezése praktikus. A bútorok és az eszközök modernek és újak. A kijelentkezés utáni ingyenes csomagmegőrzést is igénybe vettük, szuper volt mert a nagy bőrönd is befért a szekrénybe. A közeli építkezésen dolgoztak hétköznapokon. Csak nappal volt munka így az alvást nem zavarta.

- Claire (7/5): Really good apartment but not great for sleeping - Good location 10 minutes walk from old town. Had everything we needed for our stay and being able to leave our luggage until our evening flight was really handy It says on the listing that the property is soundproof but it isn’t. We could hear other people in the apartment walking about, using the bathroom even coughing. I accept the owner can’t do anything about the construction work in area but we needed earplugs to sleep which is not normally an issue for us

- CRISTINA (9/5): - El apartamento super cómodo, tenía todo lo necesario. La limpieza, impecable. Un apartamento ideal para para dos personas. Otro punto a su favor es la facilidad de dejar el equipaje el día de entrada y salida fuera de los horarios del checking, disponen de taquillas para dejarlo y resulta muy cómodo, es un extra. Se trata de una zona que aún estando a cinco minutos del casco antiguo se encuentra en una zona poco transitada y al regresar a la noche, iba con mi hija de dieciséis años, nos daba un poco de apuro.
- David (9/5): Excellent host, we enjoyed our stay. - The host was excellent. The flat did everything it said and we were v satisfied. There is nothing that the host can do about the building work opposite, but they got busy from 0800.
- Dimitar (10/5): - It had everything that we needed. It was very clean in a good location. The street was not busy so there was no noise. The wifi was good. The bed was a little small but it was pretty comfortable.
- Marcin (10/5): - Very nice apartment, good location (10min walk to centro historico), great contact with the host via WhatsApp, very comfortable double bed! Everything was great
- Dora (10/5): Great stay - The location was good only about 10’ walk to the center of Malaga. The apartment was very clean and was equiped with everything that one can think of. The shower has great water pressure and the water heats very quickly. The instructions to get the key was very clear and easy to follow. Good communication with the owner. The only thing missing was a bottle of water but I think maybe the cleaning person forgot to put it in the fridge.
- Laurence (8/5): Super studio si on a des bouchons d'oreilles - Bon emplacement, studio très sympa, tout neuf, instructions pour arriver hyper claires et douche parfaite ! Le bruit...on entend les voisins et les bruits du couloirs
- Marie (8/5): Příjemné ubytování za příjemnou cenu asi 15 minut pěšky od centra. - Apartmán byl čistý. Odpovídal fotografiím Příjemně voněla vstupní chodba. Check-in i Check-out proběhl v pořádku. Vše s kódem bez nutnosti přítomnosti majitele. Komunikace perfektní. Rychlovarnou konvici i mikrovlnou troubu jsme ocenili. V chodbě možnost uschovat si ve skříňkách zavazadla i po check out. Naproti ubytování se stavěl nebo opravoval dům. Chápu, že za to majitel nemůže, ale hlučnost stavby nám lehce pokazila pobyt a výhled. Ale jak říkám, není to chyba majitele..
- Moni 05 (7/5): gutes Paket - Die Lage ist sehr gut und kostenpflichtiges Parkhaus gleich in der Nähe. Check-in und Check-out gut vorbereitet vom Vermieter. Netflix Nutzung möglich. Das Bett ist nur ok, für uns etwas zu weich. Aktuell Baustelle nebenan.

- Helga (10/5): Pleasant , well equipped apt in a convenient location - I really enjoyed the well equipped studio apartment which was very clean and nicely decorated . The entry instructions were detailed and efficient . The situation was convenient.

- Julia (8/5): - We were happy with our stay. The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great. The owner sent us all the instructions in advance, so check-in was easy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend it.

- Nathalie (7/5): Correct, sans plus. - La petite cuisinette, les laveuses et les cordes à linge sur le toit. C’était minuscule et situé dans un quartier très ordinaire. C’était cher pour un quartier comme celui-là.

- Paul (10/5): Perfect little central studio - This is a perfect little studio in a central location - easy to walk to from station, and a great base for exploring the city. Immaculately clean. Comfortable bed, bathroom fully equipped. Everything was easy from check in to check out. Some street noise but that's city life!
