• Roberto Gerardo (9/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, quella che precedeva il nostro rientro in Italia. Arredi non nuovissimi, ma stanza pulita e accogliente. L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica per raggiungere l'aeroporto e c'è la disponibilità nelle vicinanze di un supermercato, tabacchi e un buon ristorante. Staff gentile e disponibile. Lo consigliamo!
• hmk709 (10/5): Nice place to stay in transit to or from Urgench airport - Really kind and extremely helpful staff! The breakfast was good and the room was clean. It's a great place to lay your head before you go to the airport the next day. I would stay here again on my way to the airport 😊 There wasn't a free airport transfer as was advertised, but it wasn't a big deal. YandexGo to the airport is very inexpensive.

• Mariya (7/5): Для ночевки между рейсами супер. 5 минут на машине до аэропорта. Соотношение цена качество хорошее. Недостатки в принцип - Рядом с аэропортом 2,6 км. Достаточно чисто, немного уставшая ванная комната, но для одной ночи норм. Кровать удобная. Есть вода в бутылках в номере. Ванную комнату нужно немного подремонтировать. Особенно заржавевшая подставка для геля и шампуня. И то что сотрудник ресепшен не позвонил разбудить как договаривались. Но я сама в проснулась вовремя и когда уходила, он спал сладким сном на диване в холле. Если он не собирался звонить, нужно было просто не обещать. Просто иногда я боюсь проспать будильник.

• Igor (8/5): Very good - Very good hotel for the money. Traveled a lot in Urgench and it's the best choice so far. Breakfast is a way better than in any hotel around for this price level. Shower is of poor quality.
• Hector (9/5): Comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff - The courtesy airport pick up. The hotel also organized a drop off at the border with Turkmenistan. Although the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choices, the dining room was cold and the tea/coffee water boiler took a while to heat up. Mind you, I was the first customer at the dining room at 7.30 am sharp when breakfast is served. I had to eat my breakfast that early, because I had an early start.

• Lee (6/5): Close to the airport. But many things to be improved. - The unit has two rooms. The staffs dropped us off at three airport in the early morning. The coffee pot in the room had water inside. And it was very dirty. The toilet was not convenient. They don’t have a sign outside. It was difficult to find the hotel. Additionally, another place with same named hotel is seen on three Google maps. It made me be confused.
